Esthar, Not of the Final Fantasy VII world, but VIII. Was brought through the Tear of Worlds, and now resides in a completely different world, It is one of the most high tech city's known, and is very easy to get lost! So if you are ever in town, Don't forget a bring a map!
Transportation services Esthar City is served by a platform shuttle service that runs throughout the inner city. Dr. Odine's Laboratory Located south-west in prospective to the Presidential Residence this laboratory is Odine's primary labs where he conducts Sorceress research. While in his other labs outside the city; the Lunatic Pandora Laboratory, he conducts research on the Lunatic Pandora. Esthar Airstation West in prospective to the Presidential Residence the airstation provides docking privileges for aircraft such as the Ragnarok airship. Presidential Residence Home of the Esthar presidential staff and the president himself. Sorceress Adel once ruled from this palace and now, ironically, her stasis chamber is shaped in the Presidential Residence's image. The residence serves as Laguna's abode, due to his status as Esthar's President. Rent-a-Car Located at the city entrance cars can be hired here for a small fee. The Ragnarok parked at the air station after having randomly and completely to there surprise finding the city of Esthar in the middle of no where. They were flying around out of pure boredom when they stumbled upon it.."How great is this!? " Rinoa burst out of the airship, running down the pathway. "Oh gosh I can't wait to show everyone..I wonder if anyone we know will be here.." Angelo came running along side of her. "I can get you're favorite treats again too!"

A man walked down the massive pathways in the endless blue city. This was beyond anything he had ever seen. So many thoughts were trailing in his mind, and they weren't good thoughts. He took in each area, the people there, everything. They did appear to have guards posted, but nothing he couldn't handle. "I must add this to the list.." With that in mind, he disappeared from Esthar, only to reappear....else where.

She was about to start yelling at him the moment they appeared, but the sudden bright blueness over took her. This place was..there was no word to describe it! Not for her. "Oh my.." She turned back to Kuja, eyes narrowed. "Let me guess. You want to take it over, huh? That's all you ever want.."

"Hmm.. " He placed a hand under his chin, smileing. "Of course. I've already looked around the place. It must have been here for a few days. The people are still confused as to where they are." He shrugged, for now he seemed almost as he was a long time ago, before he went completely insane. He wasn't attacking anyone, or picking a fight with Garnet. But he wasn't entirely innocent. He -did- want to take the city over at some point! And cause chaos upon it. "It won't be very hard."

"Gosh you're really boring.." Garnet sighed, she didn't even fear him anymore. Upon his many visits, she was starting to think of him as more of an annoyance then anything. "I'm going to look around...Don't follow me. " As she walked off, she heard his footfalls against the ground, making her turn around. Then, before he could react, she gave him the hardest shove she could get out, pushing him over the edge of one of the highest platform bridges..
"HEY! Freeze!" Came a rather angry voice of one of the gaurds, causing Garnet to freeze up. ".....Great... No! You got it wrong, he's the bad guy! He wants to take over you're city!"
Kuja however, appeared high above them, laughing softly at the scene below. This was much to great of a scene to not watch. "Oh, boy Princess. You've gotten you'reself in trouble with the guards in less then a minute!"
"You committed an act of attempted murder against a unarmed man..That is time in the Esthar Prison for you!" The guard was slowly walking toward her.
"You don't know who Kuja is. He's a kidnapper, a killer, and he's going to destroy this city if you let him stay..Look above you. Do you really think I'd push someone off? " She shook her head at the guard, stepping back.
The guard glanced up to see the man hovering there in the air.." Uh...." His eyes narrowed. "No more trouble here, or you're both out. " He muttered something before stalking off.
"Take me back to the mansion..You know you aren't going to destroy or 'rule' this place.. There's to much here, why would you do something so reckless just to prove a silly point? Hmm?" Garnet looked off to the side, walking over to the edge and resting her arms over it, watching the massive city below..Simply amazing it was. "Kuja...Now.I don't want to explore this place with you. " Without looking back she waited.
"You will see that you are wrong on that. Very well, Princess.."
He smirked, lowering down and instead of just grabbing her arm, he picked her up in his arms, smiling Almost..kindly. The two disappeared, only to appear once more in her room. "Remember. 1 day left to make you're choice. I'll be back here tomorrow. " He sat her down and vanished..

