After the War with the Old Empire to the rise of the New Empire with the disputes of the Rebels, the NR have passed a world wide law that involved military and militia action toward any conflict that involves them. The law was that the Ecomonamy would automatically be funned to the NR’s Military thus creating new and more advance ships.
