i agree 21. because. girl 1 shakes 6 hands, girl 2 shakes 5 hands, girl 3 shakes 4 hands, girl 4 shakes 3 hands girl 5 shakes 2 hands, girl 6 shakes 1 hand, and girl 7 has shaken everyones hands. so 6+5+4+3+2+1= 21 total hand shakes
