Ninotchka has a new room, due to a multitude of school donators and the silent building of a new wing over night, and it's a very high tech location. Low tech in others.
When students first enter, they're in a circular room about thirty feet in diameter with desks occupying the center. In the front is a large and lonely looking desk with the teacher's name written on a plaque before it, behind it is a chalk board. Along the walls are two built in book cases, residing on either side of the entrance to the room. There are several doors leading out of the room, labeled only by numbers ranging from one to ten. Plaques hang above them with little poems about the room beyond. The ceiling seems to be the only source of light in the room, and there's a trap door in the center of the small rows of desks. Light seems to fall upon it in one single ray, people can hear horrible noises coming from the place below, and the one word written on the trap door is 'Survival'.
This is the bPTC and iPTC split level classroom.

Ninotchka walked into her classroom, her riding crop slapping against her thigh, she headed to the front of the new room and breathed in the scent heavily. It was a thing of beauty, her room, plain gray walls and such: and with such wonderful things about; it was a pity Willow wasn't there to see. The teacher cheered herself up, Willow would be back soon, and where ever that soul had gone they were sure to be enjoying them self: Autumn and Halloween was Willow's favorite time of the year and favorite holiday.
Ninotchka picked up a book and flipped through it, a solitary red flower falling out from between the pages it had been crushed in. Her fingers brushed the dead plant, feeling the dry petals before tucking the tiny thing in her shirt pocket.
A new year, new students, and a new classroom at least. Now if only her students would show up... Until then, she would sit there and slap her riding crop against her thigh and push stray hairs back from her face toward her bun. Savoring the cool of the room and its odd lofty feel and slight draft.

(Note: Ninotchka has a new look)

Otto tripped into the classroom, confused by her new surroundings. She thought Ninotchka would be in the same room as last year, but apparently she was wrong. She didn't mind though, the classroom was nicer. Plain, yes, but devoid of most electronics making the room safer for her and the other students likely to effected by her random and dangerous malfunctions/power. She smiled at the teacher, seeing nothing out of the ordinary with the woman: it wasn't like Ninotchka was crying. Otto was much like an autistic child in that she was unable to tell emotions unless something was visibly wrong or if the person talked and their voice sounded significantly different or flat. However, her sensors did catch that the woman was different in appearance. Hair up, wearing pants and sashes along with her cap, she looked a little more professional: soldier like in a way. Otto guessed it was because Ninotchka probably was a soldier at one time or another in her life.
"Good morning Miss. Ninotchka," Otto intoned, taking a seat in a desk, "What will we be doing today?"

"Ve vill learn, stupid ribit," Ninotchka replied with a lighter then usual glare, her eyes flashing a bit as she picked up a book and threw it at the robot, "Read c'apters one eck throug' sven, vill be quizzed, c'apters are'bot power distortion."
Ninotchka then stood and began pacing, inpatient for her other students to arrive and their lessons to begin. They would start the day reading chapters one through seven of their text book, then she would lecture them and allow for questions. From there the upper level students would be separated into small groups and taken into the rooms branching from the main room. The lower level students would begin their physical training and she'd begin the breaking in of them while the upper levels were taught and tortured. Once the lower levels (should they ever arrive) were throughly warmed up, she'd bring the upper levels back out and have them begin the 'bonding' and 'teamwork' practices. The lower levels would be taken into the room, she would wait, heal students who needed it and send them home after several grueling exercises in the largest room.

Otto didn't reply as she caught the book and began to read chapters one through seven. In her opinion what Ninotchka was saying was even harder to understand in this class, then in her last one. Still, Otto read and wondered what the rest of class would be like.

Feo walks in, his shoulders flaring and keeping him warm in the cool of the room.
"This is our classroom?" He says, looking around unimpressed, "It looks more like a study hall, and.... are you even a real teacher?"
He smirks at Ninotchka, then continues, "I've heard rumors about you, and I'm not impressed."

Ninotchka glares and heads over to her new student, she stops and smirks back at him.
"'Hu eck not'ing more t'en man-c'ild," Ninotchka states, "I eat for breakfast."
With that she turns away and walks back to the front of the classroom, throwing a book back at Feo nonchalantly.
"Angry? Must be Feo," Ninotchka says glancing back before putting a poetry book back into her desk, "I 'ear from Georgia."

"And what if I am Feo?" He asks as he catches the book, "You're just a pathetic psychopathic teacher...." He stops before speaking again, "Georgia's the principal, your a teacher, I would think it odd your friends... considering your... teaching style."

"S'e vas guardian," Ninotchka replied, "If must know. Eck s'e vatc'ed over me v'en I vas... 'ow say? Sicker."
She only told half the story, the other half she may never tell. It did amaze her that Georgia still trusted her after all that had happened. After that horrible accident... No. She loved Willow, and Willow loved her: they had been good for each other despite the implications and the repercussions of their relationship. In all reality, had they had a few more months: Willow would've never been taken for being impure. Georgia understood that, she'd had particularly been fond of a teacher dating her sister's child, but she saw the positives it brought about to both. It had taken a weight off her shoulders, Ninotchka alone was a heavy burden; she'd come back to their world sick in both body and mind, and had needed much help. Willow had never been able to hold control over the flames which were a part of their soul, and has lacked the confidence and guidance which led to control. Then they found each other. The memory was beautiful to Ninotchka, painful yes, but beautiful. Georgia trusted Ninotchka, because Ninotchka was good at what she did.

Otto listened intently before going back to her reading. It was her goal to learn to control her powers, and what they were saying was of little concern unless it came to the two fighting--in which case she was sure they'd injure each other. Which could not be allowed, both were too important to her quest. But as it was, they were not fighting yet, and Otto only vaguely understood that they would.
"Miss. Ninotchka?" Otto asked, not even looking up from the book, "Why are we reading this? What is it supposed to teach us?"

"It teac' distortion! Idiot ribit!" Ninotchka half screamed before heading back to her desk, today was proving to be one of those days where it would only get worse.
Hopefully the rest of her students would show up soon and read their books so she could begin class with her horrible lecture. Until then, she'd sit at the front of the room and ignore her students, thinking instead about her new classroom.

Zack entered the room with a slight scowl on his face, that day was not his best day ever. In fact it was one of his worst, however he did not really mind the fact that he was going to be in Nintchka's class today. He smirked slightly at the sight of the grumpy teacher, but the his scowl returned as he hated smiling to much.

"Read," Ninotchka instructed as she threw a book at Zack, she would wait a little while longer for her other students to arrive and if they didn't she would continue on with class without them.

Zack smirked as he caught the book and took a random seat, he opened the book but quickly grew bored with it after reading a page or to so he simply set the book down and relaxed as he examined to room. He observed ever corner and every detail of the room just because he wanted to be familiar with the area.

Ninotchka glared out at her students before standing. It seemed the rest of the class would not be joining them until later, so she may as well begin.
"Ack," Ninotchka cleared her throat, "Today ve begin vit lecture of 'ow power ken be distorted. Powers are relative on te' person using, person ken be controlled yada yada.... bla' bla'... V'en person controlled, powers manipulated... Power ken also be distorted by surroundings, veaknesses, eck ot'er such t'ings. Some powers vill grow in strengt' ot'erz stay same--static power, eck... dynamic... V'en control lost power easily distorted by ot'erz.
