Hey guys! I have a big family, and fortunately they love cars. In particular our family is a Z family! Ever since I could remember someone in our family had a Z at some point. From Datsun 240 up till Nissan 300ZX (no 350's or 370's yet... we wait for at least a few years of vintage). Thankfully having a backing with Z's led me to appreciate cars regardless of age, origin, or power. Here's my brother import model posing in front of my uncles restored 280Z, It's a weekend driver. I was wondering if anyone else came from a family with a love for a specific car.

Everyone that I can think of has always owned a Toyota, from my parents, cousin, uncle.... I probably might end up owning a Toyota in the future to keep the tradition going lol. Most likely a Supra if i have the money and if I can find one for a good price in decent condition.

Well as long as it's a Supra I'm happy with it lol.

I've come from an Audi/ VW background with some Ford thrown in there from my father and grandfather's rally days. They also don't like driving off handed cars. My car was understandably a departure from that tradition.

Toyota's full of awesome cars, MR2/MRS, 80's Corollas, Celicas (first gen and fifth gen), and the best part is that they're all great cars in different price ranges. Personally I'm partial to the 2000gt... love the coupes silhouette (hate the price tag).

I think the tradition has always been my mom gets the newest, nicest car and we all have to make due with s**t for some ******** up reason. As long as its not falling apart in the driveway, she was happy with what we were driving. Which is why my first two cars were nauseatingly lame. The Lancer is the first car I've owned that I actually WANTED to own. It's no wonder it's lasted the longest and still going. I pretty much put a lot of TLC into that car.

My mom and step dad have always had Buicks. Wasnt sure why untill I got the hand-me-down Roadmaster. It is a comfy ride that will move like a scalded cat when the loud pedal is laid down. I got rid of my 92 and got a 96 collectors edition with a 'vette engine standard. no mods yet, but she will be a nice sleeper

Now that I have MBZ, I can say that at one point in time, the males of our family have owned a Mercedes-Benz, particularly the S-class. According to my dad, my great-grandfather drove a MBZ S-class, grandfather also drove a MBZ S-Class, and I know that my dad has had two different W126 560SELs and a W140 S-class as well.
