Controlled by Myself or My Lieutenants.
Commonly Referred to as NPCs.

Controlled By: Jokerman-EXE
Name: The Headmaster (Real name not widely known)
Age: 64
A Bit About Me: An ex-soldier from the United States Marine Corps, The Headmaster served in skirmishes in Vietnam. His powers were late-manifesting, only appearing after his tour of duty had been finished - along with his left leg. Disillusioned by the conflict of the glamors of the government and its systems, The Headmaster went into hermitage to fully embrace his powers and live his life free from unnecessary "duty."

Now, he has been called out of retirement to serve as the Headmaster of the entire Zero Network, using his unmatched reality-altering abilities to coordinate and ultimately protect the interests of both the student and the government societies throughout the Zero Academies.

The Headmaster is a gruff, no-nonsense type of drill sergeant. He tolerates no fluff in any of his dealings and is very direct and blunt. Deep down, he cares greatly about the Academy and its students, and looks upon this as an opportunity for some tough love.

I Look Like: Still in good health, The Headmaster is nonetheless bound to a cane to make up for his mangled leg. Even so, he is a solid six feet tall, with thick gray hair and a fit body. He typically wears tweed suits and, at his most casual, khakis and bad Hawaiian shirts.
Anything Else?: The Headmaster is not only not afraid of anything, he is somewhat reckless and often needs to be controlled by his secretary.
Power(s): The Headmaster is gifted with the ability to alter all of reality, on an undefined scope, in any way. His perfect impartiality and sense of balance have made him self-swear to never use his powers for anything other than the balance of the world.
Power Type: Cosmic
Training Level: N/A

Name: Markus Shae; Hero Name - Dragoon
Age: 30
A Bit About Me: Shae is the history teacher at the Zero Academy. As the legendary hero Dragoon, he is well-known as a defender of justice and loyal agent of the government.

Born to a pair of lazy, good-for-nothing parents clinging to the dying trends of the hippie lifestyle, Shae vowed early to make more of himself by 21 than his parents had ever been in their lives - a goal he pursued with zeal. At age 20, he was the youngest student at his law school and well on his way to being known as a prodigy. However, the stress of the lifestyle was really getting to him, and he very nearly had a mental breakdown.

Trying to calm himself down after throwing all of his textbooks at a wall and screaming at his roommate, Shae took a walk that came across a condemned church. Oddly, there was no sign outside to tell what kind of church it had been, so Shae simply let himself in. The sight that greeted his eyes was strange: a majestic tree had sprouted through the altar, leaving it cracked and broken on the stone floor. As he wandered around the tree, running a hand over the bark and feeling strangely calm, Shae came across a bone necklace hanging from the back side's lowest branch. Curious, he reached out for it - and with a bright white flash, it was around his neck.

Knowing right away that something strange had happened, Shae tried to go back to his regular life; such was not his fate. A week after that, he lost control of his new powers and destroyed his dorm room as well as the one next to it. He was taken by the government for training and gradually accepted his new life, viewing it as a new way to make a difference in the world.

I Look Like: Tall and dark-skinned, Shae has a shoulder-length black ponytail and glasses. He dresses very classy-casual, typically with slacks and a collared shirt. When he activates his power, he wears black and silver Gothic armor with a saber at his side.
Anything Else?: Shae is very dutiful and helpful to anyone around him. He's pretty fearless, but not foolish.
Power(s): Dragoon channels the spirit of an ancient dragon god, gifting him with enhanced strength, speed, healing, senses, and reflexes. A pair of dragon-like wings sprout from his back and are apparently invulnerable to all forms of attack. Using his sword, Dragoon can utilize a multitude of abilities involving Divine energy, such as blasts of power, forcing pulses through the ground, or nullifying enemy abilities. He has limited flight capability and seems to be hiding another ability that has yet to be seen.
Power Type: Divine
Training Level: 8

Controlled By:
Name: Drake Alden
Age: 29
A Bit About Me:
Drake is a chemist, he loves chemistry like some people love women, cars, but not quite as much as sex, not that he's manwhore or anything it's just, chemistry doesn't excite him in that way. The point is that if chemistry were a woman, it would, and he would marry it, and they would have strange little children in a perfect white house somewhere in some suburb and they'd go to a little school for strange little chemical children, but chemistry is not a woman. A man can dream though. So anyways, chemist. Drake worked at Omnocean, one of the worlds largest pharmaceutical companies, in R&D, a sort of middle of the road position, lab tech. Once upon a time they were developing a new artificial sugar substitute and, as the company describes the event "A random gamma sunspot refracted off the ionosphere and interfered with the calibration of the infrared gastrometer causing a phosphorus explosion which breached the chemical storage cabinet." This is of course utter gibberish, but if you say otherwise their lawyers will convince a jury that your head is a cantaloupe, and they are hungry.

The reality of it isn't actually important, the result was that he gained powers, alas they did not enable him to make chemistry into a woman, they did give him an innate control of chemistry, and Omnocean treated him like a tree that bore diamond fruit. Still in the end they were driven by profits and he, well first he loves chemistry, and second it was just plain obvious that it hadn't been an accident; When he started examining his options he found a third point, Zero Academy has a hell of a lot better facilities with a hell of a lot better minds. It was difficult to open up talks without being caught but once the deals got nailed down it didn't take much effort for Zero's lawyers to put a hole in his contract with Omnocean, and he was gone before they could even try to hide him.

And thus he began his career as a teacher. Really that was the worst part of the deal, Drake had gone to Ivy League style private schools his hole life, Zero's random mishmash of whoever happened to develop powers was completely outside his experience, and his socially not-quite-rightedness(see first paragraph) put the kids off too.

