i was wondering sense flandre and rumia both are messed up in the brain both have that hair color and style and so on so i was wondering 'is there a THIRD scarlet sister?' O_O

Flandre is a Vampire (with weird wings)
Already nulled.
I can say that Rumia eats humans and Flan is...Messed up way more than Rumia.

I don't think its the same person. ^^; In that case would Shizuha Aki be related, too? Blonde hair and a red dress. Or Reimu, or Yuka, since the outfits are similar. ^u^;;
A cannibal, and a vampire with strong powers. I mean I understand the correlation why it would be thought of, but I don't think it is. :3

People, can confuse me with the fact that we can be both as insane as it is. Not to mension when she decides to remove her bow and we have epic fights... God those fights can lead to alot of casualties, yes?

I don't think there is enough reason to believe so. My actual opinion is that she is not. However I have tendicy to argue the counter point to an argument, especially if consensus is overwhelmingly one sided. So I will try to argue Rumia is a Scarlet/maybe Flandre her self (Since argueing she is Flandre means I can use simularity in appearances and other points)
- Both Rumia and Flandre have strikingling simular appearances. Both are short young looking girls, have short blonde hair, red eyes, european style dresses, etc.
- Both also have child like personalities with a dark undertone.
- Both solely appear in the same games (EoSD and StB)
- Fairies in each of theri stages follow somehwat simular attack patterns.
- Both are rarely seen (Rumia wanders aimlessly and alone in a dark bubble, Flandre is locked in the basement)
- Both are weakened by the sun, but not killed by it.
- Both names suggest they are from Europe. Also Rumia has no last name. While this does not mean she is a scarlet, it also means she is not not a scarlet.
- Flandre's wings are artifcial (Thus had to be placed on, and if it can be placed on hypothetically it can be taken off). So the fact that Flandre has wings and Rumia has no wings does not make it impossible for this theory to work.
- While Flandre is supposed to only drink the blood while Rumia eats the whole body, Flandre also does not know the proper way to feed her self. Devouring the whole body may be an alternative wrong way she found that gives her blood.
Like I said though, I think Rumia is Rumia and Flandre is Flandre. I am just trying to balance out the argument alittle. Also I actually like Ex-Rumia, but that just me.
