Where the games, both messy and not so messy, are being held.
*****
There is a table set up in one area where some boxes are sitting, they are various Fall colors and have a small hold in the front of them, daring the spawn to put their hand inside...
There are 6 boxes.
Roll 3d6 when playing this game.
Dice One: Picks your box
1: EYEBALLS (peeled grapes) 2: RATS (balls of artificial fur) 3: SNAKES ( long sections of fake leather bundled up together) 4: GUTS! (wet, cold, cooked spaghetti) 5: BRAINS: (Wet cold tapaoca pudding) 6:TONGUES: (Those sticky hands in cilinder shapes)
Dice Two: Prize (odd you get a prize along with the ick in the box, even no prize just the ick that is inside the box. No matter what you roll your spawn still encounts the ick factor)
Dice Three: Only important if you get three matching numbers.
You can play three times a day for this one. <3
Vali is in charge here.
*****
The next game that is set up is a bobbing for Apples game, some of them are in the normal bucket of water while some of them are hanging from lower branches of the trees to snag with your teeth. Fitzroy is in charge of this game!
Now this one is easy enough, you can play it ONCE a day (per spawn you have), roll a d10, Evens you get your apple and Odds you miss. The spawn with the most apples at the end will get a special prize. That spawn can choose to give it to someone else if they want to do so.
*****
Last but not least is the PUMPKIN MASSACRE! There is a pile of pumpkins as well as a giant hammer! This is another game you play ONCE a day, roll a D10 and this time around if you get Evens you SMASH that pumpkin good but there is nothing inside. If you get Odds though you get a paper that says 1 point on it, its worth just that, one point. The spawn with the most points at the end gets a special prize, if they choose to though they can give the prize to someone else.
Illyrosa and Tykier are in charger here... yes we gave the wrath spawn hammers, so what?

Oh man this was not going to turn out well. It was the second party that Vali had ever been invited to attend and he was running late. Or at least so he thought. He had had such a hard time figuring out what to dress up as. It was a Halloween party and everyone knew that you had to dress up for Halloween. This party was going to have a lot more spawn of varying ages and taking into consideration the last party he had gone too, the last thing Vali wanted to do was freak people out by having to see his actual skin and body. So this year Vali decided to go as the Grim Reaper. A large dark hood lifted by this thick hair would mask his face in shadows. Long loose robe would fit over his newest blades and cover most of his flesh. His hands he painted white along with his face to give his metallic skin the look of bones and the fact that his skin was naturally cold to the touch brought that illusion home.
When he had heard about this party in the park he had wanted to help with it instead of just being a guest and he was very glad to hear he was in charge of a game. It was a very interesting little game too with prizes and everything. Farther more his costume would work prefect for this game. Who better to have a box of creepy items than the grim reaper? Underneath the robe his tail twisted and coiled with delight at the idea though it quickly went about trying to find a way to get out from under the thick clothe.
The park was just up a head and Vali made his way right threw the open area giving a glance over who was there and made his way right for the table with boxes on top. This was going to be his domain for the rest of the party and he felt a small swell of pride as he looked over it. He had brought with him a bags filled with little extras to put along the table and even a small step for the shorter spawn just incase they could not reach inside. So with just a few minor tweaks to this table his Spooky boxes were now open to all the spawn who dare reach their hands inside and see if they were lucky enough to win a prize.

"HYEEEEAAAAHH!!!!!" Ily screamed her warcry as she brought the hammer down onto the pumpkin, smashing it to pieces, sending pumpkin goo everywhere. She knew it didn't have anything in it, being a test pumpkin to see how well the hammers she had would smash the poor vegetable. Thankfully she was wearing leather boots up to her knees for her costume, which just happened to be something she invented. It was similar to the Ghost Rider, but instead of a flaming head she was supposedly dead.
"Seth, you got my paints set up yet?" she called out to her brother several tables away, far enough away so as to not be infected by her rampaging pumpkin smashing. Perhaps it wasn't a good idea to give a wrath spawn such a job, but it WAS fun. She had unloaded the squash all by herself in practically ten minutes with a good dozen others back at the truck and had even made a little whiteboard that displayed the points of everyone when they smashed a pumpkin.
"Nu-uh. You have a lot," Seth complained, decorated in a vampire costume of all things. Ily just sighed, going back to admiring her work. She did a pretty damn good job is she said so herself.
((The points will be displayed below and updated every so often.))
Nina - 1 point

Well, this was... different. Halloween. It was definitely a strange holiday, when one compared it to anything else people tended to celebrate. Dress up as anything you want, something you aren't normally able to, and have fun on a sugar-high. It was intriguing, that much was certain, but it didn't seem to be falling during the right time. Unfortunately, Nina's creative energy had been zapped from her, leaving her without too much imagination when it came to an outfit for a celebration at the facility. Of all places... Well, the least she could do was dress for the holiday, even if it wasn't anything in particular. An orange headband, a black-and-orange striped dress with matching armsocks and legwarmers... it was better than nothing. At least she was able to stitch it together herself, so it wasn't as if she hadn't put any thought into it. Ephron had insisted upon the bouncy antennae with bats on the end, which the spawn had thought was a little ridiculous but didn't fuss much past it -- she wore it anyway. As soon as the two of them got to the event, however, they went their separate ways. This had been becoming the norm for them as of late, Ephron not wanting to intrude while Nina just wanted the space to wander. As it was, Ephron merely hung around the punch bowl, dressed as a zombie in the tattered clothing he nearly threw away. The green food dye seemed to take to his blonde hair quite well; it wasn't going to be easy to get that moldy look out, that was for sure! Nina, meanwhile, had spotted a familiar face, heading over to the pumpkin-smashing game without a second thought. However, she got a little too near, the end of her skirt graced with the guts of the test pumpkin as Ilyrosa's hammer came down. Smirking, she grabbed hold of a guise of mild horror as she seemed to scold, "Aww, Rosa, what did that gourd ever do to deserve such punishment!?" A hand brushed across the nearest hammer's handle as her shaky mask fell, revealing a broad grin, "Mind if I help?" There was little to no hesitation as she brought her own hammer down, trying unsuccessfully to hold back on the impish laughter. * * * "Riddy, c'mon, we just got here!" Otomeze huffed, nearly being dragged by the excited toddler. Cheyenne's expression had been wiped clean by this time, however, bombarded by enough visual stimulation to make his head feel fuzzy. At least this made it easier to pull him along after his guardian and brother? The trio had a theme going to their own costumes, and it was easy to decipher. The thought had been posed by Iridian, after he had watched a rather popular Disney film: he wanted to go to the Halloween event as the mad hatter! Sporting a haphazardly-worm green suit and polka-dot tie, his head was adorned with a top hat, skewed to the side. However, instead of the characteristic "10/6" card was not slipped into the brim of the hat, but worn as an eyepatch over his blinded pink eye. He had insisted that Cheyenne dress as the march hare, but the albino stiffly refused -- they may have been twins, but he didn't want to announce it wherever they went that they were two sides of the same coin. So the pale boy instead dressed like the caterpillar: a long-sleeved turtleneck and pants in the colors of the insect, bobbing antennae, and mesh butterfly wings over his own feathered ones. Of course, Otomeza had to stick with the story, and ended up dressing as none other than Alice. It wasn't very difficult, and she felt giddy, being led by the twins around the area. Well, that is until Iridian caught sight of the games area. There just had to be a games area... Her lips pursed, she was afraid that this was going to turn into a hassle for Cheyenne if his brother insisted on all the activity. However, the older twin yanked harder once he spotted a familiar snake-boy and his older sister, his tail working almost as a propeller to get them there faster. "Seeeth, heeeey~!" he called over, his free hand waving excitedly. Cheyenne's attention popped back into the situation, a mild frown knitting across his face. That was probably the only thing that could ever get him to forget about a game: the attention of some other kid. (( The roll above is just for Nina, fyi. XD ))

Damien. Felt. Ridiculous. Even though the discarded wind-up doll costume had been his idea in the first place, he hadn't imagined that it would make him so uncomfortable. Sure, if he was trick-or-treating, sneaking around under the cover of darkness, that could have been tolerable, but this was in the afternoon. Everyone could see him. So the Humility boy slumped, shuffling shyly throughout the Games area, trying to hide the black-and-white facepaint altering his face (and conveniently hiding his blushing). However, that probably did little to help him, as his costume, with its multitude of tattered reds, blacks, and whites, wasn't exactly blending into the background. Not to mention the massive 'wind-up key' sticking out of his back.