I Look Like: Drake is almost actually a dwarf, at 4'11" all the upper class students are taller than him (except that kid with the shrinking powers, but that's his own fault). Black hair an inch long, often messy just for lack of consideration. He needs reading glasses, and reads a lot, so he's almost always wearing them. His usual dress is black khaki pants with a white button-up shirt, no tie.
Anything Else?: Nope
Power(s): Drake has the ability to effect the chemical composition of objects, including people, but not gasses (though he can turn things into gasses through chemical reactions). The ability is very finely tuned, he just has to imagine the molecule he wants to effect, but it does require physical contact without any barrier. With the exception of very large or very dense objects he can insert/remove any molecule from any region of the object he is touching. The actual act of it is like lifting weights while running, or something like that, it wears him our fairly quickly and he's always hungry afterward.
Power Type: Machine-Made
Training Level: 3.6

Controlled By: [Katsra]
Name: [Rikku Martin]
Age: [19]
A Bit About Me: [Rikku, like Baralai, was orphaned 6 years ago when her parents (Both Teachers at the school) were killed in a mission, leaving Rikku to take care of her little brother; at the time of the accident Rikku and Baralai were unaware that there parents were teachers of this school because they had wanted their children to have a normal life. But once the news came of their deaths, Rikku was told about the school and what had happened... but at this time Rikku's powers hadn't appeared yet.

Her powers didn't surface until a week after her parents had passed. An orphanage agent came by to pick up her and Baralai. Rikku was seemingly a normal girl, but her brother's appearance made them want to send him to the school right away. Rikku was too afraid to be separated from her brother and her powers took over; she made herself and her brother invisible and ran. Rikku spent a lot of time protecting her brother and herself from a large amount of agencies that wanted both of them and because of that she honed her powers a lot before she even got to the school, so when she did finally enroll she climbed up the training ranks with relative ease.

She had originally intended to take her brother with her when she enrolled, but she was afraid that if they enrolled together they would be separated again, so she used some of her powers to make Baralai's tail and ears appear invisible so he could go to normal school until she was old enough to be his "legal guardian." Once that time came around she enrolled him at the school with her.

Rikku is a social butterfly and she gets along with everyone - she is very outgoing and happy. She is that all-American girl that boys drool over and girls secretly curse at under their breath, and it seems like almost everyone at the school knows who she is, even people who are well over her training level. Most teachers love to have her in their class, because she is the type of student to motivate others and get things moving. But she is also the kind of student you want to have on your good side because you would definitely rather fight with her than against her, because when it comes to mission times and fighting she is all business and won't hesitate to cut down anyone in her way.]

I Look Like: Rikku
Anything Else?: [Rikku spent her entire childhood taking dance and martial arts, so with her deadly mix of fighting skills and flexibility, fighting with this girl is never easy. She is also quite an accomplished ballerina - it is what she wanted to go to school for before her parents were killed. She is often called the spitting image of her mother]
Power(s): [Manipulation of light. Since color is a byproduct of light, she can also manipulate the color of her surroundings at will by intensifying certain shades of light. She can bend the colors around her allowing her to turn invisible and she can fire beams of intensified light at will. Her biggest defensive technique is something she calls absolute darkness, where she drains all the light from an area preventing anyone from being able to see when she/whomever needs to escapes... Her and her brother both also inherited her mother's "family link" ability that lets her and Baralai use each others powers when in close proximity to one another.]
Power Type: [Genetic]
Training Level: [3]

Controlled By: SirBayer
Name: Évelyne Jeanette Mercier
Age: 28
A Bit About Me: Évelyne was born to a French father and an American mother. She experienced what might be termed the idyllic childhood - her parents loved her, her siblings were her friends, she was clever enough to get ahead in school, her relationships were positive - everything that could go right for a girl went right.

Her luck, however, could not last forever, and it didn’t.

Évy was not the first of her family members to manifest powers. Instead her oldest brother manifested his powers first. In an effort to control him, her parents manifested powers of their own, and the rest of the family, like dominoes, discovered their super-human nature. In the ensuing disaster, several dozen people were killed, including Évy’s parents and two of her four siblings, and several nearby houses were completely leveled. Évy came off worst of the survivors - in critical condition, she was brought to a hospital, where she spent four months in a coma. Upon awakening she was told the terrible news and then left alone. When they came back to see how she was doing, she had escaped through the window. She was not heard of for some time.

Ten months after her disappearance, she reappeared without an explanation. None of her family cared enough to go hunting for her, and she apparently didn’t care enough to look them up upon her return. She was not, however, a shell. Instead she returned to life, vibrant and cheerful, somehow able to accept exactly what had happened to her and her family. She signed on as a teacher at the Zero Academy, citing “excellent self control,” and presenting, as a resumé, a beautiful demonstration of martial prowess that landed her a job as a martial intructor. She’s held the job for two years now, and seems to have no intention of quitting.

I Look Like: Évelyne is very, very attractive, and she is fully aware of it. She stands at 5’ 11”; she carefully maintains an appropriate layer of body fat to get the curves she wants but avoid being ‘overweight.’ Her (carefully maintined) jet-black hair falls in waves to her shoulder-blades, set carefully to frame a face made of soft curves and accentuated with bright green eyes (surrounded by carefully maintained make-up). Évy drifts, in style of dress, towards short skirts and low necklines, although she is extremely careful to cover her back and abdomen thoroughly (both are badly scarred from the awakening of her powers, although the scars are not as bad as they once were). She also tends toward the practical - whenever wearing such skirts, she is always wearing shorts beneath, as a good high kick should not be an exercise in shame.

