  Welcome aboard the Avalon finest transport ship for all creatures of the magical kind. This ship transports the students back and forth between the school grounds and the human realm. A basic enchantment is set up on the ship so that when on the other side of the veil everyone on board appears human to any on-lookers. Captain Mills and First Mate Blackrock are two very tough characters there ain't no one that can get past them to steal this ship. The Avalon only sets sail once every four months unless instructed to do otherwise by the principle for field trips to the mortal realm.  ((yes this is an actual cruiseline ship called Avalon)) ((and this is really what the rooms look like on board))

Kerrigan set them down at the bow of the ship, "There that's more like it she said smiling at him and then looking up at the starry night sky.

The shape-shifter set his feet down and looked up at the sky. The sky was so beautiful and it reminded him why Moonlight Sonata was his favorite song to play on the piano. It was an awe and inspiring sight. "I agree." He added in.

Kerrigan turned around so she was leaning on the railing facing him, "Beautiful..." she mumbled watching his face for a moment before going back to star gazing.

Charles moved so he was next to her. Feeling the breeze against his human coating. He looked at the shy with her. There was no doubt why people worshiped the night sky. "I was once told by my sister that Artemis was the most beautiful of the goddesses. Even beating Aphrodite herself. Though I think my sister was wrong. You beat all of them together. I may have you from Zeus and his adulterous ways." He told her. Even commenting about her grandfather.

"I'm only half goddess, but I'm still very flattered," she said as she felt herself blush a little bit and she leaned into him, "Just don't let Aphrodite hear you say that. Sh'e prolly have cupid shoot you to make you love the ugliest woman on earth she could find," she hoped that Aphrodite would never do that. If she did there would prolly be another war amongst the gods.

Charles leaned his face towards her. He was too much of gentleman to just kiss her. He had a firm belief that if a person was ready then they would make the first move. "I don't think we have much to worry. I'm sure the love goddess is beautiful. Though I'm a faithful type." He told her. It would take a lot of work for Charles to change his mind on someone.

Kerrigan smiled up at him, "You don't know my aunt, but it's nice to hear you're a one woman kind of guy not that I had any doubts," she felt that he was slowly getting closer to her but didn't make a move just yet. They had plenty of time, and even though she wanted to kiss him she also thought it might be fun to play the hard to get type in an odd way.

Charles smiled. He was saying that way. He knew his sister would be the one with a paddle and asking what he did to some poor girl. He wondered what her family was like. "So what is your family like?" He asked. He remembered Annmarie lecturing him on how to score a second date.

Kerrigan couldn't help but laugh about the thought of her family, "Well one side can be summed up as very eccentric. My dad's side of the family, are pretty laid back. Everyone like to have their fun and both my parents argued over what was best for me," she hadn't talked about her dad since she walked away from the house all those years ago. Anger drove her out and she didn't return in time to apologize for it all, "My brother is pretty much my exact opposite but we look out for each other. What about you? You mentioned having a sister, what's she like?"

Charles listen to her as she talked about her family. It seemed like an odd, but happy mixture. It was always good to hear that you family is watching your back. "Her name is Annmarie or Annie for short. She is a teach at the school. My sister is very motherly towards everyone. She is married to the biggest jerk in the world. Gaston works for the government and is the same species as we are. Then there are my nephews Augustine, and twins Valentin and Peter. My sister really wants a girl so in return she dresses poor Peter in dresses." He gave a chuckle.

Kerrigan gave a chuckle as well, "That's adorable, at least until he completely understands that he's a boy and those are girl clothes," suddenly she had a random idea, "I'll totally put in a good word with Hera for her."

Charles smiled. His family was probably as goofy as hers was. The only difference between them was their race. "Maybe you'll get to meet them. I try to take them for a couple of hours each week so my sister can have some time to herself or with Gaston if he is home. I know my sister is trying to talk her husband into another child." He told her. It was easy to see that his family was really important to him and he was close to them.

"Why not plan to take them for a whole night sometime and I'll come and help you watch them. And if Annie doesn't happen to have a girl I know a few people who have plenty of girls. I actually think Aphrodite is due to have another girl here soon," she cuddled up tighter to Charles just as a gust of cool wind came rushing around them, making her hair look like flames flickering in the wind. She like being this close so decided not to move away from him for now.

Charles smiled and wrapped his arm around Kerrigan so that she could stay warm. He leaned in a little more. He did kind of want to kiss her, but, that was something he would save it for when she gave him permission. Her smell was like the night and he liked it. "Maybe. I think you'll like them. There are sweet kids." He told her. Her offer was temping.