Chris had just finished attatching the armored hardsuit together, and stepped out of the machine. The suits were kept in specialized machines which quickly put them on and removed them, mostly because with normal humans, the suit was fairly heavy all together. So, the stations for them made it easier and more efficient. He spread out the aerial wing peice, then closed it again, checking the smooth flow of action. After he was satisfied, he stepped out into the bright sun, the city spread out around him. He was standing on tp of a skyscraper structure near the presidential palace actually.

Chris found himself patrolling Esthar city vaguely, with nothing to do. What little crime there was was always caught by the normal guards, and he knew every section of the city like the back of his hand...
As he lands on a rooftop, and looks outwards for a minute, he realizes something suddenly, which he hadnt noticed for the month or so they had been moved here. The normally dry, barren desert surrounding the city had been replaced by flowing grass and occasional tree's. How had he not noticed that before? That and many more questions flitted through his mind as the suit dropped off the side of the building, landing on the roadway, and then walking down it towards the edge of the city.

"Wierd place of the future!" Sephriea yelled out, she didn't care who she annoyed, as far as she knew, they were invading there world with there strange city and she had every right to do what ever SHE wanted to do here.Her and Lily continued through the city, before she stepped into one of the strange tube things with a lift. "Hee-hee! I want to go in here..I don't think you can fit though..hm..Okay, I got it! You can go on back home. We didn't go -that- far away, so I can walk back home. I'm going to stay here a while." With an understanding Wark, Lily took off through the city from where she came, heading it's way back to Midgar. Sephriea ran into the tube and sat down. The thing seemed to lift up from the ground and hover before taking off down the long clear pipes to another section of the city. It was now a even cooler place then Gold Saucer, it had RIDES!

Upon walking off the lift, she found herself next to a strange building, as if the entire area wasn't already strange enough.As she entered, she saw a strange man with a odd collar sticking out around his neck. He looked.. weird. "...It's a clown!!"
The man turned around, looking at her strangely. "I iz not a clown! I am Dr. Odin! Who iz you?"
".....You look like a clown and you talk weird. " She said, crossing her arms and watching him. "What is this place? By the way! It's IS. Not Iz..I-S. " She said, there was much sarcasm in her voice.
"How darz you make fuz of Dr.Odine!" He shook his fists angrily at her, looking rather silly at that. Sephriea just laughed. "Oh noz! He'z going to getz madz atz mez!" She walked up to him, and pulled up his strange collar thing to cover his face then bolted out of the building! Odine was just fuming struggling with the collar before pulling it back down. "I'll getz Youz!!" He yelled out to the retreating little spawn of satan.Then, he turned around and went right back to what he was doing before he was rudely interrupted.

Sephriea had found another fun thing about this strange place. If you ran across the pathways, and tried to stop you would go for a long, fun little slide across. She looked beyond silly, but she also didn't care one bit. She had to find her own ways to have fun, after all.
"Can you stop that? This isn't a playground!" A soldier said, who was watching her boredly from his stationed spot.
She glanced over into the mans direction, then calmly walked over to him. "Why? " She gave him a look, her hands on her hips. "I do what I want! " She then turned away and headed down to the next level. She was so lost it wasn't even funny. But she also wasn't going to ask for directions ether.

