An open area of the park, there are some picnic tables set up, lots of food to be had, and a few of the spawn are roaming around here to help out as needed. They are either in charge of the food and drink, they are here to help if your costume gets ripped, or are watching for interesting costumes as part of the voting process.
This area is for mingling, talking, eating, no games are set up right here since some of the games can be messy and those in charge want to keep the mess separate from the food.
Present in this area:
~ Luthor ~ Ciaran ~ Bleez ~ Aludra ~ Cera ~ Zuba ~ Lori
Can Also Be Present:
(( These three are giving away random candy so they can be in any area that they want to be in. ))
~ Vincent ~ Kaleb ~ Kyler

Beneath a black mask that covered everywhere above the bridge of his nose, Aludra was on fire.
Figuratively speaking, of course. It was a miracle that he had actually agreed to leave the house in a costume when he had declared outright that he wasn't going to wear one that year, no less a couple's costume - well, one that he'd made, but it was still part of a matching pair. But of course, once Lirona Lorcalle had caught wind of the fact that Aludra was both volunteering to help with a Halloween party at the Facility on top of not planning on celebrating Halloween in a conventional manner, she just had to intervene. It had taken her days of pleading, but by the end, she turned out to be very... persuasive.
That was what had the greed spawn blushing up to the tips of his pierced ears as he drove himself and the princess-dressed female to the refurbished church that late afternoon, saddlebags filled with different party supplies. Considering the fact that Noah kind of had all the money in the world [for all intents and purposes], Aludra had taken it upon himself to use that money to buy various different things that would travel alright on a motorcycle. That meant that he'd brought plates, napkins, plasticware, and other similar items, as well as a variety of Halloween-themed cookies [that his family had made, coincidentally] and a sewing kit. The sewing kit, itself, was for his main job that night, which was being the stitch witch, and repairing any costume emergencies that came up.
But, oh, wasn't he lucky to have been blessed with an assistant for the night?
Sighing softly to himself as he finally puttered into a parking lot that was close to what appeared to be the area for the party, he removed his helmet and clipped it around the handlebars, doing the same with Lirona's before helping his girlfriend off the bike as well, face still aflame from ear-to-ear. "I cannot believe that you honestly convinced me into subjecting myself to this absurd ritualistic humiliation..."
"Aludra, you look fine. Quite dashing, even," Lirona said with an approving smile, stroking the side of his masked face gently. No doubt that he would rather be underground in a tomb than seen wearing such a costume, but she was a master of persuasion (among other things), and so he would just have to deal with it. Besides, she reasoned, it was beneficial to the children, too; what was more disappointed and unencouraging than seeing one of the people that was supposed to help be completely out of costume. It ruined the magic of this 'absurd ritual', and Lirona wouldn't have it.
"Now, what should I help carry?" she asked softly, brushing back a stray lock of orange hair. Next to her dashing prince, Lirona also looked quite stunning, her hair pinned back and curling down behind her and the fancy white dress that clothed her, complete with a sparkling (and fake) small tiara. The young woman was practically glowing as she stood beside her boyfriend (BOYFRIEND!), a perfectly contented smile on her pink lips. Her first party with Aludra formally escorting her... She hoped it would turn out wonderful.
As she looked around at the festivities surrounding her, her eyes lighted upon a small table covered in a wonderfully cheesy pumpkin-and-bat tablecloth that was labeled 'Costume Repair' not far away. Lira turned and pointed the table out to Aludra. "Well, I guess there's our station. I'll take the sewing things there, okay?" With that, Lira swept up the sewing supplies and began setting up their table, a blissful smile on her face as she worked.

