The Blood Moon Carnival is a place of many wonders... and horrors. Take a look see into the freak show tent...or one of the food carts. 'Are those real elephant ears?' you wonder.
But it's not just about the sights and the food, it's about the fun. And the game midway is where it's at. There's a dunk tank, and a ring toss, of sorts. But what draws your eye is the flash of knives flicking into the air, deftly caught and thrown with a thud into a much scarred wall of wood. Brightly colored balloons wave gently in the breeze, beckoning you to try a throw or two.
Care to try your hand, good ladies and gents? Pop a balloon and you might win a prize. Perhaps the big prize? You don't know until you try.
Watch out. The knives are sharp.
Rules
- Obey all the rules of Gaia and Soquili.
- No cheating.
- No mules (accounts less than 2 months/1000 posts)
- PM me any questions you may have. Do Not post them here.
- Don't be irritating.
- Game times will be posted in this thread's title, the first post of this thread and in the event thread.
- No proxys. This game is going to be running multiple times during the event, so there's going to be plenty of opportunities to play.
How to Play
- Only one roll per person per game. No deleting your post. If you miss roll/don't roll, tough luck.Please note - Length of time game runs has changed.- Games will run for 1 hour from my Start post to give everyone a chance to try.
- When I post 'Start', players will roll 10, 10-sided dice.
- Roll an Even Number - Miss! The balloons bob gently in the breeze of the knife's wake, mocking your poor aim.
- Roll an Odd Number - Bang! The balloon bursts with a dreadful explosion, scattering shreads of rubber and a flutter of paper.
- I will post 'Stop' when time is up.
- Please edit your posts after you roll with the number of Evens & Odds rolled. This will make it much faster and infinitely easier for me to keep track of everyone's scores.

How to Win
- The 5 players with the most popped balloons at the end of the game will be awarded tickets equal to the number of balloons popped.
- A running total of the number of balloon's popped will be kept from all games played. At the end of the Carnival, I'll tally these up and the person with the highest number will win the deadly but beautiful Kuchisake-Onna above.
- Familiars will also be given out, to a mysterious few.

Please Note - Tickets will be used for a chance at a surprise prize at the end of the Carnival.