Although he had just planned on going through the area, finding some candy for Gabriel, and then working his way back home, the sound of a pumpkin squishing drew his attention. On impulse, Damien glanced over, and straightened up immediately, eyes huge. Oh God. Nina. Not Nina. The boy immediately began to dissolve into panic, fidgeting his fingers together as he puzzled frantically over the situation. What to do, what to do? He couldn't possibly go up and talk to her, but if she saw him and recognized him, he might be seen as rude to try and ignore her, but if he did go up and talk to her, what could he possibly say that would be of any worth, especially considering that she was already talking to another girl-
Wait. Damien stopped in his panicking and peered closer at the Wrath spawn running what seemed to be some sort of pumpkin smashing game. She fit the description well enough... Yes, it had to be Ilyrosa! His brother had been ranted non-stop about her for what seemed like forever; he'd definitely be delighted to see her. And if anyone could be a distraction...
After quickly biting his lip to pay for being so deceptive, Damien turned and located his brother, dressed as Peter Pan. A quick tap on the shoulder, and he pointed to where the girls were. "Gabriel. Lookit."
But it was too late for that to be an appropriate distraction. Having stopped a good ten feet short of the party, he was staring in what was almost terror at the people who were already there; namely, two of them. Nina he skimmed right over, his interest for her null and void, though her appearance did spark a slight recollection in his attention deficit brain. No, it wasn't her in the least, but the beautiful girl who stood next to her...
And the cloaked male standing in the distance, someone he wouldn't be able to mistake no matter how hard he tried.
So here he was, standing at the edge of a Halloween party - a place more commonly reserved for his brother- his green-fingered hand clutched around the Northern Light concealing crystal that he had stolen for none other than that beautiful girl, whom he had banked on being at this party. He had no idea why he hadn't thought that Vali would be there as well.
Making his decision suddenly, and having more-or-less not heard what his brother had said, he walked over to where Ilyrosa and the other girl were speaking, looking between the two of them and then wide-eyed at the pumpkins that had been completely obliterated in mild surprise. That seemed... wasteful. And here he was, not even having the money to get a pumpkin to carve. Slowly, he lifted one hand, wiggling his fingers at the colourful female and hoping -for a reason he couldn't quite place- that Vali wouldn't notice him until he had crossed the park to where he was set up.
"U-um... Hi, Ilyrosa," he said, sounding almost meek before he cleared his throat, bridging the slight gap that still remained between the two of them while being wary of the pumpkin guts. As usual, he didn't much take into consideration the fact that Nina was even there and that he may be interrupting their interactions. Hand trembling a bit, he lifted the necklace out of his pocket and stretched it out toward her, smiling in the most charming way he knew how. "Here. I got thith- this for you. I thought you would like it, with all of your colours and stuff. 'Course, i-it's beauty paleth- pales in comparison to your's."
Perfect. His evil plan had worked to a tee. Damien hung back and watched as Gabriel broke into the girl's conversation, and then slowly walked up to Nina, the picture of contrite embarrassment. "H-H-Hi, Nina. S-Sorry that Gabriel in-inter-interrupted. Um, I, uh, I l-like your costume. Very much in the sp-sp-spirit." His hands, hidden behind his back, fidgeted furiously, as he was unable to shake the idea that he was completely screwing this up.

