You are pretty free in this area. Be as creative as you like, but you need a place or location idea of where it might go on the map. It needs to be logical or if it is meant to be an anomaly, then go for it, you just have to convince me of it. All you have to do is be prepared to answer whatever questions I ask you and post it with a name and brackets[] saying whether it is a draft or a discussion thread.
