22 y/o single male looking for a housing partner. That is to say, someone who is established in a place, but is looking into future possibilities, yet, like me, are unable to do so on their income alone. Open to male or female, though would prefer another male(NOT for sexual purposes, this is NOT one of "those"). Would also prefer someone within my age group for compatibility purposes, for they would more likely benefit the most for this concept. Someone with a 32/hr+ job, no 'baggage'. Pref non-smoker(if smoker, outside house), NO drugs. Would need to use their own transportation, be it their own or bus, etc. Someone that can be trusted in all aspects of living, and who is responsible.

As for me, I work overnights 32/hr+. Drive a motorcycle. No pets, no 'baggage', do not smoke, drink, or do drugs. I do not take up much space(i.e. not much furniture, very little in the pantries/fridge, few personal items, etc.). I am a gamer, so if you are as well, great.

The goal would be a 2/1 or 2/2 house or apartment in Deland, Deltona, or Orange City. There are several 2/1 houses in Deltona that have been going for $500-$700, and those prices would be our target range. If the place we ultimately get allows pets, we can discuss bringing that in. I, myself, have a dog living with family down south, and if it were agreeable, to bring her up here(friendly with other dogs). However, to start out, no household pets like dogs/cats/ferrets,etc. would go into deciding on what place we were to get. I would like internet, do not particularly want cable(with streaming video, who needs TV? Haha). If cable/satellite is desired, we can work something out to pay separately or lump it into the monthly rent of the house. I have had my eye on several places that are just about doable on my own, but would be more realistic and easier with partner in the venture.

I do not have one, but if you have a working friend/significant other to make rent even cheaper amongst the three of us, we can even look into 3/1's or 3/2's(2/2's for couples).
