BREEDING RULES
Okay, so your kid's all grown up? You've worked your parental skills to the max, and royally messed up helped your kid to greatness? =O What to do now, you wonder?
Procreation! 8D
- Breeding costs 20k for an unedited breeding, and 30k per child for an edited breeding.
A breeding will produce between 2-3 babies, regardless of whether the parents are teen or adult. Lifemates will produce between 3-4 babies. In unedited breedings, this number will be determined by randomization; In edited breedings, it will depend on how many babies you request/pay for.
Only adults and perma-teens can breed
Kids can't breed, unless they are cosplays made as permakids, and the character is actually a teenager or older. Permission should be gotten for this when the cosplay is commissioned.
Male x Male and Female x Female pairings are fine. How? We're magical! 8D
Inter-species breeding is fine; The babies will come out as one or the other, not a hybrid.
A breeding will not be carried out unless a post has been made in the breeding permission thread, with all owners agreeing.
Occasionally a threesome (Or... Moresome! =D; ) will occur. (Hey, animals do that in nature. Humans do too, just not to reproduce. >.>... ) How? In the words of the ever-wise Kara, "It just happens. DON'T QUESTION THE SANDWICH."
Waywards can breed once every two months. That's two months from the time certs are posted for the babies of the last breeding. If the babies are not certed together, the two months begins after the date the last of the babies is certed on.
A new adult Wayward cannot breed for a month after it is made. A growing Wayward cannot breed until it reaches adult. They're not baby machines. D:
Upon obtaining a breeding, there will be a two week "pregnancy period". This is the only time you may RP your Wayward as pregnant. Your babies will be posted at the end of the two week period.
Each person is only allowed 1 breeding per month, regardless of bribes or slots, edited or unedited.
Each person is only allowed to keep one baby per breeding. This may change.
