A black tent sits on the outskirts of the Boundary land. Neither inside or outside, but right on the territory markers.
Gold trim adorns the outline of the door flap and a soft pale light glows from inside.
If you choose to investigate you will see a marble table in the center of the room, too short for chairs but a padded cushion faces the door.
Candles align the entire inside of the tent including one in the center of the table.
It is then you see her, a gold and black Espeon with calculating red eyes. She smiles, the glow from the candle illuminating her forehead gem.

"If you come for answers, I have them. If you come to speak to those long past I can make it happen. If you come to see what lies before you, I will tell you what you wish to know. Welcome, I am Lady Neon. What can I do for you?"

Zori

Zori slipped into the quiet tent in silence, her leafy ears pricked in curiousity.
The air inside was warm, smelling thickly of herbs; some familiar, and some entirely new. Either way, the atmosphere felt thick and heavy as she breathed, and although it smelled good, it made her mind feel fuzzy and unfocused.
She caught sight of the Espeon, sitting behind a smooth, circular table.
She was truly beautiful, and she felt strangely reminded of Moonfall; the tribal Umbreon who had ventured far to find Ivy; the daughter of Selena, and apparently, the focus of a very powerful prophecy.
"...You are... You're Lady Neon, aren't you?" She asked softly.
"I was told I might find you here..."
She padded up to the edge of the table, her tail swishing tentatively behind her.

From over the flickering candle at the table's center, two delicate black ears flicked upward.
"Hello, my dear~" The sage Psychic said slowly.
Although smaller in size with glossy fur, she was far older than the Leafeon before her.
"What can Lady Neon do for you?"

Zori

Zori smiled, settling down to sit opposite the older female, with her leafy tail curled delicately around her paws.
"...I heard about your abilities to understand things beyond your memory; fortune telling... And I wanted to ask if you could help me uncover anything about my mother?" She asked softly, her golden eyes darkening with loss. She still missed Aqualia, no matter how long ago her death had been.
"Her name was Aqualia; a black Vaporeon with golden markings; like mine... But that's all I really know about her."

"Of course I can tell you of her~ After all, she was my sister..."
A smile flit across the Espeon's face at the shock that would register on Zori's.
"Do not look so alarmed, child. We were sisters by tribe, not blood. The tribe I hail from is so closely knit that we refer to everyone as brother or sister. Our chief is honorable father and his mate is the great mother."
The sleek black Espeon raised her single golden paw and nodded wisely.
"She was one of the seven guardians of our tribe. The guardians are each one of the seven different Eeveelutions. They are our council and protectors. Her loss was felt by the entire tribe and as accustomed she was not be replaced by another Vaporeon until the year long mourning period."

Zori

Zori blinked in both awe and alarm.
"I-I'm a tribe descendant?!" She gasped in surprise. That would explain why Moonfall had been so intent to speak to her. She must have reminded him of home.
She didn't know what this meant to her, or what it would mean for her, but it was clear that this fact would change much about who she was.
She exhaled shakily, looking back up to smile tentatively at her elder. "I suppose then... that I should refer to you as 'Sister', Lady Neon?" She purred, feeling embarrassed.

The Espeon laughed softly, "There is no need for that here. Simply Neon will suffice. Though my full name is 'Neon Lights Over Dark Water'...I never did like it."
She raised that golden paw over the candle so close the smell of singed fur begin to fill the room.
"Before you go...there is something that must be told to you.
A prophecy of what will be, but what yet is not.
'When dawn breaks the sky the clouds will be cast in a lavender glow and slowly the balance will shift and peace will reign forever more.' "

Zori

Zori's golden eyes were wide with awe as Neon revealed the prophecy.
"When dawn breaks the sky, the clouds will be cast in a lavender glow..." She repeated in a soft whisper.
Prophecies were well-known for being confusing, and this was no different. Only time would tell what it meant, and in the meantime, it was something to think about, to watch for.
She dipped her head politely to the Espeon. "Thank you, Neon~" She purred, before slipping quietly and gracefully from the tent.
"I hope we meet again."

Although most would be taken by surprise, the Scyther's piercing eyes were more than acute enough to see the slight hints of gold at the other end of the table. He had heard rumours about this place. Stories and tales that she could summon the dead and suggestions that she could give hints to those in need. Tolin didn't particularly believe in... "fortune-telling", but it was true that a select few psychics could reach the dead, and others still were prophetic.

He sat down on the cushion. "Hello."

A low purr began to emit from the other side of the table.
"Hello, Tolin. I've been expecting you. How goes your hunt for the truth, as it were?"
The gold and black Espeon leaned on the table, front paws crossed lazily over eachother.
Both red eyes were narrowed into slits to see past the flickering candle on the table.

"Quite well, actually." Although he was somewhat surprised, he was by no means confounded. A prophet who expects meeting someone ahead of time wasn't exactly an unheard of concept. If anything, what caught him off guard was that she knew his name. What else had she foreseen?

"I take it you already know why I'm here, then?" It was both a question and a probe. How far in advance had she anticipated him? How detailed was it?

The Espeon laughed, she seemed to enjoy confusing others with her foresight.
"You are researching legendary Pokemon. To save the world, to save a friend, such a noble quest. Of course I've been keeping tabs...That you came to me next was obvious. You have information, but naturally you wish for more. So you'd like to enlist my 'raise the dead' services since you dont believe in my fortune-telling~ I can hardly blame you, it is all rather cryptic and frustrating at times..."
She meowed once, twin tails lashing from side to side.

He laughed heartily; not an arrogant or derisive laugh, but one of genuine amusement. She was close, but not exactly right. "Oh no, I believe in what you do. Of course, I take it with caution; it would be stupid not to. I mistrust fortune-telling because most of those who claim to see through the mists of time are fakes. Though, you are more akin to a prophet, are you not? You are not someone who can so easily find whimsical information, but rather you are someone who sees what is important." Though, her services to "raise the dead" were what he was here for.

"But, enough of that. You are right as to why I come here. I hope to speak with the Mewtwo, Archer."

"My tribe called me a prophet, how rare to have an Espeon whose Psychic powers expanded far enough to see almost everything, but it was a bit overated. Being considered sage and wise at a young age made you feel old, so I left...and here I am. Old and sage and wise, it's all quite funny but yet not."
The Espeon raised her tails to lash at the candle flame and put it out and the tent was filled with darkness and smoke.
"A Mewtwo is it? Never seen one of those up close, this will be a treat~"
Her eyes began to glow with an fierce red shade as well as her forehead gem which, by difference, was white.
In result the ring of candle off to the side all lit up at once with unatural white flame.
The Espeon lowered her head as the swaying of her tails ceased.
The flames of the candles stretched upward to obscure the circle and lick at the top of the tent before receeding enough to reveal the familia outline of a certain scarfed Mewtwo who gave a barely audible growl.

"What is this...?"
Neon gave no reply, in a meditative coma of sorts.

Tolin kept his voice calm and even, or as best he could. He tried to avoid sounding whimsical or overly serious. Archer would likely take badly to someone treating him lightly, but if he came on too strongly he might offend him.

"Hello. I'm afraid I'm the one who called you here. I need to talk to you about Alfred." It would be best to keep the "son" part quiet, at least until a reaction had been seen. He needed to tread lightly.
