A faded green door leads you to a small area full of drunk men and few women. The is the main place where violent fights happen between the Redcoats and the Bluecoats. There is a small wooden counter with initials scratched all over it. Sae is cleaning some cups over in the corner. She smiles at you, revealing a discusting dead tooth.

Before going to her room, Lana made a left turn and headed to the stables. She grabbed a horse and stormed off to Sae's bar in the neutral area. She stormed into the small town. Lana tied her horse. Her hands were twitching as she walked into the bar. A man whistled at her while she was walking. She stopped dead in her tracks and then gave the man one of her famous death glares. She punched him square in the jaw. She continued walking to the counter and greeted Sae as she came. She sat down on a stool and sighed. "Beer please." She mumbled. Sae handed her the beer and Lana stared distantly at the wall as memories flooded her head.
Lana turned around as the flames spread out of control. She winced as the shrill screaming stopped. That had been her weak point. She could not make people suffer. Lana then heard sobbing, of someone no more than 13 years old. But this was her mission. To make them die, and let them suffer. Someone in the military had one heck of a grudge.
The memories blurred together as Lana took another sip of her beer. She put her head on the counter and moaned. She had fallen asleep, and had one heck of nightmare. Her head was spinning and then noticed someone was in the bar. "Srryyy Sayyyy." She muttered. Lana giggled and then slammed her head into the table and hiccuped.

Deciding to leave for the Neutral Area before the superiors gave him another mission, he took a motorcycle and left a note saying where he was and how to call him if they needed him. With a SPECTRA military helmet that covered his strangely-dyed hair, he drove off from the underground Redcoat capital, up to the surface, and on the road to the Neutral Area, passing the Desert of Skulls. After an hour or so he arrived at the small town and secured his motorcycle. When some of the locals began to gather, staring at his vehicle, he took out a gun and threatened to shoot. After that, he made his way to the closest bar, which happened to be Sae's Bar. Concealing his gun, he went in and plopped down on a counter, placing some coins on the table. "Whiskey," he said curtly. As he waited for the drink he turned his head, glancing left and right. His eyes widened when he saw Lana but said nothing. He lightly nudged her, trying to get her to wake. "Commander!" he hissed, poking her with his gun. He looked for any Bluecoats around.

As Rajiia poked and prodded her with his gun, she vaguely remembered where she was. She had one heck of a hang over. She grabbed one end of the gun with a seemingly strong grip. She attempted to throw it across the room, but her grip was not at all hard. Lana ended up swinging her arm towards the opposite side of the room. Her head was spinning and when she hiccuped, her head seemed to have a mini explosion. Lana gave a slurred giggle as she lifted her head up. She reached for her beer for another sip.

As Lana reached for her beer mug, it shattered in a red blur. Eric walked ing and put his hand on her shoulder, "You are an underage drinker and you have gotten yourself drunk, some captain" he sat down and asked for an egg, and pepper. He pulled a vile of cactus juice and once he got the egg he put it in a mug letting the yoak get in and he poured the vile in. He then put a little pepper in and turned to Rajiia "Could you hold her down, this mix is perfect for curing hangovers though it tastes terrible."

Lana stood up immediately and seemed to trip on air. She fell on the wooden floor with a thud. As she was getting to her feet, she noticed the man from the day before. Lana gave a weird chuckle. "I think I killed him...." She said giving a horrible laugh. Lana took out her gun and shot the dead man several times before leaning back on the counter. "Hello gentlemen." She slurred before winking at them.

((it was a random person, no ones character))
Lenek walked into the bar, instantly noticing the red laeder and some of her soldiers. He figured today probably wasnt the best day to have a drink, but upon closer inspection, he noticed Lana was flat out drunk. He sat down and got a beer, sipping at it slowly and absentmindedly. How did she ever get to be leader? she is underage and drunk. he hought to himself. Of course, he was underage too, but no one here seemed to care much. And besides, he wasnt planning on drinking enough to get drunk. He had so many things he wanted to tell them right now, but since all of them were aimed at Lana, he would probably die or something close to it.

Rajeiia de La Fenice jerked away his gun, putting it back in his holster. He glanced at Eric, then back at Lana. He began grabbing her and trying to hold her. "I'm holding you responsible for this, Lieutenant Kakigori." Which pretty much meant he wasn't the one to blame. "Hurry up with it." He wanted to take his Commander back home for her to dry up. Also, they might attract Bluecoats. Officially, it was illegal for Bluecoats and Redcoats to attack each other in the Neutral Area, but they did it anyway.

