I heard that something happens to Legion if you bring him/it along with you to take down Overlord. Is this true, and if so, what happens?

I've heard that what happens to you (the colors man!) happens to him as well, but I don't have any proof for that.

The only thing I could find about Legion and Overload from the Mass Effect Wiki since I have yet to play Overload is this: "In the Overlord DLC, when Dr. Archer meets Shepard, if Legion is present, Archer asks Shepard if Legion can be trusted. Shepard replies that Legion cannot be brainwashed by other AI."
