There were times when Keiji felt a sort of...rush of creativity. It was something that he tried to ignore since it always ended up getting him into trouble. He had wandered around the house, pacing a lot, wings a flutter, then finally he did what he always did when he felt that need to create. He gathered his things that he had hidden under his bed, a whole rainbow of spray paint cans that were hidden in a bag, and once he had the bag's strap over his shoulder he headed out.
In the park there was a large wall where everyone seemed to go to make art, various levels of skill, various themes, by various artists from around the park. He walked over to the door to his room, looking out, wings twitching. He knew that Shin as well as the twins were home today so he would need to be quick about this. It didn't take to much in the way of sneaking before he was heading out the back door. The moment his feet touch the grass he was racing for the park, feeling as though his blood were racing through his veins in excitement. His hands were all but itching for the need to do this.
It was only a short time later that he was at the wall, working on a piece of art. It started out simple, just a glittering halo... then he added wings to it, a few holy markings that he'd learned what felt like an eternity ago when he was still a true angel instead of one that had fallen for crimes that he wasn't exactly a part of... the people of Heaven just had no sense of human he thought to himself crossly as he got some red and set to accenting his drawing, making it the holy parts stand out that much more by surrounding it in red, "Looks good." He murmured, wings twitching as he put down his thoughts on the wall, allowing his energy which was overwhelming him to flow out from his body, through his hands, into his art.
The more he did the better he felt, the more relaxed he got, and the more clear his mind grew.

Rokiro had been left to his own devices again, as his fathers were both at work, and his other family... well... it HAD been a while, hadn't it? Most everyone else was not even living in the house anymore. And that suited him just fine. It gave him time to do things, like he was doing now. He'd grabbed his stethoscope, slung it around his neck, and headed for the park about three hours ago. Not exactly stranded here, but lonely nonetheless, he'd taken to perusing a book he'd taken out of his fathers' library, about methods of sedation and the effect on heart-rate and respiration. It was all quite fascinating, but not nearly enough to hold his attention when someone started painting on that graffiti wall. Mesmerized would be an understatement. Every arc of the spraycan, every new symbol added, every color switched... he was right there with the artist, watching with a newfound appreciation for the art of the urban canvas. ... Not to mention a newfound appreciation for the urban ARTIST... Talk about hot...
He closed the book, put it into his backpack, adjusted the stethoscope around his neck, and strolled over in a calm, collected fashion... regardless of the fact that his heart was beating well over nervous pace.
"Hey..." he greeted the other. "I couldn't help but admire your style... Sort of a mix between grunge, gospel, and funk... If you had to categorize art into musical genres..." ... Right... like he really knew what he was talking about... "What's your inspiration?"

Keiji seemed lost in his work completely, it was why when Rokiro spoke he gave a gasping sound and was suddenly juggling the can of paint in his hand before turning to look over at the one who was standing behind him before he blinked a couple times, "Ahh... t-thank you." He said, sounding a little embarrassed, he'd never been caught in the act before, at least not since the last time he'd done something like this before he'd been captured and tried as a traitor back home.
Slowly the fallen angel turned around, wings giving a flap as he studying the newcomer and found him to be... rather interesting. Blond hair, white wings, someone like him. Well maybe like him, he couldn't really tell at a glance if he were a fallen angel or if he were a real angel... he put his hands and the red can of spray paint behind his back where it wouldn't be noticed... though there was still a whole bag of other cans sitting at his feet.
"My... inspiration? I don't know... I seem to go into a bit of a daze when I paint where I feel as though I am in a whole other world and am oblivious to what is going on around me." He murmured.

"That.... is.. beautiful..." he said, nodding a bit. "You are a poet as well as an artist." He giggled a bit, and blushed again, tugging on the edge of his stethoscope, eyes seeking anywhere but the artist's eyes. Oh, those beautiful eyes...
"I.. well... I come here now and then to... to...um..."
He couldn't bring himself to say 'seek someone to cuddle with'. Because it simply wasn't appropriate - no matter how true it was. Granted, he'd just MET this boy - but there were certain situations in which he was more than happy to think such uncouth thoughts. ... Especially when he was as lonely as he was currently was.

Keiji starred at him for a long moment as he was told that the picture that he'd done was beautiful, something that seemed to mean a lot to the young man, "Thank you." He murmured, ducking his head for just a moment, wings giving a fluttering. He turned to face his bag of paint, dropping the red can into it before his attention was back on the other angel once more.
"Come here now and then to...?" He asked, head tilting to one side before he lowered himself down to zip up his bag to hide the evidence and picked it up, resting it on his shoulder, "Do sightseeing? Or do you just like to check out the graffiti art?" Since this angel had come here to look at his art and ask about it maybe it was his reason for being here? To check out things like this? It would make sense given how interested this boy seemed and so long as he wasn't going to get Keiji in trouble with those that didn't really enjoy having the local park tagged he was fine with the other boy hanging out around him.
"So, do you have a name?" He asked of his companion.

