Alright everyone, I'm sure some of you will hate me for this but I'm going to be freezing this guild. It's only temporary but it is necessary so that we solve a few problems and we can implement some solutions to them accordingly. There will be a couple of changes in time but for now here are a few that will be taking effect immediately.
1st Amendment. [The Recalculations of Profiles]
You all will need to look at
this thread and change your profile accordingly. The reason behind us doing this is to ensure more depth, give more incentive for people to train to rank up, and better explain the way chakra will work in this guild. This will only effect the stats on your profile but it will not effect other sections of it.
2nd Amendment. [Abolition of RP Samples]
With this amendment, RP Samples will no longer be required for things such as Auto-ranks. RP Samples may still be required for certain customs applications if the way the said custom would be used is not clear. Therefore and RP Samples will only be needed by request from the mod in charge. Bloodlines however, will always need to have an RP Sample.
3rd Amendment. [Recall on Auto-Ranks]
Some auto-ranks are going to have a recall on them. With the new no RP Sample rule people are going to need to earn their Auto-Ranks through RP, which means if a Kage thinks you are capable enough to have the auto-rank he or she will give it to you. This means that almost all current auto-rankees are running the risk of getting the AR taken from them. Also if an AR isn't doing their job or tries to leave or abandon their village they will be getting bumped down to Academy Student.
4th Amendment. [Choosing Your Village]
You will no longer be able to choose your village, villages will choose you. So now when you enter your profile into the acceptance thread, you will leave your village blank. Whoa, now before you try to crucify me, let me explain whats going to be happening! After your profile(required) and bloodline(optional) has been accepted you will post in a new thread that is going to be created called the Free Agency Thread. In this thread you will list some things about your RPC such as his/her name, bio, bloodline, personality, tiers, and what village you would favor the most. From that point on, villages will be able to make offers to your character and you will be able to take which ever offer appears to you most but if a village doesn't give you an offer then you obviously can't join it. You are allowed to include an RP sample or more things to make yourself more appealing to villages. The idea is that villages will make offers to people that they need and if they need you then you'd have a lot to do in that village. Each village can offer your character some yen and/or limit breaks but the number of limit breaks and yen that they can offer is limited. Also another way to persuade you into their guild is by telling you some of the featured story arcs, or AR positions open. So by picking a rare bloodline, and rare tiers you may open up plenty of doors for village to want to take you in but if you pick very common things no one may want you. If seven days pass and you aren't given any offers then you can resubmit your profile into the acceptance thread and edit things around. People who are already in villages are not effected by this unless they decide they want to change their village. Though if you were given a demon or an auto-rank then you will not be able to use this new feature.
