I initially posted this in the Clips subforum, even though I didn't know if it fit there or not, since it wasn't a video of someone being tickled, but instructions on how to build a device that tickles you. The user's account has since been terminated for some reason, so it's officially no longer a clip, so I'm reposting here. There was no reason this had to be video, anyway; it could just as easily have been a text document. No one was shown building it; there were no videoized stills; there weren't even drawings. Just text that faded in when it was telling you, out when it was done, to be replaced by the next step.
I have NOT tried this; if I lived alone, I might. If any of the girls try it, I'd like to see and hear, but I'll be satisfied with just a report of anybody here, male or female, trying it and telling us how well it worked.
If you do go trying it on your feet, you'll have to read the tummy section because it tells you for a couple of aspects "just like you did it on your tummy".
(Of course, you could, from those instructions, tickle other spots, but you probably shouldn't report doing so here, depending.)
Also, her clothing recommendation... she recommends a bikini, but long as the tickle spot is bare, I wouldn't think the rest matters so much. Like, I don't think the top or bottoms matter if you're having it tickle your feet.
It's not continuous, but hey, if it works like she says, it's a few seconds of tickling, y'know?
How to make a device to tickle yourself!
MATERIALS: a lot of wooden dowels (pretty thin, but not too thin) tape 4 rubber bands your favorite tickling feather
PREP: Cut: 1 dowel to 2' (60.96 cm) 4 dowels to 9" (22.86 cm) 1 dowel to 8-1/2" (21.59 cm) 4 dowels to 7" (17.78 cm) 2 dowels to 4" (10.16 cm) OR 3" (7.62 cm)* 2 dowels to 1" (2.54 cm)
*There was a discrepancy of an inch between the prep list and the instructions with regard to the length of the second shortest dowel length. I had asked for clarification, but the account was terminated before I ever saw it, if she ever replied. Just note that the shorter length will shorten the feather's arc and decrease the duration of each tickling. By how much, I do not know.
Tape four 9" dowels in perfect square. Tape two 3" (4"?) dowels & two 1" dowels in rectangle. Tape four 7" dowels on corners of square facing outwards. Slide four rubber bands on the 7" dowels. Tape one corner of rectangle to one 7" dowel. Pull rectangle up; tape other 7" dowels to other corners. Tape 8-1/2" dowel in middle of square base. Tape one end of 2' dowel in middle of base crossbar (8-1/2" dowel). Pull rubber bands over 2' dowel so each band pulls at it holding it up. Tape rubber bands at same height on 7" dowels, about halfway up so they don't move up and down. The 2' dowel should be inside the rectangle; you should be able to jiggle it around. Tape feather to 2' dowel; test jiggling it.
USE: Whatever you're trying to tickle with it should be bare; ticklemesabrina21 recommends wearing a bikini, but guys (and girls who don't mind those being bare for a while) can do with no top.
ON TUMMY: Get some books or DVD cases, etc. of different thickness. Put tickler sideways on coffee table or something like that. Stack books etc. up so it lays sideways. Lie on couch with belly flat. (Or flat as your shape will allow.) Adjust height of books so feather is right on your tummy. Adjust where feather is on dowel so thickest part is right above tummy. Use right or left hand (depends on how you laid down) and grab 2' dowel inside box. Pull to edge as far as it will go, and let go. Feather should brush on tummy a few seconds and tickle you! (TIP! Don't grab dowel until it stops, or it'll be like you're controlling it, and it won't tickle you!)
ON FEET: Kneel on couch parallel with it and grab the armrest; you should be close enough to the edge. See positioning instructions for tummy, subbing "feet" for "tummy". Activate in same way.
FOR ARMPITS (ticklemesabrina21's favorite way): Stand tickler right up so feather is facing up. Sit on couch next to it with feet down and sit right side up. Have tickler right under armpit and adjust feather so it brushes armpit. Pull same way.

*shrugs* Maybe. But if someone is willing to put the effort and cost of materials into it...