The scars from her injuries during her power’s awakening are mostly restricted to her stomach and back, but there is a hairline scar running from her throat to her navel, the only scar that is regularly visible on her body.

Anything Else?: [Anything that doesn't fit in the other categories.]
Power(s): Évy has one really genetic ability - she can breath a mist of extremely acidic, extremely toxic liquid, acidic enough to melt metal and toxic enough to kill from within what it doesn’t melt from outside. Her other ability, one gained from her months spent away, is an improbable level of strength and toughness, which she attributes to extreme devotion to a martial art.
Power Type: Genetic (acid-breath), Acquired/Magical (mild super-strength)
Training Level: Level 6

Controlled By: NativeForeigner
Name: Horado (Surname is not generally known)
Age: Uh… usually looks about 30
A Bit About Me: Not much is known about Horado’s past. He’s long-forgotten his life before Zero Academy. He found himself at Zero Academy when he appeared to be 12. Shortly after he was enrolled, it was discovered that he had no real need to be a student as his powers were already under his control. This was also determined after the first time he went from a 12 year-old boy to a 30 year-old man overnight and proved to be exceedingly competent. He also proved to do well with Philosophy. As such, he decided to stay at the academy and become the Philosophy teacher. He claims to have stayed because of his work with The Headmaster though many believe he did it to maintain his sense of purpose.

At the academy, he teaches Philosophy and commonly scares, confound, or fascinates the students. He appears cold and distant at first, but once one gets to know him this observation almost invariably changes. He’s generally quiet, caught up in research of some kind, hobbies, or just letting his mind wander. However, once asked a question it is difficult to break away as he is always happy for company and loves sharing tales of his experiences. However, whenever inquired about changing the past or allowing multiple copies of himself to coexist, he stresses the importance of minimalizing such happenings as to avoid a time paradox, though admits that the happenings are sometimes difficult to avoid.

Though he has no true affiliation to the heroes or villains, he is kind and helpful, despite his terrible sense of time and horrible habit of procrastination due to his detachment from the timeline. As such, he generally favors heroes over villains.

I Look Like: Horado is very tall and slender, standing at about 6’ 1” and weighing about 145 pounds. His skin is a light tan, but his indistinct Hispanic heritage shows through his thick, ear-length, brown hair and almond-shaped brown eyes. His handsome features often change, sometimes appearing younger and other times older. He sometimes sports different styles of facial hair, usually changing every couple of days or so, sometimes quite drastically.
He usually wears slacks with a dress shirt, tie, vest, fedora, and his glasses. He typically wears several outfits a day, changing his clothes quite often and appearing in different outfits spontaneously.

Anything Else?: He always carries his ornate, gunmetal gray-colored pocket watch in his vest pocket. The face and back is glass, exposing the gears.

He enjoys cigars and pipe.

Power(s): Total Time Manipulation.
Power Type: Cosmic.
Training Level: Level 8

Player Profiles.

Controlled By: [Mr. Blackbird Lore]
Name: [Chuck Dylan]
Age: [14]
A Bit About Me: [I'm the youngest of two, my brother being 17. My parents both work crazy hours at the hospital, my father a neurosurgeon and my mother a neursurgeon's aid- it's how they met. I'm the complete opposite of my family in just about every way. They're rigid, doing everything by the book, and all enforcing strict organizational policies on everything. I'm as carefree as they come, taking life one step at a time, and solving its myriad puzzles as they're presented. I plan very little, living day to day. I walk a very thin line between spontaneous and methodical, but I don't actually notice- it's all subconscious.

Paintball is my most recently discovered hobby. Also on the list are: swimming, reading, napping (I'm PRO), and staying up late reading about obscure and abstract things on the internet (last night I read Einstein's theory of Relativity, the night before it was "Canterbury Tales" in the original 'Olde Englisch'). I also have an avid interest in all the laws of science I break on a daily basis.

It was a year ago that I discovered my ability- and it's been a great source of entertainment ever since. Unfortunately it's not as cool as my brother's- he can influence gravity!- but still very practical- but that's why I'm here: I can't really control it yet.

I like all things salty or doused in soy sauce- with a grandiose weakness for beef (or chicken) fried rice- and will NOT eat cheese- unless it's on pizza from Pizza Hut. Neutral colors are my favorite. I like almost any music that isn't rapping about bitches and cash or complaining about failed relationships, but mostly I like to be entertained. My favorite shows and movies speak deeply and simply- like "Invader Zim." I have a candy bar every Saturday- my one guilty pleasure- and Winnie the Pooh is my hero.

P.S. Puberty sucks! Don't try it.]

I Look Like: [5'5" and 120 lbs. Pretty slim thanks to a fantabulous metabolism, and can meet the presidential requirements for a gym class. My black hair is as lazy and lackadaisical, settling wherever it may, and my eyes are a muddy hazel and rather uninteresting- which some people have said make them more interesting, but I don't really get that.]
Anything Else?: [I have a stuffed panda that sits at two and a half feet tall, and is just the right size to fit in a full hug.]
Power(s): [REAL Parlor Tricks. Currently, Chuck can make things disappear simply by tucking them out of sight. For real. And then reappear. For real. He's still working on that, though, and things have tendency to not apparate when called or apparate before or after he intends.]
Power Type: [Genetic.]
Training Level:[Level Zero]

Controlled By: dragonhealer
Name: Poppy "Pop" Flowers
Age: 17
A Bit About Me: Poppy grew up with her dad, her mother left them when she was four or five for another relationship. But she doesn't really mind. The woman was never very good at parenting anyway, and her dad was the best. He was a super, a cool one too. The man was able to control heat. He was a hero, recognized and loved by the people. Poppy adored her father, but he work most of the time, leaving her to mill around the small loft alone. She didn't show signs of having any super power until she was thirteen. And at the time it was very startling. The redhead managed to freeze her feet to the ice of a skating rink. She had been freaking out because she couldn't stop and BOOM. She stopped with her skates covered in a thick layer of ice. Her father had been proud but this was exactly what she didn't want to happen. From what poppy knew being super only meant more work. She couldn't be normal and he would send her away for schooling. She was fourteen when she was sent to the academy, and has been here ever since.