At first, it seemed as if Llujah was the first one present at the party. This was rather troubling to him. He knew other people would be coming and he wouldn't be alone for long... but in the meantime, he felt almost silly. Being dressed in a gaudy costume in a public place with friends around you was one thing, but being dressed in a gaudy costume when you're all alone is another thing entirely. Llu felt embarrassed. He knew he shouldn't be, though, and he tried to take his mind off of it. After all, he was used to odd looks from other people by now. The only difference this time was that he was more in the spirit of the occasion. It was Halloween! The only time of year when you can dress like a maniac and no one cares. Sweet salvation.
When Llu heard that the Facility was making a Halloween party for all of the spawns, Belinda was apprehensive for Llu to go. She was always somewhat suspicious of the Facility, for whatever reason, and Llu broke his back convincing her that the party would be nowhere near the Facility and that it would be spawn-only. Finally, she caved in, and Llu got to go. His costume was that of a witch. Of course, like most everything that Llu owned, the dress was pink and black, complete with a corset and long, flowing sleeves. He also wore spider-web legging and small black heels, as well as a sequined witch's hat. One accessory that was not part of the ensemble was his Chain-Chomp keychain given to him by his friend Fitzroy. All in all, he looked a sight.
After looking around the park once more and taking a small walk, he spotted a small table being set up by two costumed people. Llu watched them a bit more closely and discovered that they were indeed spawn like him! Perfect... Someone to talk to! He happily made his way over to the pair and smiled, tail wagging away. "Hey! Are you guys helping out with the party?"

Despite the approaching cross-dresser, Aludra was a little preoccupied. Apparently having been lulled to sleep only by the movement of the large, loud motorized vehicle that Aludra was driving, Demetre had been awakened when the motor had been shut off. Quietly, she murmured and rubbed at her eyes before she began crying quietly. Like the new daddy he was, Aludra proceeded to panic almost immediately. He awkwardly shifted his shoulders, pulling the child-carrying backpack off and gently lifting the little girl out of it, letting the pack itself fall to the floor as he held the girl up in his arms, cradling her close and cooing at her softly, petting her hair and trying to get her to calm down, leaning gently on the motorcycle that was sitting behind him.
Thankfully, the girl didn't seem too unhappy with her costume. Initially, following her sleeping beauty-esque nature, he had dressed her in a little princess costume. Unfortunately, she was only a small girl, and had been unhappy and completely dissatisfied with the fact that the lace was so itchy on her soft skin. So, in a fit of trying to get something good that the girl would actually like, he had quickly doctored one of her dark purple, fancier dresses, one that reached almost a foot past her feet -after all, she had no reason to walk considering she really didn't know how yet- and had stitched up a quick little cape that was purple on the inside and black on the outside, with a spiderweb-shaped collar that framed her cute little face. She'd actually seemed to like it, kicking her feet and cooing like the sweet little thing she was.
At least, until now. But this time, it wasn't about the costume, it was just about a little girl being awakened from her nap. When the boy -boy?- approached the two of them, Aludra gave him a slight smile as he bounced his daughter softly in his arms, chuckling softly and nodding. "We're supposed to be, yes. However, I currently seem to be a little overly occupied with my little bundle of joy here," he said jokingly, kissing the little girl's forehead. "Care to reach into one of the bags that's hanging off the back portion of my motorcycle and get out a few of the snacks and other such things. The park has a few tables set out, so feel free to put them... well, wherever they match."

