Inside each thread you will find what you need to know regarding the changes that have been made towards the ranking systems for your RPCs. Furthermore, specialization, which was optional before, is now mandatory.
Point Increases

Exceed System
It is now possible to go over 10/10 in the six Stat Areas, and both the Shinigami and Arrancar threads explain that for their respective races. Vizard will obviously follow the Shinigami layout.
Exceeding Your Own Limits
As made obvious by several RPC's Shikai and Bankai and other things, certain techniques raise power levels while active. For instance, speed can be increased in Shikai or the Resurrección. These values may exceed 10/10 or 15/10 in areas that aren't your specialty and are, respectively. However, simply saying Speed is increased a lot is not good enough; this must now be represented by a point value and may not be anything ludicrous. A 6/10 to 13/10 jump is silly and will not be allowed.
Special Techniques
Everyone is entitled to making their own fancy technique that they claim is capable of cutting through steel. Well, as of now, that's no longer useful and things that techniques can affect need to be represented by a point value. For example, Yuki's Amejuugan are capable of punching through 10/10 Armor and Hierro, or 12/10 when used in conjunction with her Kaze Shintō. If a technique your RPC uses does something like this, it needs to be stated, which will prevent confusion when dealing with such things.
Improved Kido/Agility System
Edits have been made to the Agility System, changing the requirements for multiple techniques. There is more than a 90% chance your RPC will lose some sort of ability with this system in place, so you absolutely must check this list to make sure he or she can still perform it.