Poppy likes to spend her free time walking, she's very fond of walking. But when she has to stay in she reads or knits. Her room is covered in cozys. There's a lamp cozy, a door knob cozy, a television cozy, everything has a cozy... As a special treat she will buy herself a Skor candy bar, but other then that she doesn't eat many sweets. in fact she doesn't eat much of anything. The girl doesn't enjoy eating she has a history of an eating disorder, but nothing to serious. Pop had just refused to eat her first few months in the academy, she missed home and didn't want to be here. Poppy doesn't really have a plan for her future yet, She wants to be a hero but doesn't want to work for the government. And she wants to be a villain but doesn't want to get arrested or worse It's a hard choice and she just can't choose.

As far a music tastes go Poppy's your normal nerdy teenage girl, she likes a little techno, a little indie pop. It's more about the artist then the genre. She wears vintage clothes and cuts her own hair, her shoes are worn in , all her her stocking have a hole in the heel and she wishes she were better at everything her does.

I Look Like: Five foot eight, with one hundred and twenty seven pounds. Tall and lanky, pale and awkward. Poppy has ginger hair that turns a brighter read in the summer and gets more blond in the winter. Her eyes are, well her father called them Icy blue, it's like a robin's egg color. Her soft cheeks are peppered with light freckles and her eye lashes are long and dark. Pop often wears a touch of eye liner and a but of lip balm but that's it. She has no interest in most makeup, it messes up to easily. Here is a photo
Anything Else?: This is her current favorite song.
Power(s): Pop can control temperature of water in combination. Basically she can excite or calm electrons in H2O, while manipulating them. It's not that impressive, and she has accidentally burned people quite often with boiling hot water, it's hard to control water that hot.
Power Type: Genetic
Training Level: Level One

Controlled By: lily564a
Name: Rosalyn Matder
Age: 17
A Bit About Me:
Rose was born into the foster system, her original parents both worked sixteen hour days every day and still barely made enough for their apartment, they had neither the time or the money to raise a child so it was the best choice for everyone. Luckily she ended up with a good family; The Matders had five foster kids counting Rose, but still managed to give them all great childhoods. Alas, she did eventually become a teenager, and as teenagers do she became rebellious, for no good reason. It didn't take her long to get involved with (read: used by) a local gang, and shortly afterward the entire group was arrested for something that had happened before Rose joined. Worried that these were signs of things to come the Matders decided to leave her in juvi for a few weeks. In the end she was found uninvolved and released with no charges but the experience had created a divide between her and her parents. It was about two years after this that Rose began to develop her abilities. It started innocently enough, one day in gym class they were playing tennis, sometimes when she hit the ball it would fly off in random, impossible directions. (one even hit this total douchebag in the balls, everybody laughed)

Alas, it was not a happy time in the Madter house, the stint in juvi was hardly the end of her rebellious phase, throw super powers on top of that and they really started to worry. One day there was an accident at school, nobody got hurt but everybody freaked out, not that freaking out isn't the proper response when a student impales a table in the ceiling. Few weeks later she transfered to Zero. She had been behind the rest of her year in a few classes since the time gang incident; She had missed enough to fail a few but it wasn't a big enough deal for her to get held back, in public school. At Zero it was so despite being 17 she's a sophmore.

I Look Like: About five seven, a bit pudgy(155) but don't mention it unless you want to smell blood for a few days. One might consider her hairdo to be a mullet, she keeps it short in the front so it doesn't cause problems but in back is a two foot ponytail that ranges from auburn where it's short or newly grown to dirty blond where it's older. Having been a tomboy for most of her life she doesn't care much about fashion and usually goes with whatever's comfortable
Anything Else?: Rose is obsessed with lolipops
Power(s): Rose has the ability to manipulate the present kinetic energy in objects. It cannot itself create energy but it can amplify and alter energy that is already there. The ability is relative to an object's present state, accelerating an object to a certain speed, decelerating it, and doubling it's speed take the same amount of power, but making it go the same speed in the opposite direction, depending on how it's done, can take as much as double.

Name: [Blake Ferghus]
Age: [15]
A Bit About Me: [I am the youngest of four- two sisters and one brother. My parents are basically complete opposites, my mother being an OCD penny-pincher, and father a carefree artist. It seems that none of my family get along with each other, except for me. I'm quick to make friends somehow, it's like anybody I meet latches on to me.

I play guitar and drums, and until now I played in a band with some friends. My other hobbies include advanced reading, water polo, ice hockey, and learning foreign languages. I've been told I can be extremely bi-polar, although I find that very hard to believe. My favorite things are quite different than other kids my age. My favorite TV show for example- "Freakazoid!"- barely anybody remembers it, but it's better than a lot of the newer shows.

If I catch even the smallest glimpse of a flag from the British Isles, I will go after it until I catch up to it. In my own opinion, the best food ever is undoubtedly pizza. You can put just about anything on it, and it'll be amazing and delicious. Almost all of my favorite music comes from the 60's, 80's, or 90's.

