In a world of the living, known as earth, are people that are not... normal. Only one has seen them, and gotten away alive. This person named those unormal creatures, Tosca's. Weird name huh?
Tosca's eat a certain thing. Souls. They can eat living humans souls, or souls that are already out the body. Every time they eat a soul, they grow stronger. Each Tosca has a doll, giving them special powers. They do their work for them. How cool would that be!?
The man that has encountered them, and left alive told the police, which told the military. They have been testing for about two years to make a special potion, to make a human have one special power. They have made these people to defeat these Tosca's, so the human race isnt endangered.
