You can quick scope... its just going to be harder. As soon as you scope in the scope shakes. So if you can get lucky then you can get a kill. But i think you can probably tap scope.

bullshit theres no quick scoping, i do it all the time. if its no quick scoping, wat is it? zooming and shooting fast?