I've been a Whovian for years, and can show-up anybody in science, history, and random information. If somebody mentions something I know a lot about, I'll go off on rants without paying much attention to the world around me. In first grade, for example, somebody asked me what the difference between spiders and insects. I started spouting facts, and I just zoned out. When I came to again, it was an hour later and I was still explaining the differences.

My mother volunteered me for a government experiment when I was 9. That's how I got my powers. But they didn't start showing until I was 13. I only told my brother about them, but I couldn't control them at all at that point, so it wasn't too long before my parents confronted me about my 'issues'. My uncle had heard something about an 'Academy for special people', and recommended that I be sent to it. So here I am.]

I Look Like: [I'm 6' 4" with a pale complexion. I have short, spiky blackish-gray hair and dark grey eyes. I prefer to wear casual clothes. Most commonly, I wear basketball shorts, a t-shirt, my favorite pair of Chucks, and a baseball hat.]
Anything Else?: [My best friend is Russian, he was also the lead singer in our band.]
Power(s): [Magnetism and electricity. At the current time, I can only move and attract magnetic objects and produce small electrical pulses.]

Name: [Baralai Martin]
Age: [14]
A Bit About Me: [Baralai, like Rikku, was orphaned 6 years ago when her parents (both teachers at the school) were killed in a mission, leaving Rikku to take care of Baralai. At the time of the accident Rikku and Baralai were unaware that there parents were teachers of this school because they wanted their children to have a normal life; once the news came of their deaths, Baralai was told about the school and what had happened. But unlike Rikku, Baralai's powers had already surfaced.

Baralai's powers had surfaced since birth, and it was easy to tell considering his slightly different body. Regardless of this, Baralai attended normal school: he just tucked his tail into his pants and hid his ears under a hat and all was normal until their parents died. Soon after their parents died, people kept trying to split Rikku and Baralai apart because they felt is was best for Baralai to go to the Zero Academy and for Rikku not to because her powers had not surfaced - but at just the right time, Rikku's powers kicked in and she was able to run away with her brother. It would be a very long run, because over and over again groups of heroes, villains, and even government agents would try (and fail) to track the siblings down.

Over the next couple of years Rikku and Baralai continued their schooling secretly, using Bikku's powers to disguise their appearance; and all was fine. Rikku started up classes at Zero promising her eager brother that she would enroll him as soon as she was technically old enough to be his guardian and that is where they are now! On the first day!

Baralai is very different from his sister. He is rather shy and reserved until you become close to him. He lacks direction in things and usually has to be told to do things repetitively and is overly apologetic... He also has a tendency to have his head in the clouds, and is fairly oblivious to the world around him. He would follow his sister to the ends of the earth. At his current level he isn't much of a threat...but watch out if he and his sister are together.]

I Look Like: Baralai
Anything Else?: [Baralai, like Rikku, had taken dance his entire childhood, so between his feral animal traits and his dancing skills he is a formidable hand to hand fighter. On a side note, rather than taking martial arts like his sister, Baralai took singing and has a beautiful tenor voice and sings wonderfully and often.]
Power(s): [Baralai has 2 different sets of powers. First is his Neko Body: it isn't as much a power as it is a genetic mutation, but he inherited it from his father and it gives him enhanced smell, hearing speed, as well as a sharp set of claws on his hands and feet and a nice sharp set of fangs in his mouth. His second power is his ability to produce and fire at will these white star shaped balls of magic which explode like a deadly firework on contact. He can also create a larger one for himself (or anyone else he wants to) to ride upon. Baralai's powers are the exact same as his fathers were, so although he cant control them very well right now he knows that when he gets older he will learn more cosmic powers like supernova, and the ability to open dimensional rifts. Baralai inherited his powers directly from his father, but like his sister he also inherited his mothers ability to "family link" which allows them to use each others powers when in close proximity to one another.]

Name: [Kenshin Hiroshima]
Age: [18]
A Bit About Me: Torikimaru grew up in a normal house hold with a mom, a dad, and a babe sister. At least, that's what he thought. One day while exploring his parents shed, he discovered a hidden lab underneath, where he learned a terrifying secret...he was genetically altered to be more powerful than a normal human. When he found out this horrifying secret, he ran away. He lived most of his life on the street while learning to control his abilities, and hoped that one day he could save his sister from their parents before they had a chance to alter her like they did to him. There have been a few incidences where his powers were more powerful than usual. One such time was when gangsters were beating him up, and he blacked out. When he came too, they were burned to a crisp, the walls were as black as coal, and the earth around them was as if a meteor had hit his location.
I Look Like: Kenshin
Anything Else?: Kenshin has a habit of smoking, not just as stress relief, but also so he can practise his power over secondary air and fire (like make a smoke screen out of tobacco smoke and breath fire from the cigarette)
Power(s): Has control over the basic elements, wind, water, fire and earth. While he has little control over his powers, hes learning how to control secondary elements (EX. control over plants and metal with his earth powers) He can make minor fires, cause small earthquakes, form water into different shapes, and bend to wind to his will. He needs a constant source of the elements in order to use them however, a minor problem he is working to overcome.
Power Type: Machine-made.