Roki smiled, and put his hands behind his back, eyes finally turning to watch the person he was talking to. Another soft blush.
"To.. well...." He tugged the stethoscope around his neck, and giggled a bit. "I like to find people to... er... talk to. And to look at the art, and people watch, and..."
Realizing that he was being asked his name, he gathered his thoughts, and gave the boy a grin. "My name is Rokiro. Roki for short, or Kiro, if you want...."

"There are a lot of interesting people here." He agreed, he found the place to be rather relaxing, far more so then being at home was given that it was just... stressful there when the twins were in one of their hunting moods. It ended with them stalking after him, pouncing on him, and normally chewing on him as though he were the most tasty bit of rawhide around, "There is a lot of art along this wall as well to look at, a bit of it that I have done... though its kind of easy to pick out which pieces are mine." After all not many people seemed to do the sorts of art that he did, things that drew from both Heaven and Hell, both of which he would claim to have seen before.
"Rokiro, that's a nice name." He complimented him, giving a smile as he shifted his back, "My name is Keiji, some people call me Kei... you can if you like." He didn't mind one way or the other when it came to what name the other wanted to use, though he was a little nervous that Rokiro might know his name and think less of him due to it. He waited to see if there were a reaction like that from the boy with the pristine white wings.

"Kei... That's a beautiful name..." Rokiro found himself smiling a bit, although he didn't quite know why. He also found himself wanting to play doctor with this boy... But then again...
"I wish I could draw like that." he said. "Aekepi used to say that I couldn't draw a straight line unless I was trying to walk it." He chuckled. "Before we were separated, anyway." He looked to the side, remembering. "He was my brother for a while - then he ran away. Both my dads think he went crazy."
He shuddered a bit. That fire had been horrible, but no one had been home but Aeka. Might have been that, that had driven him insane...
"You have any brothers? Sisters? Siblings of any sort?"

Keiji looked for a moment surprised, his name was beautiful? He'd never really thought of it as that before and he couldn't help but to smile at the compliment, "Thank you." He murmured, giving a little nod of his head, then seemed to flush a little as he was given more compliments about his art. This angel really was a kind one and what was better was that he didn't seem to recognize his name from anywhere, meaning that he could relax around him a bit.
As the angel told him about Aekepi his eyes went wide, "Oh, my... I am so sorry to hear that." He murmured, it was so sad to think that he'd lost his brother as well, "I do, I have a brother... somewhere. His name is Avery... I am trying to find him as well, though we were separated... a lot time ago." He lifted his eyes for a moment up toward the cloudless sky and seemed to grow distant, as though he were a million miles away thinking of something very unpleasant if the look on his face was any indication. He gave a shiver before his hand lifting to his chest, curling against it for a moment.
It took him a moment to shake off the feeling before turning to look over at Roki, "Ahh... aside from Avery there is also the twins that I live with Tsukiko and Yoko, a pair of rather aggressive and bratty hell hounds that my guardian picked up." He said, trying to push aside bad memories for better ones and even a pair of hell hounds that treated him like a angel flavored chew toy were better then the things he'd dealt with in the past.

"I'm sorry to hear that you've lost a brother too..." Roki said quietly. "I'm sure you'll find each other again - I'd love to be there when you did." He smiled. "Maybe you could draw the expression on Avery's face for me when you first see him again - I'd like that."
He trailed off of that topic, and looked up at the sky himself. Eyes closed for a moment then opened again. "It's good that we've got sun and warmth today - after all the rain we've been having in the last few weeks... There's an old riverbed behind my house that I like to curl up in the grass and watch and listen to. When it dries out like this, the grass is perfect for taking naps on."
Pausing for a moment, he suddenly got an idea. "Erm.. I was going to head back home soon - you want to come with me? There's an expanse of concrete wall enclosing the place, and I WAS going to get up the courage to doodle on it, but I haven't yet. No graffiti or anything - though my dads did say I could do whatever I wanted with it, since it's on our property. Do you want to come and... umm..." He blushed. "Come home with me, and paint on that wall? It's a good fifty feet across, because it extends the entire length of the old riverbed... Used to be a highway there, but it got taken down and repaved somewhere else a long time ago. Completely clean..."

