She was uploaded in a video on NicoNico on the 21st of October, but I was only able to get a hold of her just a few minutes ago.
It's not on their .pmd section, and several people along youtube and deviantart seem to be looking for her. She's quite pretty, and I look forward to using her in a video. Her .pmd file is named Moon, so I would assume that is her name? Here is a picture of the model:
