The bright lion ambled along, feeling quite cheerful. His life had been very fun and interesting lately. He had met and fought with several pride lions, and even won one of those fights. He had flirted with a goddess, barely escaping with his life. He had met a lovely leopardess that was quite receptive to his charms, and he had flirted or quarreled with numerous other rogues.
There was only one lion that had proved immune to his amazing personality: Bongani.
Jicho had tried all of his tricks on the dull scaled lion, had done his very best! But still, Bongani seemed unmoved by his antics. The bright lion was beginning to grow tired of fighting, so he didn't exactly want to exact revenge on his frustrating acquaintance. He had picked up a new tactic though, one which had worked on a lion named Daire with hilarious results.
A lion as boring and dull as Bongani needed something to liven up his days, right?
Jicho closed in on his 'prey', beaming with delight. This ... this would be awesome.

Lounging in the bright sun was about the only thing this large lion did lately. He didn't even seem to care that his dark scales absorbed a lot of heat. What else was there to do? As an outsider, Bongani tended to mind his own business, with the rare exceptions where he would run into a fellow pride-less wanderer... or rattal in one case.
Rolling onto his back, the lion could think of only one interesting encounter. What was the others name? He believed it was Jicho. The bright male seemed either high-strung or had the motive of trying to irritate him, or at least, get some sort of rise from him. Surely that couldn't be the case, even if he did allow himself to be bothered by the antics. Pushing this thought out of his mind, he continued to soak up the sun's rays, unaware that he was currently being searched out.

It was fortunate that Jicho managed to find Bongani's trail so quickly, or he likely would have grown bored of the chase and gone on to find other prey. Happily, the brown lion didn't seem to have gone far since their last meeting. Jicho picked up his trail easily, and trotted along after the brown lion. His spirits were high. This would be great fun.
"Hello, you lump!" Jicho called cheerfully as he spotted the scaled lion. Just flopped there in the sun like the boring lump he was. With another lion, Jicho might have worried a tiny little bit that he would be attacked for calling out such a rude greeting. Jicho wasn't worried about Bongani in the slightest though. What an insufferably dull lion that Bongani was.
Reaching Bongani, Jicho promptly sat beside him, grinning down at him. He wasn't sure how to begin.

Bongani continued to laze about in the grass, not minding the blades brushingh against his fur and scales. He brought his paws up to his mouth and gave them both some licks. They felt much cooler as he lowered them again, the slight breeze feeling a bit colder as it hit them, also cooling the paws down as the liquid evaporated from the fur. His eyes closed slowly as he prepared to get a small nap in, still quite blissfully unaware of Jicho approaching him.
Soon enough, it was made quite known that he wasn't alone anymore as he heard an odd greeting. Lump...? He thought idly as he slowly rolled onto his side and lifted his head to see who had greeted him in such a way. Sure enough, it was the bright lion that he had met before, coming his way. He let out a small yawn before bowing his head to the other. "Greetings. It is nice to see you again." He welcomed as Jicho came and sat beside him, glancing up to him.
