 She was moving through the lands, keeping to the grassy areas mainly. Her purple pelt shimmering against the yellows and off-greens. She was slightly bored, if not somewhat restless.
Restless. Yes, that seemed to fit the bill. She had been hunting earlier that day but the prey had gotten away. Darn pack dogs, sometimes getting things alone was harder then getting them with a pack.
But that didn't matter, nope. Prema had been chased out and not interested in joining a pride or a pack! Or was she? Oh she didn't know. All she knew was right now. She could use someone to talk to. Or someone to join into a hunt maybe? She would love to have a new friend.
As she ranted to herself within thought she smacked into a tree. A gruff and a snarl emitted from the wild dog. Darnit! Now I'm running into trees! She thought and then grumbled and marched herself around the tree. Then she sighed and lessened her haughty temper and let out a sight to the tree. "Sorry for running into you." She attempted an apology to a tree. Then led on for more of a trail.

Pessimism. It was this wild dog's downfall. It was his negative thoughts that stopped him from doing almost anything. Anything like: leaving his den, getting water, hunting for food, or joining a pack. In fact, if it wasn't for Lemarti, his little rabbit friend, he wouldn't do anything. The hare would always tease that he needed a mate, but he couldn't help but think he wasn't only "just joking."
On that same note, he was fortunate to have a friend that looks out for him like that, otherwise, he wouldn't be this far from his home now. Approaching some trees, he easily weaved around them. As he walked along, the sound of someone's voice caused his ears to perk. Stopping, he looked around and soon saw a shimmer of purple in the grass. 'What is that?' He asked himself, curiously watching the color as it moved through the grass.
