I'm rpetty sure our director is doing that too. But, i know for a fact that today they are having a band costume party.

We're doing something where we run around in costumes and ring people's doorbells and asked for canned food for charity ^-^ It's called trick or canned food...

Every year part of the band goes to a special Halloween performance and gets to wear costumes. There's a haunted house party too.
I'm not going to either because I'm on our away game trip on the 30th...although the school we're playing has orange and black as their colors, so we'll still be able to get into the Halloween spirit. Haha.

I convinced our band teacher to let us play the scores from The Nightmare Before Christmas for the Halloween parade, took me from my freshman year to senior year to do it at least once, but if finally succeeded. -w-

we have a party where each section makes up a skit and dresses up for it, and carves a pumpkin that has to do with the section and or the skit, and its a potluck...its super fun though cuz everything is a secret to other sections, so its all a surprise smile

No party. No anything. We're going out of town for BOA the day before and then again the day after for State competition. cool

The guard was allowed to march in costumes during practice, but I doubt anyone in the band was allowed to, since no one was wearing costumes/make-up or anything.
BUT, while we were getting ready for a football game they played Halloween music with a radio : )

We marched in costumes and played The Ghost Busters theme.
