I have recently realized that we do not have a subsection for games with a Steampunk aesthetic. So now we do. There are a lot of games that can be considered Steampunky. Your job is to post them here. If you will, when you do post a game, give a short bio of it, googled or not, as well as the consoles they are on. i.e. PS2, PC, Xbox
If it is a board game then put the maker. i.e. Hasbro, etc.
Well here you go, have fun.

OOH! Ok, Rise of Legends! Awesome game! Made by the same people that made rise of nations except this one is better. KK, so there are three civilizaitons, the Vinci, Alin, and Coutol. The Vinci are all steampunked up, they have musketeers, clockwork men, airships up the wazoo, and all sorts of awesome steampowered/ clockwork units. In addition they are all about moving forward so as you play skirmishes your mechanations get more and more powerful as you do reaserch. The Alin are like Arabian wizards that command magic and live in deserts. They are really awesome cuz they get stuff like giant scorpians and Dragons. They prefer swords and stuff rather than range in most cases. The Coutol are a super advanced race led by aliens that the local humans concider gods. They use advanced energy staff weapons (like the goul'd from stargate if anyone's seen that show except myan). Each civ has 3 heroes that may lead their troops into battle, needless to say the Vinci heroes are all steampunky as well as having one airship pilot. The Alin have a gini, a dragon, and something else as their heroes and the Coutol have awesome stone creatures that are their 'gods' in mortal form. I really reccomend this game and I'm pretty sure you can get it on amazon smile

*facepalms* Why didn't I think of this, hehe.
Anywho, I've run across a free to play online game called NeoSteam. It's done by Atlus! It would probably be easier to just put the web link up than attempt to describe it.

As I think or discover anything else, I will post.

Ironically enough I have played another game by Atlus with a steampunk feel. SteamboT Chronicles, or Bumpy Trot, depending on where you are.
It is a game about Vanilla Bean and his new life. He wakes up to Corriander of the Garland Globetrotters with amnesia.
You can build and design your own trotmobile and chose the path of good or evil. Own the band or own the mafia, you decide.
The game is for the ps2, not sure if its for other platforms.

::: Fable 3 and I guess certain aspects of Fable 2, dunno if western based games count? but GUN is very steam punky, considering the American wild west is equal to GB's Victorian era. In the sense of style and stuff X_X
Also: The Bioshock series <3 :::
