The Main Purpose Of this Meeting is to Discuss the New Rule.. Read Below for More Information on the New Rule
I noticed around the guild that people want to become captains, lieutenants, espada and more so badly. As a captain of squad 11, I wanted to make this rule a clarify to everyone and do not worry this rule has bin approved by the guild captain. You know how like Everyone wants to like fight for a rank but I say there should be requirements. If we don't have requirements and like a new member joins and wins in a fight and he only had like 1 post.. that's not even fair.. so read below to see how this will work
To Challenge:
*Captain - 100 Posts Required {...If you get defeated and want to challenge again for captain's position must wait a week no matter who you challenge that is a rank of captain, it is the squad captains job to make sure the member in your squad who just challenged the captain and lost have waited a week and before he can challenge again, for espada it is the head leaders job to make sure so I leave that up to him...}
*Lieutenant - 50 Posts Required {...If you get defeated and want to challenge again for a lieutenant position must wait atleast a week also and same thing captains job to make sure that the member has waited a week...}
*3rd Seat and Below - 25 Posts Required {...If you get defeated and want to challenge for a seat position must wait a week and same thing again captains job to make sure...}
*Member - No posts required {...If you are just a member and want to have a fun fight go ahead no posts required...}
!Read the Rule Above and Make sure we let everyone notify, Also if you want to have a fun fight go ahead, these rules are only fallowed if you want to like actually have a challenge for the rank!

:Important:
If you have a current rank and you do not meet these requirements for the new rule you will loose your rank position and will be given to someone else, so just tell us that you don't meet these requirements rather than us looking in every squad.. so make sure you meet these requirements I will be checking every captain, lieutenant, and seat rank posts to see if they have enough posts to keep that position still..

Alvaak was sitting down on a chair and waiting in the meeting room for every squad captain to arrive, he wanted every single captain to arrive, If a captain did not arrive he would count that as inactivity and have consequences, as he got up he sended a hell butterfly to every captain, "Report to meeting room Now all captains required" he said and then kept on waiting in the meeting room for others to arrive
