Do you need a pet named, certed, or there is something misspelled or otherwise wrong on your cert and you need it changed? Then you're in the right place!
Please Note: We will not recert pets that have already been certed unless the pet is changed somehow (upgraded or potioned). Having an old cert is not a reason for re-certing. So sorry!
When you post, please tell us what you need! Here's a code for you to fill out:

*For issues with cert errors or a pet that's missing: please provide us with the ID number of the pet. Failure to provide an ID number will mean your request will be delayed at best, not done at worst - it's very difficult (if not impossible!) for us to find slippers without that number! Obviously we do not need ID numbers for pets being certed for the first time, as they get their IDs when we cert them. smile
Colorists will be certing their own work. When each colorist completes a task, s/he will strike out that post (not delete it!). If your post hasn't been struck through, it hasn't been finished yet. Do not repost unless you're positive something got missed.
