This is where you go when you need to report someone. In case you see something we don't, I thought I'd add this. This is if someone is breaking rules or something that bothers you that we've over looked.
If you're having problems with other members that can't be solved between the two of you message me. Please keep in mind that doesn't mean come crying if Jimmy called you a jerk. Though if someone is rude to you and you are unable to get them to stop, let me know. I really don't want others to feel uncomfortable in the guild.
Also, if you're having problems with Crew members please let me know or another Crew member.
Personal or Business: Please state if it's a personal matter between yourself and members/Crew. If that's not the case then business which is you reporting someone for rule breaking.
Name: This is where you place the offender(s) name(s).
Reason: Explain why you're reporting them. Include plenty of detail (i.e screen shots, sent and received PM's.)
Links: A link to any evidence of this taking place. If it's on different pages it would be helpful if you listed them.
Other: Anything else.
