Gah I had the same problem with my FF10 Tidus figure except it was his hand, I put crazy glue because it was the only way to fix it but now I can no longer take out his hand to switch the hand movements... ;_;

Now I will get nightmares... You could use glue or send it back it it happened as soon as you moved his head since that's not supposed to happen.

To fix it, you should pick up some model glue. You can get it at hobby stores.... a warning though do not use a lot because if you do it starts to eat away at the material. use no more than the size of a very small bead.
It's what I used to make my homebrew Kaito fig.
Also super glue sucks a** on figmas

@Karla: Aw that sucks. At least you fixed it :3
@Choco: No it doesn't :c
@Kaname: Yea I was going to do that whenever I had some free time. Someone suggested it to me : P
I know that's why I don't use super glue to fix it c:

Q~Q *throws her trusty bottle of crazy glue out the window*
Well I'm out of ideas now D8...How is that Crazy Glue can stick metal, skin, plastic and clothing together for a PAINFULLY long time and not fix PVC figures? QAQ It always worked for me I had three broken figures so far and I put them together with crazy clue...:/

Ever heard of varnish? Technically, when I had my good smile figma's [oldest one i got was Haruhi], it breaks, and when it breaks, I use some varnish, paint, and a fine blade. I had sets of acrylics to cover and patch it up, and the blade to make it like it's original again. But trust me, this is a painful process to work on, it's like re-crafting a figma from scratch.