Ily grinned and laughed at Nina's comment, backing up a little bit as she grabbed a hammer to HOPEFULLY avoid most of the guts that would come flying out. "Well, it was funny shaped, that's why," she replied, sticking her tongue out at her friend. How great was it that, of all people, her BEST FRIEND just happened to show up? As Ily glanced at the debris, a white strip of paper peeked out from the orange, seed and chunk-filled guts with a little "1" on it.
"Looks like you got yourself a point Nina, congrats!" Of course, her attention on such a matter was short lived as not one, but TWO slightly younger spawn drifted over, one of which she knew quite well. "Hey Gabriel," she greeted, still leaning against the hammer she had used on the poor pumpkin that now lay crushed in the grass. As the spawn spoke, a deep blush hidden by make-up and shadows quickly formed across her face. The gem itself was beautiful beyond comparison and the fact that Gabriel, who she figured didn't know her quite as well as, say, Nina thought she was even prettier than it was quite a statement.
"I-I, uh... Th-thanks! It must have cost a fortune," Ily wondered aloud, looking the beautiful necklace over then at the spawn who seemed to be deep in a crush on her. And it seemed that his brother had just as big of one on Nina. Shocker. A bigger shock than that was how speechless the wrath spawn had become at such an amazing gift.
~~~
Seth glanced up from where he was helping set up and gave the boy a huge grin. "CHICKEN!" he called out, hugging the boy happily as he ran over. The boy, nicknamed Chicken after their first encounter, had to be one of Seth's favorite people. Chicken was his favorite food, and Iridian was a lot like Ily, but was all glowy and shiny. Not to mention he also had an opposing twin like himself, although Iridian and Cheyenne were the same age and himself and Ily were a growth apart.
"Hi Cheyenne! Nice t' see you too! Oh! Oh! Ily's hewe too an' you can smash pumpk'ns or play other games or get all painted up! I can't help much, though... Bu' we can play together! Wanna do dat?" he asked, smudging some words with that childish accent he unfortunately retained a little due to his fangs and forked tongue and being incredibly overjoyed at seeing his old friend again.
"Uh-huh," Nina mused with a smirk at Ilyrosa's comment, halfheartedly kicking the strings of pumpkin innards from her feet, "That is enough for such a demise, I take it?" She tried to tsk after her reply, but her throat had tightened into a laugh instead. Ahh well, she got her 'point' across. Speaking of points... Her eyebrows knitted together slightly in confusion, before she remembered that she had wandered into the games section of the event. Well, that was unexpected! Picking it up, she turned it around, almost as if she were expecting there to be something else on the slip of paper. "There a scoreboard for this?" she asked, wondering if she had won something other than a number. She hadn't exactly won anything before, now that she thought about it. Her thoughts fled when Gabriel's voice cut through the murmuring drawl of the rest of the event, surprising her at first considering she didn't notice him come up. Her uncertainty was replaced by amusement at that moment, though, as the child presented Rosa with a gift. Raising an eyebrow, she smirked, "Oh?" She may have said more, but her friend seemed to be surprised speechless; there was a good chance anything else may have fell on deaf ears, though Nina was just as surprised at the outcome. Not only that, but that was about the time she spotted Damien. She was slightly confused at first, until she remembered that the two of them were twins -- she hadn't really spoken to Gabriel much, after all. Poor kid was so nervous, and it took her a second to get past that and onto the fact that he was complimenting her outfit. Out of reaction, she looked down at it, "I couldn't come up with a good enough costume. You think it works?" She was trying very hard to fight off a blush, considering she never knew exactly how to respond to a compliment. "A-And it's okay, you're my friend, too!" she smiled; there weren't very many spawn that she had met with more than once, and now the only two that that had occurred with were here now! Why wouldn't she be happy about that? "Speaking of costumes," she started, "I like yours. It's very original!" Most people had a specific theme to their costumes, and she usually saw the same outcomes. The wind-up doll wasn't one of the ones she had ever seen before. She almost hesitated in asking, "Where'd you get the idea for it?" * * * Iridian managed to slip his