[ooc: made icons for the entire family ^^;; Had some time on my hands after I got off work/before I started on this RP. <3 They are located here: [X] Enjoy!] Another day in paradise. Jabari stretched his legs as he crawled out of his and his mate's den. His offspring were getting bigger and bigger with each passing day. Soon they would be making dens of their own but for now all five of them were tucked down in their overcrowded den. He sighed as he stretched a little bit more. He hadn't slept very well in days but that didn't bother him. At least he was able to sleep at all. He was sure that Shu probably didn't get very much sleep either. Hopefully soon they would make up their minds if they want to kick out their children so that they can have a little bit more leg room in their den.
Kipenzi rolled over and felt nothing but bare earth under her. She had opted to sleep next to her father the past few nights mainly to get away from her brothers. She hated being one of the two girls in her litter. She was outnumbered in gender by two-her three brothers and her father. But she didn't really mind her father that much. It was her three brothers. She shuddered slightly as she started to wake up. Surely her father had to still be in the den with them. She opened one eye and gazed around the darkened den. There was no sight of him. Sighing, she rolled onto all four paws and slunk out of the den to find her father staring at the rising sun. Smiling, she sat down next to him and leaned against his body, taking in his familiar scent and warmth.

Rajit frowned at the sudden lost of warmth in the den that came with the exit of his father and his sister. He cracked a eye open and gazed around. His father and Kipenzi were missing and he was sure soon his brother's would be awake as well. Rajit sighed and stretched, his foot connecting with his mother's side.
"Sorry, mom," he mumbled knowing his mother would not sleep through be kicked by her now adolescent son. Rajit rolled and stood, heading out of the den after his father and sister. The other's would follow soon and it was best to head out when you woke less you be trampled.
Shubanu had been dozing lightly, shifting slowly between wakefulness and light sleep. It was not often she was allowed to wake on her own and not often that she even slept through the night. It was pleasant, but did not last as a paw connected with her side and she jerked awake, barely registering her son's mumbled apology.
Shu sighed, but shook her head smiling happily knowing she would not give up being a mother and mate for anything in the world. Shu stood in the den stretching out, before going around to the rest of her brood nosing each. "The sun is coming up my loves, time to start our day. Come my loves, up, up, up."
With that Shu headed out of the den knowing the rest of her pups would head out soon.

Sara was not a morning dog by any sense of the word so when her mother called for her and her two other brothers to get up she just mumbled and tried to go back to sleep but the lost warmth and the light that was filtering into the den prevented her from going back to sleep.
When she sat up she noticed that only Alazzi, Ekwueme, and herself were still there. She nudged her brothers while still yawning then followed her mother outside to join the rest of her family. After a even wider yawn Sara smiled and said, "Morning"

Having no common sense or decency this early in the morning, all Alazzi could do was let out a low throaty growl as he rolled over to see his sister Saraiyu, and his Mother staring down at him. This was not going to be a pretty day, not by the way things looked so far anyway.
Embarrassed by the sudden burst of attention, and by his own actions, the confused dog drug himself to his feet and lowered his head in shame as he prepared to exit the den. The sigh the echoed through the den was definitely not a pleasant one.
"Sorry"
Was all he could manage to mumble as he continued his small but depressing, walk of shame.
Just outside of the den, Alazzi found himself face to face with most of his family. It brightened his day, if only slightly, to see them altogether out here, it was his favorite place to be. "Mornin' Everyone." He managed to squeeze out of his mouth between giant yawns.