Bleez was excited! Well, that's an understatement, but the closest word that fit. She'd made her entire costume herself (with only a little help from Moira) and she was extremely proud of it. She'd done all the research and pattern work herself; tailoring an costume fit for a king... literally. She was dressed as a Medieval Celtic King, with a few modifications.
She was currently wearing a long-sleeved, [loose] silver fishnet shirt, that served as mock chainmail. On top of that was a long, red tabard with a silver, stylized tyrannosaurus on the front. A black belt was clasped around that, complete with a scabbard with a toy sword. Long black pants were tucked into high, flat-heeled, black boots. She even modified the outfit so her arm spines had a place in the fishnet without snagging the material. Overall it looked... interesting.
"Girls aren't kings. And there were no dinosaurs either," Ciúin stated once again in his usual apathetic tone as Bleez was heading out the door with her stuff. She ignored him as she shouldered the green, ragged backpack that had a few additions to her costume that would be a hassle to wear while running, her mode of transportation. Ciúin and her mother would show up to the festivities later. The little Gluttony spawn was still having issues with his costume: Beethoven.
"Bye.mum," she rolled her eyes as she bolted out the door and down the road. The park was only a few miles away, she'd be there in no time. Her heart jumped as she ran. The thought that Vali, her crush, might be there was keeping her in good spirits, despite whatever Ciúin might say.
The run was uneventful and she arrived at the park in no time flat. She couldn't help a glee-filled giggle as she entered that reserved area. It was already being decorated and there were a few spawn mingling about. As she scanned the tables for spawn she knew, she spotted a very pretty little witch. Her usual speed was slowed as she snuck up on them, pretty sure it was a certain cross-dressing Greed spawn.
Her suspicions were proven correct when she got a few feet away. Not recognizing the two other spawn at the table (that she didn't bother to look at), and completely missing the baby; she thought the most festive thing to do was to squeal "LLUJAH!" and grab him from behind. Lifting him up and setting him down quickly after, she beamed broadly, still oblivious of the baby nearby.

With an oversized picnic basket on each arm, Cera claimed a table as hers. It was towards the back, but in the center of attention, and even as shy as she was, she wanted the best. After sitting the baskets down, her excessively frilly skirt bounced back to life, springing out with enough force to make her momentarily freeze. The Greed spawn looked down, then lovingly smoothed out her pink and purple lolita dress. Technically it wasn't a costume, but really, how could she resist?
She quickly spread out a plastic table cloth and taped a posterboard sign to the front that read 'Cera's Candy' in obnoxiously bright cursive writing (courtesy of Elisabetta). Then she went about organizing her wares; homemade chocolate and white chocolate suckers, peanut butter fudge, potato candy all constructed in holiday shapes. She also spread out a gobble of various treats that her family had purchased for the occasion.
Only when she had her booth set up did she pay attention to the others. The crowd was small now, which was good, but....Cera shook her head. It would be fine, just fine, so long as she didn't move. The teen loosened up at the thought, drug out the lawn chair her 'mother' dropped off, and waited.

Llujah's heart melted at the sight of the sleeping beauty that the older spawn held. She was absolutely precious! The Greed spawn wanted nothing more than to give her a gigantic hug and take her home with him. Of course, now that he got a closer look at the older spawn, from his scales and the color of his hair, it seemed that, like Llu himself, he was a Greed spawn. Taking something from a Greed spawn, especially something as precious as a baby, was extremely unwise. It was unfortunate, but true.
He nodded compliantly to the older spawn and looked towards the motorcycle parked nearby. He pointed to it. "This one, yeah?" Without confirmation from the other spawn, he reached into the bag that hung off of the motorcycle and pulled out several snacks. He gathered them into his arms and started to set off towards the other tables when he heard a loud cry of his name. Confused, Llu turned around to see a large blur hurdling right at him. The blur picked him up in a tight hug, making him quite startled. He gave a yelp, then once he was set down, he turned around to face his attacker, which he then recognized as a very dear friend.
"Bleez!" Llujah's face broadened into a grin and, after carefully setting the snacks on the nearby table, he gave his friend a large hug. His happiness knew no bounds. "Oh my God, how are you? You look awesome!" Llu gave a small giggle. He could tell that today was going to be a good day.

"Thank.you! You.look.so.cute! How'd.you.decide.what.to.where? I.was.hoping.a.certain.someone.was.going.to.be.here,so.that's.why.I.chose.this. I.made.this.myself. I.have.a.few.pieces.left.to.put.on.in.my.bag.too. Oh,gosh,listen.to.me.ramble!" She giggled after her incessant babbling was done. Her face even flushed a bit as she set her backpack on the ground.
Bleez opened the bag pulled out her silver crown and a brown, fur-lined cape. The crown was built more like a helmet, apparently the customary "crown" for a Celtic king. She threw the cape across her shoulders and clasped it so that it wouldn't fall off. Then she gingerly placed the crown on top of her head, careful of her horns.
"How.do.I.look?" She asked her friend as she struck a pose.