hands out from Meza's grip, like a slippery fish. No hesitation before he tackled Seth playfully, though he attempted to slow his speed a bit so as not to harm the naga. Seems the nickname didn't bother him anymore, not since the mistaken meaning he had picked out of the name had been clarified. Not that he'd ever actually seen a scaled chicken... though maybe that just made him all the more special? "You go' bigger!" he stated, trying to measure Seth's new-found height against his own. Cheyenne snorted a mild laugh at the nickname, however, finding it more amusing than it probably should have been. Who else would consider 'chicken' a good name, other than those two? Shaking his head, he waved a hello to Seth, but remained where he was; they seemed to be a little more hyper than he could handle at the moment, and he didn't feel like trying to raise his voice over the bustle of the event. The teal-haired toddler didn't need to be asked twice, whether or not he'd want to play a game. Even better, playing them with a friend! His head bobbed vigorously in a nod, almost knocking the top hat from his head before he caught it and straightened it, "Yah! Wha' you wanna do firs'?" Glancing over to the pumpkin-smashing, where Seth had indicated his sister, he tried to determine if there were even any hammers that he would be able to swing around. Then he started spinning around, looking at all the other games. Would it even be possible to play at them all? Otomeza glanced down to Cheyenne, a thoughtful expression on her face. The pale toddler glanced up, feeling the reaction in his grip, and frowned a little, as if he were asking what she were thinking. "You know..." she said, a tap of her finger on her chin as a smile spread across her face, "I bet you could get your face painted to look like a butterfly, to match your wings. Think you'd like that?" After a pause, the child shrugged, not wanting to get separated from Iridian and Seth yet finding the idea intriguing.
Gently, Gabriel scratched one of his slipped feet against the alternate calf, looking adorably nervous as his arm remained outstretched toward the girl, completely oblivious as to what to say next. Further shocking than anything before: The Chatty Cathy Pride Kid Known As Gabriel, of all people or spawn alike, for once, was unsure of himself, and didn't know what to say...
...honestly, it kind of frightened him.
Finally, he managed to get a hold of himself, particularly thanks to the comment from the girl standing in front of him. Pausing a moment, he blinked slowly, lowering his arm just a bit. "Cotht...?" he questioned, almost as though he had forgotten the fact that most people actually traded money for things, especially things like the crystal in his hand. Well, he did forget, actually. For a second. "Oh! Yeah, yeah, it wath- was really expensive. I... I had to help my brother sell a lot of little jewelry thingth- things to be able to afford it," he lied openly, the only thing keeping him from giving himself away being the fact that he honestly saw nothing wrong with lying. After all, everyone around him did it, too.
"Here, um... I can try to help you get it on... 'cept you're... tall," Gabriel stated, his tanned face turning bright red beneath the green specks that covered it. Awkwardly, he fumbled through undoing the clasp on the chain of the necklace. Slowly, he walked up to her, staring up and smiling awkwardly, before being able to do little more than hand her both side of the necklace, his tail flicking nervously behind him. "You... you like it, right?"
Without leaving this table Vali watched the actions of the spawns at the pumpkin smashing table near by. He recognized two of them and he was almost relieved that it seem that neither Gabriel nor Damien seemed to recognize him. He was not ready looking forward to reliving the time at the pizza place. But at least they seemed distracted by girls. He felt a smile start to tug at his painted lips. It just gave his skeletal face paint a more mischievous look. It was fun to watch younger spawns interacting. And it seemed that Gabriel was rather nervous. Could it be that he had gotten himself a little crush?
The sloth spawn mused at how he could get some of the others to try out his game but he was not one, at least any more, to make a big deal about himself or things he was doing. Maybe an evil laugh and a shout about people being too afraid to reach into the his boxes of mystery would work. He wondered if he could sound like the grim reaper. The effort was not worth it currently. He had a show to watch. If someone came over he would give the grim reaper character a try.