Name: Isaiah Arkwright - Hero Name “Isaac Newton Jr.”
Age: Twenty years.
A Bit About Me: Isaiah was a spoiled child. Born to rich parents, he had everything he wanted for a long time. They did their best to infuse him with the morals of hard work and motivation, but none of it stuck when they were still willing to purchase whatever he wanted. Unfortunately for him, his luck couldn’t last. His parents lost their fortunes, and while they continued on in their way (they had, after all, grown rich by the sweat of their own backs), Isaiah was left in the dump, as far as he was concerned. He had gone to college shortly before his parents’ financial crisis, and so left on his own was allowed to vent his frustration. His power was discovered when he hurled laptop across a room, realized he didn’t actually want to break it, and then prevented it from breaking.

Further experimentation lead to the realization that he could simply eliminate momentum (at least, relative to the Earth. He wasn’t quite sure how or why that worked, and he didn’t really care.). The realization that he was a super took him by surprise, and he planned to use it in the worst way.

He waited for the right opportunity, and it came - a gang of desperate men set up a bank robbery, hostages and all. The police were dispatched, and Isaiah made his debut as “Isaac Newton Jr.” The criminals laughed, the police snickered. Isaiah then walked straight into the bank, recovered the criminals weapons, unloaded them, disassembled them, left them in pieces on the ground, and seized the money involved. No one moved - none of the criminals, anyway, since Isaiah was actively preventing them from achieving any momentum whatsoever.

The police thought he was a superhero - they thought he was helping, all the way up to the point he went out the back door and ran for it. He didn’t make it far; he’d used far too much of his energy stopping the criminals from shooting him. The police found him and dragged him off to jail, laughing once again.

The judge offered him a plea bargain - testify against the other criminals, go to Zero Academy, shape up, and we won’t throw you in jail. Isaiah grudgingly accepted, and so he found himself joining a school for high-schoolers, a clique he thought he’d already escaped from.

I Look Like: Isaiah is tall and of an average build - he stands about about 6’ 1”, and he weighs about 160 lbs. He’s not exactly a pretty boy, but girls tend to tell him he’s handsome and/or cute. His hair is tan, cut reasonably short but long enough to require a handsome combing; his skin is not bronze, but it is not pale either; his eyes aren’t blue, but they aren’t quite green. He’s not quite a stick, but he’s not quite a muscleman. His style of dress isn’t quite casual, but it isn’t quite formal, either. His clothes aren’t cheap, but they aren’t the fashionista’s, either.
Anything Else?: Isaiah is something of a closet nerd - he plays video games, lurks moar, and all that good stuff, but at the same time manages to maintain a real life.
Power(s): Isaiah’s power is remarkably simple. If there is an object moving, he can stop it. He does so by robbing it of all its momentum. The energy it costs him to do so operates on a square principle - distance to target^2 * volume (not mass) of object in question^-1 = energy required to stop the object. The amusing upshoot of this is that a truck is far easier to stop than a bullet. Finesse is something that Isaiah does not have on any level - he ranks Level 1 for training, but only because he learned from the School of Hard Knocks.
Power Type: Unknown, but presumably Genetic.
Training Level: Level 1.

Name: Ryan Ericson
Age: 16
A Bit About Me: Ryan lived about as normal of a life as one could picture. He had a group of friends he always liked to hang out with, got just above decent grades in school, occasionally got in trouble at home, got grounded a few times. The basic life of a young person. But his life would not stay normal for too, too long… With the news of the Supers popping up, both of his parents had themselves tested to see if they had the gene. Neither of them did, much to their relief. This would mean that their son would not have any powers and be one of the few normal kids out there.
Ryan aged well, growing a bit faster than his classmates over the years. Everything was normal until eight days before his twelfth birthday. Ryan disappeared that day. As the days ticked by and his parents had the neighbors, the police, anyone within the immediate area searching for there son. They checked everywhere time and time again, no one had any success in finding the eleven-year-old. On the morning of his twelfth birthday, Ryan was found asleep in his bed, unharmed and unmarked in any way or fashion. When asked about what had happened and where he‘d gone, the boy‘s only answer was that he did not know, all he remembered was going to sleep eight days before.
The next year went by like it would have as if nothing had happened. On occasion people asked again where he‘d gone, and again he‘d give the same answers to those people. As the months ticked by, concerned neighbors pushed the Ericson parents to have their son tested to see if there was anything wrong. Maybe he couldn‘t remember because there was something wrong in his mind. A few days after his thirteenth birthday, Ryan‘s parents took him to the hospital to find out if there was anything wrong with him at all. To their relief, there wasn‘t, but something they would find out would make them wonder for years to come.
Ryan had tested positive for the Super Human Gene. His parents pushed that he had been tested before they had themselves tested, and he was negative then. The doctor told them that he didn‘t know about then, but what he did know was that their son had it now, and that was all that mattered. Needless to say, Ryan’s parents did not tell him about this.
Even with this development, things continued to be normal for a time. And then signs of the gene acting up began to emerge. At first his eyes just glowed, and then there were two of the boy. Worried that things might eventually get out of hand without proper training, the Ericsons enrolled their son at the Zero Academy, where he would learn to control his powers.
Ryan is warm to those who are friendly to him, and is always willing to help out someone unless it goes deliberately against the rules. While he has never been the best rule follower in his life, he does know a certain balance of what he should follow and what not to. He tends to give those who aren't so friendly an equivilant attitude in return...