Eric Kakigori looked at him and chuckled "I have been doing this for a while now, I am the one who looks out for the captain, wether it is in a bar or behind a sniper." he then opened her mouth and poured it down her gut. "Their you go, yeah so she gets herself into problems and needs help, I help, but i dont tell, it would ruin her image, cause everyone says she is unstoppable, actually she gets in a pickle once in a while and I help." he smiled to himself and helped support her with Rajeiia.

Lana frowned and blew her bangs out of her face. "Some gentlemen." She muttered. But her leg flung up and hit Eric where it hurts. Lana smiled and leaned backwards towards Rajeiia. "Hey." She said. Lana winked and began walking towards the door, despite the two soldiers holding her arms. When she got outside, a blast of cold from the mountains hit her. Lana shivered and began to walk to her horse. But Lana stopped dead inches away from the horse. "Duck!" She yelled. Lana hit the ground just as a flame was shot inches above her head."Myra..." Lana muttered. Her head was beginning to clear out the alcohol as she spotted her sister.
Myra swore as she missed the evil girl that was called her sister. "Get drunk again Lana?" She sneered. Her hands were beginning to form frost at the edges of her fingertips. Loud shots from a gun were heard, but her sister was still drunk, she couldn't aim. Myra swung her hand towards the two men, and strong icicles pinned their clothes against the nearest wall. Her eyes turned a snowy white, and vines about three inches thick rose from the ground, wrapping around Lana.

Rajeiia de La Fenice pulled out a knife and swatted away some of the icicles. With his feet firmly planted in the ground in a stubborn stance, the other icicles passed through his clothes harmlessly. He ran off, forgetting to free Eric. He was going towards his paymaster. Drawing a pair of Browning Hi-Power handguns, he shot pass Lana towards Myra. He stepped in front of Lana, protecting her from anything Myra might use. "I deserve a bonus after this," he muttered as he turned his guns on the vines and shot them, careful not to shoot Lana's feet. He pointed his guns back to Myra, noticing his hand was bleeding. The bartenders and customers were screaming and piling out the door, some of them calling the Yeallow Harbor Police...

"Tsk tsk. Brave." Myra sighed. More vines rose from the ground wrapping around Rajeiia and Lana. Myra, daring to walked closer, turned back to Phoenix, her Lieutenant. "Take out the Lieutenant." She ordered. Myra walked past Rajeiia, pushing him down on the concrete. Some more gunshots were heard, and pain started spreading around her body. Blood dripped onto the stone ground. She inspected herself and found that she had been shot in the shoulder. Police were piling into the town square. Myra summoned the water out of the small well over to her left, and swept the police away. She whipped the gun out of Rageiia's hand then, the vines started squeezing him tighter. But she stopped to put her hand on her shoulder. Myra needed to get back to base. She swore silently to herself. But an idea formed in her mind. The man looked familiar, could it be.....? "Hey Lana! It's a shame you never finished your mission. Don't you remember? You were supposed to kill the whole family. But I'll finish the job." She sneered. A whip made of fire formed in her hand. She whipped the flame towards Rageiia, burning half is face severely. Before she could strike again, a civilian knocked her down. She got up immediately and pushed them to the ground. Myra turned back and jumped onto her horse. "Lets go Phoenix!" She ordered. Myra turned and galloped away. She was losing blood, so she had to get to base quickly.
Lana swore over and over. She took out her pocket knife and cut herself out of the rest of the vines. She began running towards the direction where Myra had disappeared. "You B!tch!" She screamed towards the distance. She stopped running ant turned to her soldiers. "Are you okay?" She asked them. Lana noticed the terrified villagers around her, waiting to see what she would do. Any other night she would have enjoyed terrifying them a bit more. But this night had been disastrous. She clutched the reins of the horse in her hands and began walking.

((That borders on the godmod... you're able to wrap vines around Rajeiia and burn his face.))
Rajeiia was beginning cut the vines loose with a knife when the fire burned the right part of his face, resulting in a ghastly burn mark on his right eye. He held on to his knife, trying to ignore the pain. Blood dripped out of his hand as the knife inched closer to Myra's chest... suddenly a civilian knocked Myra down, and the vines disappeared. So did Myra. He pushed himself up, and staggered away. Putting on his motorcycle helmet, he tried finding the civilian that helped them. The civilian had disappeared. "Call on the Red Army. I believe this is war."
