What was the most interestign or creative show you've seen at a competiion? One that just made you go wow. If you can find a video, that would be awesome, but you dont have to.
Mine was yesterday, and they recieved a standing ovation from the crowd, althoguh they surprising went away with only an ecellent.
It was a magic/circus theme, titled "scenes from a Phsycotic Circus". Just by their uniforms, you could tell they were gonna be interesting, good or not. They only wore their jumpers with black t-shirts underneath. On their arms, they had black and yellow striped gloves that went all the way up their arms. Their hair was all crazy and weird. It was cool.
Their entire show was just crazy and wild. At one point, a colorguard girl dropped into a big black box. At another point, they sawed soemone in half. It was epic.
Heres a vid, but the quality isn't that good. this is also earlier, and they were even better yesterday.

NeoRaptor99 this is the band that won in our chapter for group 3 which is 60-90 people in the band i think anyway this was early in the season they were awesome yesterday when they won ]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AYtBHC9lD7Ui love CR's show this year, this is the one show we watched at chapters, at first i didn't want to watch b/c i've seen it a MILLION times, but when it started i was amaaaazed. i'm not sure if they should've gotten most improved though, b/c they weren't really bad to begin with... but it's an amazing show regardless mrgreen

My band got most improved to but we deserved it we came from a 69.25 to a 84.35 and we only got beat by Chesapeake we should have one in fact we had people that came up to us and told us we got robbed, im just so frustrated cause we got super under scored but oh well I also liked James M. Bennet's, show but it wasn't on youtube

Today we saw two amazing shows. One was a hgihschool, I can't remember exactly but I'm pretty sure they recieved a superior, and then the college band that was hsoting.
the high school was Chandler High school. they did beethoven, and actually brought fold up chairs onto the field, and they actually marched around with them a bit. their music was loud and wellplayed as well, and their marching was very good.
Unfortunately, i could not find a video of their show.
As for the college, it was University of Arizona. Ii copuldn't find the whole thing, which makes me sad because they have an amazingly epic visual where people are jumping over people on the ground and people are fallign down in lines. their performance sent chills down my spine from the first note, litterally.
No video of their full show is up yet.
Edit: Found it! The awesomeest most dangerously epic visual i have ever seen is at abotu 11:00. Was too busy watching the coolness to pay attention to the exact startup point of it though.

What band are you in?I'm from Santa Rita. Division 3 I think.

This is an awesome thread! Except for the fact that I'm not doing hw cause I'm watching all these shows. The circus one is super cool.
and wow UofA's Muse show is way better than UCLA's Muse show

Mirienne This is an awesome thread! Except for the fact that I'm not doing hw cause I'm watching all these shows. The circus one is super cool. and wow UofA's Muse show is way better than UCLA's Muse showHaha nice. And i love Sandra day o'connor. their show was ev en better when i saw them then it was in that vid. I'm hoping to eventually find a better, more recent video of them. This saturday is state, so likely they will put that video up.