I Look Like: Standing about 5’9” with an average build, Ryan has medium-short length, black hair that just barely reaches the bottom of his neck in the back. He has silvery cyan eyes that glow faintly whenever he uses his powers. He generally wears a plain t-shirt and jeans during the summer months, and when things cool off he likes to wear a light hoodie, light grey with a symbol over the heart.
Anything Else?: Neither Ryan nor his parents know where his powers came from. He did not have the Super Human Gene until after the strange events that took place…
Power(s): Self Replication- Ryan is able to create copies of himself which he has virtually no ties to. If they get hurt, he does not feel it, but whatever they‘ve seen or heard or remember, he gain when they disappear. At this point in time he can make four. (With development this power can be used on others and objects, and more copies can be created.)
Energy Control- Ryan can create small weapons with energy he creates or draws from the surrounding area. Be it small dart-like bolts or a small rod, anything that doesn‘t exceed two square feet, and is not complex. The energy feels solid to the touch unless someone without this power tries to grab it. With concentration, he can make these weapons extremely hot or cold, but he usually needs to sit for a bit after that. (With time he can make bigger and more elaborate devices, and it requires less effort to imbue special properties.)

Name: Lucius Smith
Age: 18
A Bit About Me: Lucius was raised a single child in Ukraine for thirteen years and was homeschooled for three years before enrolling into a public school. Throughout school, Lucius usually got in trouble for bad-mouthing the teachers, wandering off the school campus, and for a few cases of theft. They never expelled him, however, due to his good, but not great, grades.
At the age of sixteen, Lucius dropped out of high school in order to pursue his passion for mechanics and engineering on his own, claiming to his parents and teachers that the machines “call out” to him. Since then, he has also been working as an all-purpose mechanic and inventor to support himself and his studies in order to ease his burden on his parents. Just recently he was enrolled in Zero Academy. Though he doesn’t exactly know why he was enrolled and has never heard of the Zero Academy, he suspects it was his parent’s doing because of their suspicion of Lucius having a mental problem as he has often been caught holding conversations with machines.

Lucius is extremely laid-back and is usually infatuated with some nearby machine. He tends to avoid people, but isn’t uncomfortable in a crowd, he simply prefers the company of machines. Because of this, he tends to be socially awkward around other people.

I Look Like: He is somewhat short, about 5’ 7” and his posture tells of a relaxed self-confidence. He is in clearly in good shape, weighing about 150 pounds and well-toned, almost all of his weight stemming from muscle rather than fat. He has thick, brown hair that runs over his ears to his neck and just barely in front of his eyes. Resting on his head among his mess of hair is a pair of brass-rimmed, protective goggles.
His face is young, tan, and smooth, showing absolutely no signs of growth on his smooth, yet angular chin. His somewhat thin, well-defined eyes, are a very light brown, almost a bronze, and, such as his posture, exude self-confidence and lie below thin eyebrows. Just below his left eye is a small scar, likely from a burn.

He wears a white, collared shirt with the sleeves rolled up to his elbows and the top unbuttoned to the top of his chest. Over this shirt he wears a brown and white diagonally checkered vest in which a pocket watch resides. He has a brown, vertically-striped tie loosely tied with a Windsor knot around the collar of his shirt.

On his hands, he wears fingerless, brown leather gloves.

Around his waist he wears a simple brown, leather belt holding up plain tan pants with brown material on the outside of each leg. Strapped to his right leg was a leather holster holding his KA-BAR utility knife along with several pouches attached to the holster and belt, all likely holding tools of some sort. On his feet he wears rough leather boots.

Over all of this, he wears a fitting brown, collared coat with several pockets and no buttons.

Anything Else?: He often holds conversations with appliances and other mechanical devices. He is also quite adept at inventing small gadgets, machines, etc. He loves to tinker with things and is extremely good at it.
Lucius has a great sense of direction and a bad habit of “borrowing” things that don’t belong to him.
He speaks fluent Ukrainian and Russian but holds very little accent when speaking English.

Power(s): Technopath. Lucius is gifted with machines; not just breaking them, like some, but in building, fixing, enhancing, just feeling and understanding them.
Power Type: Genetic.

Name: [Chester Wallace Westerly.]
Age: [Seventeen.]
A Bit About Me: [Chester is an amnesiac. Although his birth certificate says that he is seventeen, that is, in fact, the number of years he has legally been on the grid.
Seventeen years ago, he was found in an alley, naked, beaten up, and unconscious. When he was brought to a hospital by a passer-by, they found that government records had no ... well, record of him. No look-alikes, no one with matching DNA samples or fingerprints, no one with his last or middle name who recognized him. And there was also the convenience of not having any memory of who he was save his name: Chester Wallace Westerly.
So, he was made a ward of the state, Virginia, to be exact. But no matter where he stayed, his powers made him stand out, as well as his strange two-colored hair and yellow eyes. He would be blamed for freak accidents, such as exploding cars or water floating in the air, powers used by hidden superhumans in the closet around his neighborhood. But because os his outsider tendencies, he became the town scapegoat; a cursed child that was sent to couples who had done something wrong or mistreated children.
But despite what he was made into, he doesn't show any kind of return emotion to those who curse him. He speaks and acts with cool and flowing actions and words, staying neutral not to impress or to show pliability, but simply because he was found this way. That being said, it is unknown to any of his foster parents just what it is he likes to do. Chester is a diligent student. Not a straight A student, mind you, but could be. He excels in creative writing, be it poetry, short stories, or plays, is physically fit from playing soccer and practicing parcour, and even acts from time to time. But he never shows a distinct charisma for anything he does. Thus, the person he is today.]
I Look Like: [Chester has curly, long-ish hair, almost touching his shoulders. It is black at the roots, but whitens at the tips. It always grows to an inch, and if he cuts off the entire inch of white, his hair automatically whitens at the next tip. He usually ties his hair back at the base of his neck in a small, white tipped, scraggle of a pony tail while his bangs fall around over his eyes. there is a part down the middle of his scalp that he combs his hair out of. His eyes are a strange tint of golden yellow, clear and glassy as amber. He wears opaque black contacts to hide the color of his eyes and gets permits from the school he attends to wear a saggy beanie in which he stuffs his hair. He wears and owns an ungodly amount of black turtlenecks which he dons even in the summer. When asked why he does this, he simply replies, "I'm cold." He has a slender build with muscle creeping into his arms and legs. His most signifying trait is the fact that he looks exactly the same as the day he was found. He shows no signs of aging: no breaking in the voice, no puberty (though when he's asked, he says he's stuck ing the middle of it), no stress lines. He heals at a normal rate, but never scars. Coincidentally, his frozen body looks around seventeen or eighteen.]
Anything Else?: [He had a cat named Rickaby once. But it disappeared.]
Power(s): [Time Stretch - Chester can stretch a single second to last longer, making a time slowing effect. During this time, he will seem faster to others, as if his body is warping. However, it is a very straining process, and he can only manage to stretch one second into ten. After he applies it, he feels an energy lapse, as if he has just been exercising or doing something strenuous.]
Power Type: [Genetic, though he thinks that he might've been tampered with.]

