It's not really hard to roleplay just act or write an action down and see how people respond to it. Why not respond to this,
I drew out my zanpakuto and advanced towards you with a hard blow.

First make a profile.
Do you want to be a soul reaper,arrancar or vizards
When you pick what you want then find the profile skeleton of the race and make it.Make sure you look at who rank and what's open
Look in the guild home page to find out.
