Abilities: Kenshin uses a small USB-like device to send down digits and codes upon his foes, they may be meteors, or plain digits or numbers to damage his them, he can also use his pins, his Noise form Viral Cantus takes the form of a Taboo coded monster, it essentially looks like the mixture of a T-Rex with a huge Tortoise but with no physical structure that exposes flesh.
Personality: Kenshin is a similar Reaper to Sho Minamimoto except for what he values. Kenshin likes technology, and he can hardly refrain from saying computer commands such as "Control Alt Delete!" he is an incredibly talented Reaper that doesn't slack off, and his heart is as cruel as can be after what happened to him.

Bio: Kenshin was a Geek in life, he neglected people, he grew tired of the annoying crowds in Shibuya, however he never did it out of hatred, he just was shy, and never found his place in physical activity, or shopping like many of the other kids. His father had died at a young age, and he was left with his mom, later on, she grew sick, so he took care of her, he was often stressed to take care of her, and get her whatever she needed to survive, she was all he had left in the world. One day as he had left his house to go pick up medicine for her to keep on living, he was ambushed and mugged. Desperate not to give up the money he needed to keep his mother alive, he resisted the thugs. Sadly, it was for not, and he was stabbed to death. His mother died not too long after he did. When he woke up in the Underground, Kenshin was bitterly angry, he could figure that the world he now was in was The Afterlife, he was also well aware that his mother wouldn't be alive much longer either, confined to a bed as she was.
