Mitchell from my super hero centric story CLOAK requires a uniform
In the original draft of the story he had wings that grew out of his back when he needed them,
dunno if I want to keep that or not...
He already has a normal appearance [ xxx | xxx | xxx | xxx ]
He needs a uniform for, ya know, crime fighting
It needs to hide his identity
Otherwise, all I can think to mention is...
He has a very laid back approach to crime fighting
He is well funded (and completely government sanctioned)
Setting is modern times, maybe a short jaunt into the future

Mitchell(from Cloak)'s best friend and business partner
They own and are the only people working for a private investigations firm the specializes in cases involving super powered people
Since most people dont like to deal with those kinds of cases
He is the more calculated of the two boys, he is the one who thinks about the cash and crunched numbers (until Elli showed up)
I was thinking me might be black
Maybe wearing a (not black) leather jacket of some kind
But maybe that would be too cliche xD
Setting is modern times, maybe a short jump into the future
