Gonna take a pregnancy test at the end of my period to determine if I have something growing in there. I really hope I don't.

Do you know absurd it sounds when you guys say that you are related?
You met in a guild on the internet.
This is why nobody believes you two.
NOW, if there was an actual story like "Yeah my father ran off and fathered the other person" or something like that MAYBE people'd reconsider because I know that I have met people related to me years after the fact.
