Personality:
Generally Boog likes to talk, ...a lot. He jokes and tells tall tales and generally a likable guy unless you've become the target of his practical jokes. What makes him choose you? Most of the time it is on whim, if he continues to play jokes on a specific person it is usually of one of two reasons. One he finds the targets reactions horrendously humorous or two he just doesn't like you. Typically Boog likes to prank anyone, not just (human) children. If the situations arises, he just can't resist. His favorite method is hiding under the bed. His exaggerated long arms help for him to hide well and still be able to reach for peoples ankles.
One could say he is charismatic, which in a sense is true he has a tongue for words, but can be as barbaric and cruel as the next person. He's no playboy, not interested in finding true love, or having a good 'time'. In fact he generally isn't interested in making friends with anyone. More the floater he is the type of person who could be friends with anyone, but he doesn't consider them 'friends'. More like acquaintances, ones he can prank and not feel guilty about later on.
Coming from a long line historical family line of Bogeymen and women he is expected to perfect his shifting abilities, terrify even the toughest of kids as well take on the role as his father and forefather before him. Boog typically doesn't care about such things as 'meeting expectations' as long as he is having fun he'll do it. When he stops enjoying himself he becomes a stubborn p***k. A good example would be if someone doesn't fall for his trap/prank and then accuses him of pulling it. He has great pride in his jokes and pranks but a failed one he does not want pointed back at him. He will adamantly refuse to be the prankster and get downright angry and obnoxious about it.
Added: Boog typically acts the way he does due to being rather immature for his age as well having an inflated ego (that he isn't aware stems from his family's long history of being Bogeymen/women).
Why are they enrolled in Amityville Academy? Being the practical joker he is, his family felt that he doesn't take his task of scaring children professionally. They want him to work on his shape shifting, as well his ability to scare people subtly rather than leaping out of closets screaming BOO.
FEAR: Figure of your Fear: The green on Boog's skin shimmer and emit a eerie glow, this allows him minimal shape shifting abilities given he is fairly untrained in the skill. At his skill level the most he can achieve is skin color changes and minimal size changes (height). Currently the skill can last only a maximum of five minutes even less depending on the complexity of the shift.
Physical Description:
Eye Colour: Yellow (glowing inset eyes)
Hair Colour/Style: No real hair. But purple.
Skin Colour: Purple/Green
Clothing Style/Colours: He doesn't tend to wear clothes. Given his super skinny build nothing really fits him. If he had to he'd wear a poncho, black or dark dark purple with green spider webbing across it.
Extra:
~ No nose
~ Exaggerated length in arms and legs.
~ Hands only have 3 fingers and a thumb.
~ Mouth is jagged smile or frown. Look at ref for what I mean. ~ No hair.
~ Face and body are 'bone like' in appearance but is actually cartilage that can bend.

Unsure yet About Boog's body: Boog's body though appears skeletal in nature is actually quite flexible and bendable. His body is like a stiff rubber or cartilage that allows him to bend at strange angles. Advantage is that if struck his body won't splinter. Baboulas: Greece and Cyprus - in the Greek-speaking world, the equivalent of the Bogeyman is known as Baboulas (Greek: Μπαμπούλας). Typically, he is said to be hiding under the bed, although the details of his story is adapted by the parents in a variety of ways. LinkMORE about his FEAR:Eventually his fear will be strong enough he can lengthen his entire body as well shift to resemble a person's manifested fear. The first thing he'd probably achieve is lengthening the length of his already long arms. This way he can grab people without really having to move.

Yessss more inhuman looking monsters! It strikes a chord with me when there's a character who adds great spice to a cast lineup. I also love what a sour puss he is when things don't go his way. Is his behavior based on his immaturity? I'm curious to see how his personality evolves as he grows up! He seems like a super fun guy to RP with and can lead to a lot of frustration. XD I WISH YOU LUCK I LOVE HIM.

Boog! Well not sure I have anything that will be very helpful for you. But I shall try.
Personality: It is oddly adorable how upset he gets when a trap/prank fails. His personality fits well with each other. I do wonder if he will prank a teacher?
Fear: I am wondering if you are making him too weak. I mean he should be able to shift a little more than that, shouldn't he?
Love his appearance by the way.

Well I wasn't sure how strong to make his Fear D: I thought hey he basically hardly practices (though one would think he would for pranking purposes). Perhaps I should make it stronger.

Oh then no worry hun it makes sense if he doesn't practice. I was just wondering.... I do have a thought that came to mind when thinking of him. Was that his hands take shapes of things to scare/trick people. I could see him using the long arms and his glow to an advantage making people see things that aren't really there then wham he hits them.

Huzzah for more non-human looking creatures! It's good to see that Halloween is full of much more than just the normal pretty, so I'm thankful that you're going for a spook that doesn't even remotely have human features!
[ Also you keep saying Bogeyman, do you mean to change this to Baboulas? Since Bogeyman is a job title in Amityville, not a race ]
His personality seems pretty fun - a chatterbox who likes to joke around until the joke turns on other people. You say he's not fun to be around when he's unhappy - does this happen often and is it related to his ego and immaturity? How would he pull himself out of this funk (or how would others get him out of it)
On the regards of Bogie's pranks, are any of them outright malicious, or has he ever committed one with malicious intent? Has a cruel prank ever been played on him that caused him to decide against/in favor of that type of joke? When you mention tall tales, are we talking about ones involving himself, or others? Does he make up outright lies or does he enjoy exaggeration?
If Bogie has no problems pranking everyone, how is he able to maintain relationships? Is his charisma strong enough to overcome his general unpleasantness involved in said pranks, or does he actually apologize? Is he ever lonely because of how he acts, or can he always find a way to get with people - even if they're unhappy with him?
On his coming to Amityville, is there a chance he could have decided on it on his own? He seems the type to want to scare as many people as possible so wouldn't coming to Amityville open that door for him? Or, if he is sent by his parents, does he object to their reason or is he super excited to come? Would he resent them at all or would he think it was the best thing ever?
For his FEAR, I like what you have for him in terms of the level of strength. It allows it to develop over time and make him stronger as he grow older, perhaps allowing better control of everything else? Just a few questions though - can he only make himself taller and shorter, or can he manipulate any part of his body and make it exaggerated? As in growing one of his hands, or his jaws? Can he make a part of his body stronger than another when using his fear? I'm assuming this of course will develop as he grows older, but can he do any of it other just height for now?
Does he have a natural ability of any sort?

Agreeing with everyone else on the fact that his design is a LOT of fun! I especially love the fact that his form is more rubbery despite his skeletal appearance.
I know that you changed him from bogeyman to baboulas given that the former is a job... but I'm trying to find it on the internet and I really am having no luck. Think you could give us a link to what it actually is? I'm guessing a bogeyman-like creature, but you never know...
I love this guy, I wish I could come up with more critique to help you.

Boboulas literally is a subspecies of bogeyman. It is a Greek/Cyprus version.