A Bit About Me: [I used to have a normal life, I argued with my parents, fought with my brother, got in trouble at school, just like any other kid. I was carefree and happy. But that changed about a year ago, when I discovered what I could do. You see, it was while waling home that it happened; I was crossing the road and I didn't see the car that was speeding towards me. I only realized it was there when I heard the screech of it's break as the driver tried to stop. I spun around, threw up my hands, and the car was thrown back down the road, where it landed on its roof. Later that night my brother and I were arguing, I threw my hands up as I turned to walk away and he was launched into the roof. I became withdrawn, not talking to anyone., and everyone stayed away from me. I stopped gong to school, and that was when I was invited to Zero academy. I've taken to wearing gloves, as it seems to dampen my powers.]

Controlled By: Fall out of the sky
Name: Vigilantia “Vigil” Gaarik
Age: 16
A Bit About Me: Vigil, being abandoned as an infant, has been an orphan for as long as she could remember. Her ability was genetic through her father, and having a baby know everything you are thinking is apparently bad for parenting. Her parents quickly dumped her at the nearest orphanage and drove off, leaving her with an uncontrolled power that no one at the orphanage knew about.
As a baby, she never cried, as she knew that if she did, people would get mad at her. As she got older, her power was all she could think about, and she realized that many people don’t say what they are thinking. Her mind is always filled with the thought of others, rather than what people wanted her to know. When she started going to school, she was never able to focus.
The orphanage didn’t have enough money to send her to a private school, but they apparently did have enough to send her to the psyche ward of the hospital. After age 7, she grew up in a hospital, being force fed medications and drugs that kept her in a constant haze of confusion.
She had no visitors, save for the daily woman who went to see her only to hand her that day’s worth of homework that never actually got done.
At age 11, she somehow disconnected herself from the needles, tubes, and machines that the hospital put in her, and left. She just walked out of her room, and into the stairwell, and then out of the hospital all together. She wandered through the streets in a hospital gown. The hospital didn’t notice that she was missing until the following morning, and by that time she had already passed out in a gutter a few miles from the building.
Soon after, she started looking into places that she could go to try and get a grip on her power so that she didn’t have to spend her life in a hospital.
Because she grew up on her own, she is self-sufficient. She is also very stubborn and unforgiving.

I Look Like: Blonde hair, greenish-blue eyes. She's fairly tall for her age, her full height being 5'8" She enjoys wearing dresses, but doesn't always wear them. Her closet is full of dark to neutral colors, as she doesn't like to stand out too much.
Anything Else?: Her favorite song is Skeletons on Parade. Her favorite animal is a giraffe, and as such she carries around a small Giraffe Plushie everywhere she goes.
Power(s): Telepathy; this power is limited by the fact that telepathic strength is proportionate to its user. That is, Vigil cannot influence with her mind anything that is significantly larger or smaller than herself (ie, a car or an ant).

Controlled By: Jacior
Name: Terran Feoras
Age: 12
A Bit About Me: Terran was born in a typical hospital, lived in a typical suburban neighborhood and lived a typical life. Until his powers manifested at age 6. His parents were very supportive of him, mostly. He went to school, had fun and played outside like any other kid. He has accidently broken the bones of several children, but no one blames him and there seem to be no hard feelings. When he turned twelve his parent's heard about the Zero Academy and promptly had him enrolled, promising that he would have more "special" children to play with. He'd get to play without trying to constantly restrain himself.
I Look Like: Terran has dark brown hair, cut short to keep it out of his eyes. His light brown eyes peer out from what seems to be an enternally dirty face. He wears a dark gray T-shirt with a Pokemon on it, an Onix, and he wears tan, at least they once were, cargo shorts with lots of pockets, to hold onto anything he happens to pick up. He is 3' 11" and weighs 143 pounds. He appears to be your typical gangly twelve year old. He is shaped with lean muscle and he has longer arms than a typical person.
Anything Else?: He eats a typical four-thousand to five thousand-calories a day. He loves Pokemon and carries around a stuffed Sandshrew, which he calls Ewan. He will occasionally stop whatever it is he's doing and go pick up a rock, or take one out of his many pockets and go place it somewhere. He also has a penchant for art, sculpture to be exact.
Power(s): Super Strength, Invulnerability and control of the Earth Element (Rocks, dirt, stone, to a lesser extent metal) Right now his powers are very weak. He could survive being hit by the bus right now, but you could bet he'd be feeling it the next day. He could lift, say 200 pounds fairly easy, but it'd be a struggle to try 300 or 400. His earth element powers are strong though.
