I have a goal to re-read the 7th Harry Potter (The Deathly Hallows) By the time the first part of the movie comes out.

SOO For those who have only watched the movies and not read the books, SHAME ON YOU because they are EPIC

J.K. Rowling is my idol when it comes to writing. I love how her characters are the most imperfect people you could imagine, which in my opinion makes them so drop dead sexy (some of them..). She also adds just enough humor that it isn't all serious, though she does make it serious enough for readers of all ages to read.

Plus.. There is epic cover art on the books as well that show bits and pieces of the story so you aren't completely lost in this magical world of Hogwarts.

What do you like about Harry Potter? Any of the 7 books?

She is pretty amazing in that "no questions" department. Yes, she could probably branch off of it and do amazing at it, but she really did such a great job at just ending it the way she did.

They better add that last chapter to the second movie.... Or I might cry.

She's really origional too. I don't recall reading anything even close to that imagination until AFTER her books were published and people kind of ripped off her idea.

I haven't read that series, so I guess I can't be the judge of that very well.

I love the random names as well. smile I'm reading and the names she chooses just makes me giggle.

I love the Harry Potter books too, and the names are pretty fun. : )

I cant help it, when I read the title of this thread I was thinking, "Snape♪, Snape, Severus Snape♪.

I want to name one of my daughters Nymphadora lol. She'll hate me.
