HUGGING BOOTH
because everyone needs comfort on the scariest holiday!  Of all the booths in the carnival, one stands out with it's particularly cheery decorations. Bright orange and black are used for the colors, and smiling pumpkins are set on the table, the candles within them glowing and beckoning at the people that pass by. The banner above the booth proclaims it to be a 'Hugging Booth' and if you look closer at the banner, there is a disclaimer below the title: "Note: Groping will earn you a free slap! ♥"
The booth is run by a beaming blonde teenager dressed in pink and asks you if you want a hug! It's for the greater good; help to repair our city, won't you? Also hugs make everything better!
Currently, you can choose from four girls to hug:
Eve Summers
Serenade Soriano
Istas Holywell
Elke Arma
The rules for this booth are simple! $5 will get you a hug with one person of your choice, and $10 will get you a group hug! Please don't try to steal more, or you will not be forgiven ):

"I am not running a kissing booth." Eve had declared, nixing the idea when trying to figure out how she could help raise funds for the restoration of the city. It was kind of her fault that it was damaged, after all, and she had went to Serenade's room to try to shake some ideas from the girl. Besides, it would help Serenade cheer up, right? "I know! A hugging booth! Brilliant!"
Before Serenade could protest, Eve had signed them both up for a booth and had managed to drag in a cute little kid to help them too. Yay! Eve's Halloween theme this year was the good witch Glinda, and for the carnival, she was dressed in a pink ruffled dress, looking excited and beaming at everyone who passed. Serenade on the other hand, was dressed up as a Shaymin, with a pink flower tucked behind a ear and wearing a cute white frock.
"I hear Bo has a game going on in the haunted house though." Serenade spoke up. She still wasn't very sure about this idea, although Eve had a point; 'Would you rather run a kissing booth?'
"We can go over later!" Eve declared, arms akimbo. "I don't know if I can, because I'm in charge, but you definitely can!" Serenade didn't seem very perturbed by the thought of entering a haunted house. Maybe it was because Barren Pines was probably the worst haunted house ever in her memory and nothing could top that.

 When Istas had gotten tired of helping her mother she'd skipped over to the hugging booth. "Sorry I'm late!" She called with a wave. Dressed as a rabbit her ringlets were bouncing as she skipped up to the booth.
She smiled, "I was helping recruit people for the school duck pull booth." Istas said softly wiggling a foot in the dirt for a second before looking around, "Has anyone come for hugs yet?" The question sounded excitedly, Istas was wondering if she'd missed anyone.
She paused to glance at Eve and Serenade's costumes. "Ohh you both have such pretty outfits!" Yet another smile appeared on the child's face.

It was a Truth or Dare game though, Serenade thought. The last time she had played that game was in Barren Pines... well, kind of. It was more of a truth game, with no dares. Still, being asked to speak the truth was pretty uncomfortable and even more so when she now had more secrets to keep. "Hey." Serenade greeted Istas with a quiet smile, as Eve brightly chirped a hello while arranging the pumpkins.
"Not yet." Eve confessed. Or maybe everyone, like Bo and Elzo were at the Haunted House instead... but it still wasn't very nice to ditch the stall when she had a responsibility! "And thank you!" Eve had such a problem deciding on what costume she should wear this year; she kept coming up with more ideas and was tempted to move in different directions. "Yours is cute too!"

Istas watched the pair tilting her head wondering what was not yet. However, she didn't only watched in curiosity. She grinned proudly however when her costume was complemented. "Thank you! Mama does a really good job with the outfit. It was the only part we really couldn't find."
She popped over to where Serenade was and stood beside her. "Oh I hope we gets lots of people to hug! It's always nice to brighten someone's day or comfort them." She nodded, causing her curls to bounce.
