When you take the "I" out of reality you just get people trying to sell you stuff. It is my catchy attack on global skepticism (not believing I or you exist). If you doubt that you even exist then why or how are you talking to people? It is just to sell your baseless ideas.
So... discuss - do we exist? How?

Cogito ergo sum? Is all that really matters, I think, anyway. If I can perceive it, then it exists in some shape or form.

Pure solipsism is a silly way to live life anyways. I mean, why not chose to believe others exist as well as your self, if you can feel, think, and breathe? Or know that others respond to your stimuli? We can become more conscious than just our basic programming, that's a given. But all that's a matter of is finding your "true self" as compared to your "false" self programmed by the world program called Demiurge. Lolz Sophia is kinda like an alt program, that one has to build, find, and rescue their self.

Do we really need the "reason" why we exist? Is that really necessary to live our lives? The real question is why we live? What is living? Some say life is what you make it, I for one agree with that.

No, we don't "need" to explain a "reason," but it's fun to explore realms of this nature. I agree to disagree. For a child who is born into -enter s**t situation here- in -war torn location here- he really didn't have the chance to make his life, or a random girl, here in Columbus in fact it's a real problem, gets kidnapped, addicted to heroin and is now a sex slave... well, you get the picture. To an extent, yes, life is what you make it, but life also makes you. Is answering why we live essential to our day to day actions? We define the reasons for our own personal daily lives with our personal directions, actions, etc. Life is, to me, trying your hardest. When you can wake up in the morning and look at yourself in the mirror and tell yourself "I'm happy with my efforts." That is living life. Not to the fullest, but it's a start. You, my friend, are a worthy candidate for this subject. My respect, 3nodding

The stupid part of my brain thinks that you're all figments of my imagination. It also thinks that I am, in fact, on some alien world where, when people are born, they undergo a hallucination like the one I'm having now, and pick up all the knowledge they can before waking up and sharing this knowledge.
I'm so cool.
