 How horrible, how utterly horrible being what she was! This was worse then being a vampire! She was a horse and not just that but she was a tiny one, destined to be tiny forever! Who had cursed her to this new fate? She didn't know who, so didn't know who to shout at though she didn't know anyone to shout at anyway.
Maybe though she would get lucky, one night, and find Lestat or her beloved Louis. Oh she would like to find Louis, he would take care of her and help her where Lestat she knew wouldn't. Louis was everything Lestat wasn't...he was gentle where as Lestat was a killer like herself. Louis was her comfort and her solace when she needed it.
So caught up in her thoughts, and stomping on twigs and branches, she didn't think or even realize where she was going. She didn't care anyway either, for all she knew she'd run into Lestat or Louis, she hoped they were cursed as much as she was...maybe even they were tiny like she was! Though she somehow was sure if they were cursed to this four legged nature they would not be as small as she was.
And she had a doll! She had grown to loath and hate dolls, another thing Lestat was at fault for, but the one she had with her now she kept with her. Seated and riding upon her back was the blue dressed doll, with it's lovely dark hair done up nicely. Every so often she would lean back to adjust it, so it didn't fall from her body. She didn't wish it to get dirty, for whatever reason.

 The young foal had managed to find herself lost in the forest. Silently she cursed herself for wandering too far from home. A soft whine escaped her as she eyed the trees that were steadily getting taller. Virulent shuddered and stopped trying to find her way out. For all she knew she was going deeper into the scary tall trees.
Her legs rattled as she cautiously kept an eye out around her. Every little noise made her jump and look around more frantically. Soon the sound of something stomping around on twigs and branches reached her. Whining again she looked for someplace to hide. Sadly the foal was so scared that she couldn't move.
All Virulent could do was stare at the direction the noises were coming from. Surely, her tiny mind thought, that some giant monster was heading her way. Most likely tall enough to reach high branches in the trees. Shudders kept her body shaking as the noises got closer.

Stomping out between some bushes and trees her blue eyes all but on fire, if that were actually possible hers would certainly be on fire. She was not a happy...Usdia. Yes, Usdia, that's what she'd heard herself called some time ago. She was displeased with this name, as it surely referred to her small statue.
She did not know about the lost foal, and why should she care. The only reason she may care was if something were to harm the foal, maybe even to kill it. Then she would have interest in the foal, but only in it's suffering or death.
When she did let her eyes look around, rather then keeping them set straight ahead she saw the foal. Well now...they certainly looked scared. But of what where they scared...? The thought of the foal being scared of the noise she had been making caused her mouth to curl into as devious a smile as her mouth could manage.
"Ohhh...are you lost?"

Poor little Virulent almost fainted when her 'monster' popped out from behind the trees. Her legs started to shake and her eyes had gone wide. It didn't ever register with her that the other wasn't that much bigger then herself. A little whimper escaped her before she could form her reply.
"I.... I am l-lost...." the foal stuttered out softly. "W-why?" She didn't even try to hide the fear in her voice. Though it should have subsided some, but she was beyond thinking rationally at the moment.
Her eyes darted around looking for an escape now. Sadly however, every time she thought she had a spot a voice whispered to her. It told her that any way she'd go, there would be more monsters waiting for her.

Turning that devious smile into something sweet, though there was an undercurrent of wickedness to it. "Lost are you....That's too bad. I can help you..." Now that wouldn't be a good idea for the foal, to take her offered help. Help from her wouldn't be help for the foal, unless they considered help to be letting Claudia have her way with them...in whatever form it may take.
She was hungry...but the idea of tormenting and scaring this little foal was even more appealing. Oh yes, the poor foal hadn't a clue, which pleased her greatly.
"What's your mother look like...or is it your father you need?" She asked, trying to sound as helpful as she could.

Virulent took a step back as she tried to disguise her fear now. "H-help m-m-me?" With that question she took a good look at her 'monster'. When she did she had to blink several times. The other did look scary at all, but that in and of itself kept her on edge. She took the chance however and answered the Usdia's other question.
"My... my mother..." The foal responded more confidently now. "Sh-she's not.... not that far... away..." While she was still scared, if she could get to her home she would be fine. At least that's what she was telling herself. "How.... How c-can... you h-help me?" The hope she had found was shining in her eyes as she stepped back forward. She still kept her distance from the stranger though.

The little foal should have listened to her fear, it would keep her safe and sound. Claudia was not very nice, infact had she not been so small before being as she was now she'd have made a fine Kalona. She had the personality for one, of that she was sure.
"Of course, I can help you. I know what it's like loosing ones parents." One set dead...and the others possibly here. If they were someone had better pray for Lestat, she would find a way to hurt him. Louis was the one she would like to run into though, she desperately missed him. She longed to be in his company, though he wasn't a killer quite like she was, he cared for and comforted her. Lestat was incapable of comforting another being, he just wanted to train a killer - monster. He had done well in the end.
"Come then, we shall find your mother. What way was she in when you lost her?" She asked, looking around. Poor little, lost, soquili...how terrible...

When she heard that the other had lost their parents, Virulent felt sadness for her. No one should have to loose their parents. Her purple eyes shifted around the trees in hopes of remembering which way the lake was. Just thinking of the lake made her shudder though. That body of water was her worst enemy.
"I... I c-came... came from th-the l-l-lake." She spoke softly as she shifted to look back behind her. "D-do you... you know wh-which way... way t-that is?" The foals back was almost completely turned toward the Usdia now. In her effort to find which way she'd come from she almost forgot that she still didn't fully trust the mare.

"Scared of the lake?" She questioned, unable to hide the smirk at this bit of information. So this one was scared...of a lot of things, how fun. She'd just make sure she was another thing this little foal was scared of, and that she'd always have nightmares of her.
Louis would be displeased with her, though Lestat would be proud of her. Neither were here though so she would do whatever she pleased, and right now that was terrorize the poor little foal. Maybe she could put that fea rof the lake to good use...oh yes, she would do just that.

Virulent looked at her with wide eyes. How did the other mare know that? Had she said she didn't like it out loud? "I.... I-I di-di-didn't s-say th-tha-that!" A whimper escaped her and now she didn't want the help of the other again.
The foal was very much regretting going out on her own now. Everything had gone from being fine to being extremely horrible in a matter of moments. Oh if only her father or brothers had been around, then she could have had one of them go out and around with her. Though at this moment she doubted even they would be able to calm her down.

"But you stutter when you speak about the lake, it's obvious. Your scared of it." She said, giving a smile, nothing malicious this time. It was a bright smile, which for those who knew her would know how bad this smile was. "Your just proving it now. You really should stop stuttering, it gives things away like that." Claudia advised, with a skip in her step as she moved around the foal. One day this foal would be bigger then herself, much larger, until then however....she'd make sure the other grew to fear her despite the size difference.
"We should be going, you have a mother to find." She said, tilting her head and looking at the other. Oh this was so easy.
