Maia walked along frowning slightly at the clicking her boots made. It was odd how the noise annoyed her so, but it made her presence known and made her have to think about how to walk. She slowed slightly and stepped more lightly to stop the sound, but it was very odd to practically glide, rather than walk.
Soon she had reverted back to her normal gate and simple decided to deal with the clicking for now as she was headed into the park. Just a few more minutes and she could walk in the grass. There would be no annoying click and far less sound to give away her presence.
Maia continued on the park in her sight, darken by the night sky, though Maia was hardly scared. She knew to expect the unexpected from the park. She gained much experience and many nightmares from the park, but she was a better senshi for it.
Giving a quick sigh, Maia headed into the park, immediately taking to the grass and turning her full attention to her surrounding. She patroled the park now at least once a week, alone, despite Europas orders, and she knew she was very likely to be attacked.

Sailor Maia wasn't the only one to patrol. Some lieutenant also decided to assign himself an area to survey regularly. That would hopefully be more productive than randomly wandering around. On the plus side, the park wasn't far away from his house.
What he'd missed, however, was the part where he was supposed to be attentive and silent. Holding his now loyal cone over his hand, holding it with the other, he unwittingly walked in his next opponent's general direction, whistling the Bohemian Rhapsody.
Is this the real life
Is this just fantasy~
Glaucophane was completely unaware of the many fights and tragedies that had happened in that park before his impeccably black boots strolled inside it.

Maia frowned slightly hearing whispering and retreated more into the shadows knowing it would be bad for her to be seen by a civilian. She certainly had no desire for it what so ever, civilians plus senshi usually spelled trouble.
She watched from the shadows noticing that the other appeared to have red hair and was dressed very oddly. He was carrying a traffic cone, which made him look oddly out of place and the only thought that came to Maia's mind was negaverse. 'Why now,' she thought.
Maia stepped out of the shadows silently, "Good evening,' she said to the other, almost certain her was a negabaddie. She sorely hoped she was right and that he was just a crossing guard. Though it was rather late at night for that, crossing guards were needed during the day and not a midnight.

Glau jumped upon hearing a voice and immediately turned in her direction, ready to strike.
What he found was a girl with a large mass of hair and a nice dress. She didn't quite look like the previous senshi, but Glaucophane had much to learn about the huge potential variations in fukus.
“Hey! What the hell are you doing here?” he asked, sounding a tad concerned. He had mixed feelings over this; on the one hand, it was suspicious for a pretty girl like her to be so careless about being alone at night in a park, she had to be hiding something. On the other hand, she looked rather harmless; she could as well be a girl that was at the wrong place at the wrong time.
His trust of the appearances caused him to lower his guard and walk towards her more calmly. “You almost scared me there! No, seriously, what are you doing here? It's dangerous.” As he approached her slowly, he dismissed his cone to that strange place where Nega-weapons are stocked when they were not in use, and lifted that hand as if to shake hands with Maia.

Maia frowned slightly at the male, feeling very confused, but pushed it away as he seemed not to realize that she was a senshi.
Her face softened, but a slight frown remained, "Such language really is not necessary. I really did not mean to startle you."
She watched as the other approached and frowned when it seemed that he no longer really reminded her of a crossing guard. 'Didn't he have a cone,' she thought to herself, as she looked over the militant type uniform. She gave a weak smile feeling weary of the other, she had thought him negaverse, but now she was unsure.
Maia watched as he raised her hand to him, it looked as though he wanted her to shake it and so she raised her and took him hand, giving a light, but firm squeeze. "I'm sorry. I know the city has been rather weird, but cutting through the park is the quickest way home. I'm just heading from a party, got some studying to to do unfortunately, so I'm calling it an early night. You headed there?"
Her words were completely untrue, but it was the best explanation she could give if the other did just happen to be a passing civilian.