Keiji's blue striped wings gave a little flutter and he nodded, "I thank you, I hope that I will be able to see him again one day as well." He murmured, one hand resting for a moment on his heart as he thought of what that day might be like. He had so much he wanted to do, to say... but he guessed he would see how it went that day.
His eyes lifted to looking at the blue sky before he nodded, "I agree, I must say though I rather like the rain." He wasn't sure why but he always felt more comfortable when it rained, as though the clouds blocked off the view of those up above. It could be his imagination but there were days it almost felt as though he were being starred at when he was out and about on nice days like this. His shrugged off the thought and gave his attention back to his companion, listening to what he was saying and looked tempted. It was a nice idea, that large an expanse of blank space that he could paint on without risk of getting in trouble.
"Are you sure that it would be alright? If it is for you to use are you sure you want me to mess with it?" He asked, closing his wings against his back once more as he turned his attention to is friend. As tempting an offer it was he felt a little guilty over the idea of taking something that wasn't his.

Rokiro nodded, and grinned a bit. He was glad that his new friend liked the blank canvas presented before him.
"I'm sure. I think it would be a waste to just have it sit here, blank - don't you? You've GOT to put some art on it... It just BEGS for the touch of a true artist..."
He trailed off, another little blush crossing his cheeks. "That, and... if you get hungry or something... you could always come eat dinner with us - and... um... maybe... spend the night." He quickly corrected himself. "If you want! I wouldn't force you to spend the night!"
That blush was full-force now - and one could just imagine what sort of images might be going through the boy's head. If any at all, even. He suddenly looked up at the sky, closed his eyes, and appeared to be steeling his courage for something.

Keiji seemed to be swaying as the other described it in such a manner, a blank wall with wasted potential that needed someone to put art on it... he seemed to think on it for a long moment before he finally, slowly, nodded his head, "If your completely sure I think it would be nice. A lot better then sneaking around to pain like I do here, hoping that nobody notices me or calls someone to tell on me." It would be nice to be able to concentrate completely upon his art, to not have to worry that any moment someone might come after him for graffiti, something that was seen as a crime instead of a an expression of ones ability and soul.
He turned to look over at the other boy at mention of eating dinner with his family and perhaps sleeping over for the night, he gave a flutter of his blue striped wings before he slowly nodded, "Ahhh... I... am not sure, its a kind offer but I would hate to put you and your family out, having to feed and shelter me wen I have a home of my own." He said, ever worried about putting people out it would seem. He really was a sweet and kind young man despite all he'd been through in his young time.
"I would like to at least come over, everything else... I am not sure quite yet." He told Rokiro, giving him a smile. He didn't want the kind young man to think that he was rejecting his offers or anything, he was just uncertain was all and didn't want to be a hassle.

Roki shook his head rapidly. "No imposition at all! I swear! Both my dads love it when I bring people over." He smiled. "Of course, you'll have to introduce yourself, and put up with my dads giving you stuff. They do that to everyone, and you might get something good out of it, who knows?"
Softly, he leaned against a rock near the wall, and looked up. "I can't WAIT to see what you put here..." he murmured. "What sort of artistic expression you'll choose to... er... express." A giggle, embarrassed. "Wow, I'm just not good at picking my words today, am I? Usually I have a pretty fluid tongue, but today I'm just..." He shrugged. "Not all there, maybe?"

Keiji seemed to think on that, unsure of what he would do when confronted with people who wanted to give him things, it wasn't often that he deal with that... well there was the twins though when they gave him things it was pranks, frogs or mud cakes or something of the like... His guardian also gave him things but that was normally things that were essentials, food, clothing, or money to pay the bills. Gifts of a different nature... that would a lot different then he was used to.
"I can't really say... I kind of lose myself in my art so what ends up on the wall could be... well, anything really. We will know when it happens." He explained, wishing he could be more helpful when it came to what the wall might end up decorated in but really he couldn't say. He would pick up his cans up paint and he would go into a bit of a trance before he set to work on a piece of art... and with this much space that piece of art would be able to spread.
"I will need you to promise to look after me... with so much space and no worries about being chased off by an authority figure I might not notice how much time has gone by." The last thing he wanted was to end up collapsing because he pushed himself to hard for to long without a break or sustenance. He had been here for years now but there were days that this body of his, after dealing with Falling, was a bit hard to deal with. It was a lot different now then when he had been an angel he thought to himself before turning to give Rokiro a smile, "This is a very kind thing you have given me, a place to paint without fear of getting into trouble. You have a very kind heart, Rokiro."
