I haven't patched the game yet (If you do, forget it, even if you clean your ram, loading after that, the game won,t load that hero)
I'm loading with money what will be my second hero...
just thought I'd let know peeps how to do it if you don't already...
Requirements:
~2 Controllers
1st Controller- Main Profile
2nd Controller- Dummy profile (offline/online, doesn't matter, this is an offline glitch)
1. Load a online/offline profile to your 2nd controller WHILE your Main/1st Controller is in game.
2. On your 2nd controller, press start to load the dummy profile's character into the game.
3. On your main (1st controller) go near the Dummy's character until you see the interface action "Give" appear (it's RB I believe). It'll teleport you (only the main char) to the gift room.
4. Give all of the current gold that you have to the 2nd character. There's a blue coinpurse to the right on a pedestal when you enter the give room. The game will automatically save after you make your choice of gifts to give.
5. Teleport back to the 2nd character, you are basically done with your 1st controller so set it aside for now.
6. Press start on your dummy character to teleport him/her to the sanctuary.
7. To the left next to your dog's bed/interface is a gift shelf. Go over to it and press A to bring up the dummy profile's gifts.
8. When the gifts show up, they should say what kind of gifts they are (money, flowers, etc.) and how much are in this one gift. DO NOT ACCEPT THE GIFTS!! Instead, reject them all and then leave the gift shelf.
9. Press start to leave the sanctuary and you'll be teleported back to your main character.
10. Press the down arrow on your dummy's controller when you're near the Main character to leave the game.
11. As soon as the dummy character leaves the game, press start on your 2nd controller to rejoin the game. Because the game didn't save after you rejected the gifts, they SHOULD be back on the gift shelf.
12. Repeat Steps 6 through 11.
Summary: Because of the game only saving after your main character gives a gift to a 2nd character, we can achieve never-ending cycle of the 2nd character teleporting into the sanctuary, going to the gift shelf, rejecting all gifts, teleporting back out and leaving the game and rejoining, doing all of it over again. You do not need to take your main back to the gift room everytime your dummy rejoins the game. I would say ever 3-5 reloads of the dummy character, send your main into the sanctuary to accept all of the gifts (money back).
*NOTE* THIS ALSO WORKS WITH OTHER GIFTS AS WELL (Flowers, Necklaces, etc.)*NOTE*
DO NOT GO OVER 999 MILLION!! This game does not have a gold cap, but will freeze if you go over the 100millionth spot into a billion. This has been tested and confirmed by 3 different users
everytime you refuse, it piles up...
(I more or less copied that from a post on gamefaqs...was better worded than what I originally wrote)

nope.
ive never seen the purpose to abuse glitches to make the game painfully easy, especially when the game is already easy.
that, and i dont have a second controller.

Zered Heizien nope. ive never seen the purpose to abuse glitches to make the game painfully easy, especially when the game is already easy. that, and i dont have a second controller. lol I blame the second controller...and I know I'm gonna want to go trough my way on a later walktrough without bothering with what I don't wanna do for gold, so it will be easier

It's incredibly easy to make gold anyways without abusing anything.
