Samantha hadn't bothered to unpack her room yet. She had spent most of the time being frustrated and complaining to no one about how unfair it was that her and the other zombies would just be stuffed in a windowless basement. She wanted a view, maybe a room with some natural light. Instead she had the perfect example of some bunker fallout shelter. At least they kept the air on low thank goodness.

So her boxes remained stacked about her dorm room, all but one which she had grabbed a camo hat from, tugging it down over her 'spot' before heading out onto the school grounds looking for the gym.

Along the way she saw plenty of other students, though she didn't go out of her way to say hi to anyone, odds are she would just complain, something along the lines of elitist a*****e vampire puss bags. Eventually she found herself alone again on a small hill with nothing but the slightly cruel, yet pleasing idea of planting garlic on the top floor of the building.

Slowly her mind turned back to the gym at hand, letting the view of the obstacle course pull her in and distract her. Well, at least the gym looked good so far from here.

The outdoor track that circled the gym was probably Nuk's favorite spot ever, if only because it was a place he could push his body (and it's many forms) to his heart's content and show off while doing it. The skinwalker was the epitome of a textbook narcissist, so it was pretty much perfect for him, working out his lean, toned muscles as he sprinted down the track, bare feet shifting to jet black paws as he changed forms mid-motion, the air filling with the sounds of joints popping and bones snapping as he became the skull-faced ebony wolf that had quickly become his trademark. He loved showing off, and shapeshifting was his favorite way to do it. And while he couldn't do it in school, (or rather, it was frowned upon -- sometimes he did it anyway,) outside he was free to shapeshift and gather attention to his heart's content.

Besides, he needed to work off energy, or he got especially agitated, and tended to give more swirlies. It was in everyone's best interest, really.

This afternoon was no different than the rest. The skinwalker lifted his hollow skull to take a deep breath of the continuously autumn air, smelling the crispness of the wind as it whipped through his fur. This is what he loved: his muscles rippled underneath fur as he pushed them to the brink, the feel and smell of FEAR in the air. But that wasn't the only thing he smelled. Snapping his head down, Nuk's empty gaze made a b-line for the zombie girl standing not too far off, staring straight at her for a few good, long moments, stride slowing. This was unusual. Usually the undead seemed to stay away from the gym -- excessive exercise seemed to make their limbs fall off easier or something like that. At least, that was the excuse he often heard them make. So it was with mild interest that Nukpana eyed the zombie girl, his form shifting back until it was the native-american student staring at the girl and not the wolf, his nose wrinkled a bit, upper lip quirked as he tilted his head.

Of course, the only thing out of his mouth was, "What're you doing here?"

For a long time Samantha simply stared wistfully at the track, the fields after her gaze slipped from the obstacle course. For the most part she ignored the students on the track going about their own exercises simply enjoying the new view. Slowly she started forward intent to get a closer look. No one at all seemed to be paying her any mind so it all seemed well at first.

Till she got a strange feeling like someone was watching her, maybe even staring? Like two eyes were suddenly drilling into her inspecting her like she didn't belong here. Sure enough something, no scratch that someone was running towards her. What had appeared to be a wolf was actually a boy in a wolfs pelt, skinwalker most likely. From the look on his face, the way his nose wrinkled up she could already guess a crack about her smell was coming up, instead she was given a rather blunt question.

""I would guess I'm going to take a look at the Track, is that a problem?" A slight frown reached her lips as she spoke clearly not happy with the tone. "I guess I should ask what you're doing right here." She added before pointing to the ground between them.