_____ Ultimecia transported herself to Esthar city as well as Jihl Nabaat whom was following her working as a personal body guard. As usual, Ultimecia had a warrior such as when Seifer worked to protect except now, this person was a woman of the most elite group of soldiers, PSICOM. The town was as usual as ever. Nothing had appeared to happen but then again, her magic was so low after the battle with Squall that she now knew that the only way to get it back was recovering for at least a year. "Jihl..." Jihl nodded and walked away in a classy manner. After being out of sight, Ultimecia rested herself upon a bench. "Time has been merging. I feel the confusion in the world. Such a simple place we will live in once I compress all of time. For now on the contrary, I must pose no threat. Once the time is right, I will compress all and all will be compressed." Ultimecia chuckled at the thought of killing Squall or Rinoa, hell, she would even settle for killing that air head Zell. However, she knew there were now more enmies she would have to deal with. Some she had never even met before.
_____Jihl walked in a straight line towards a group of shoppers. She was on the look out for anyone whom might pose a threat to Ultimecia's plans of ultimate time compression. Sure, Jihl felt as though Ultimecia's plans were a bit odd from the start, but after thinking about it for awhile, this all began to make sense to her, it was as though someone had filled her mind with thoughts that didn't pertain to her. "What do we have here?" Jihl walked up to a shop-keeper whom was holding a vial with a green liquid. Without making a work, Jihl pointed to vial, obviously demanding to know what was in it. "This here is a potion of sorts! Heals you when you're in some pickle, don'tcha know?" Jihl rolled her eyes and began to walk away. Obviously there were no enemies here to worry about.

Esthar city was a massive place, basically a country almost in its own right, and it had security forces to match, able to keep constant guard and patrol established throughout the city. And, among these patrol's, there had been circulated to certain commander's information including images and files on the now dead Ultimecia, which some had distributed to those under them, and others hadn't. It had simply been a matter of time before one of the security personnel saw and recognised Ultimecia. Eventually, that happened, the guard in question quietly informing his patrol partner after they had passed, then phoning it in to the commander. Very soon, ultimecia was about to have a hailstorm right on her head, comprised of a half dozen special soldiers...

_____Ultimecia quietly stood up and looked around. It seemed quiet, as though people were growing more and more scarce by the minute. Ultimecia sighed and analyzed her surroundings throughly before coming to a conclusion. "It appears I'm not welcome here, but that happens now doesn't it. I won't go messing with the fate. If someone wants a fight, I'll let them feel my wrath." Ultimecia slowly levitated off the ground and extended her arms preparing a powerful shield that would deflect anything with such accuracy, that the objects being hurtled at her would go straight back to the person whom threw it, or in this case shot it.
_____This force-field was a very thin and clear layer. Not too flashy, just how Ultimecia liked it. "I'll lay out this city. They've forgotten the oblivion I've condemned upon much of humanity and will relearn my wrath." The events that took place were probably seven years ago into Ultimecia's mind, but in reality it was only a year ago. The reason it seemed so long is because Ultimecia has been travelling through time and didn't realize the seven years she has been travelling was only a little over a year in reality.
_____Ultimecia began to think to herself about Jihl, though then again, she didn't have much to worry about since Jihl wasn't of this world and in her previous world wasn't a powerful enemy. "Those whom appose me will perish like the sands of time!" Ultimecia closed her eyes and snickered. She was now playing the waiting game with these soldiers. The moment they shot, they would realize the battle has already begun because of the shield she had placed around herself.

Sephriea's materia transported her not to far from the airship dock entrance. She had wanted to get away from Midgar, where she knew not many of her friends knew of. This being the very spot to be. It was a massive maze, beautiful for one, but the most confusing area one could go to if they didn't know it well. A large group of soldiers suddenly ran past the young girl, not even saying a word to her, armed with weapons they all had began to run to a particular area. She noticed that other area's had the same amount of soldiers running into that same direction. What was going on? She maybe of come at a bad time, or perhaps the best time if there were any people injured. "Wow..What's going on? This city is so weird..Guess there's only one way to tell!" Sephriea slid off the hood over her head that covered her face, and began to follow after them.
