Gl, though. The only way you will get one for that offer is most likely going to be someone giving it away or someone feeling generous. Be careful if you do get an offer, it could possibly be botted or hacked since that is going around with a lot of 03-04 items lately.

This is an Investing Guild not a Discount Store, it's one thing to ask other members for a small discount on an item just because they are fellow member of the guild but to ask for such a large discount on such an expensive item when you have little credibility for yourself is almost an insult and sounds like you are begging.
