TAPE - OO1 This appears to be a recording of a child and a woman talking. Judging from the dialogue, this is the first recording in the series.
"What is it?"
"This is a tape recorder."
"What does it do?"
"You can use it to record all your memories, just like a diary. Whenever you feel happy or sad or angry or excited, you can talk to this machine and it will record everything."
"Eh, really?! That's so amazing!"
"Mhm. Since you didn't want to learn to write, I thought maybe I should buy this for you instead. It's a little old but it'll work."
". . . How much did it cost?"
"Don't worry about honey. We have enough to get by. Sometimes, it's okay to spend some money for the ones you love. Seeing you happy, makes me happy. Come on, take it. It's yours."
"But-"
"No buts young man. Like I said, we'll be just fine. Now come on."
"O-okay. How do you record?"
"It's already recording."
"W-what? Sister, you're so sneaky!"
"Eheheheheh, yep."

"Yo! This is Sister Bambi reporting in! Ahahahahahaha! Looks like my baby is all grown up. You'll be gone soon with a loving and caring family. I interviewed them myself and met them on several occasions. They're really great! I hope you'll adjust to your new home quickly without any trouble. Man, I remember you when you were just a little baby. I remember it so clearly! It was a cold winter night and I was in the kitchen severing up meals of all the other little boys and girls. Right in the middle of setting all the food on the table, I heard the doorbell rang. When I opened the door, there was no one there, just a little basket with an adorable little baby boy in it. It was so unreal! It felt like it was directly from a movie or something. Anyways, I took you in and raise you like my own baby boy. I'll never forget all those times when you had to change your diapers, or kiss all your boo-boos, or catch fireflies during the warm summer nights. I even remember all those funny stories you told me every night of all your adventures. I love you, more than anything in the world. I don't want you to forget my voice, so I decided to borrow your tape recorder and record this message just for you. Whenever your feeling sad or angry, just remember that I will always be with you, through thick and thin. And sometimes, when things are too unbearable, I want you to listen to this recording again. It will remind you off all your happy memories and blessings. And when you can't sleep, you can listen to me sing your favorite lullaby. Are you all tucked in bed with Mr. Teddy yet?
