Ana padded along quietly from her den site, where her pups slept quietly. It had been days since she had gone to her healing cave, tending to her healing items and do-dads. Her drying herbs were... probably dry by now. Being a mother, took up a bit of her time honestly. Not that she minded really... it was just... well... odd to her.
She had never really thought about having pups but... well things happened. And now she had two baby boys to care for... not that their father didn't help... she was just... weird about it.
So she padded up to her cave, dried plants hanging from the entrance, a small charred burn pit near by, now burnt out and empty. Her baskets and bowls inside, neatly where she left them.

Confused and alone, Kokuro finally gave into the feeling of defeat. Kokuro looked around at her unknown surroundings, for the first time she had gone past the rogue lands into another.
Tired and hungry, Kokuro continued onward in hopes to meet a friendly face. One that would inform her of where she had traveled too. Well, she wanted an adventure and she got it. Looking around at the plant life, she found it calming. New and wonderful smells were in the air.

Ana heard someone approaching her den site. Her ears switched forward. She was nervous.. ususally guards and such kept a good eye on the borders. She stood, her brush wagging slowly, nervously. She sniffed, scenting a female of un-familiar smell. A stranger. She stepped around the cave site, spotting the brown female not far away. She snorted, nervously.
"Where go, yes?" She said quickly, loudly enough for the stranger to hear. She bobbed her head up and down, her odd way of speaking probably very very... strange to a stranger. She stepped out around her den, ready to shout for help if she had too. She for one.... was not a fighter

Kokuro took in the green-ness that seemed to go for miles, much different from the flat roguelands. Her observing was interupted by another voice, female. Startled, Kokuro whirled around and spotted a blue, brown and white spotted female wild dog. She listened to her words a bit confused at first, it took a minute or two to get what she was asking. " Are you asking where am I going?" Kokuro's voice was hopeful and cautious. " If so, I am lost. I have traveled many miles from my home in the rogue lands. I know not where I am. Can you please tell me?"
Kokuro limped a little closer, her paws hurting from the rough terrain and non-stop walking. " I am called Kokuro, to whom do I speak too?"

Ana wrinkled her nose. An outsider. She hadn't met an outsider before. She looked around, looking back to the stranger. She sniffed. "Healingwind. In Peke'na." She said, nodding her head. "Healer... I am healer." She said, her tail wagging lightly. "Land of plenty... once outsider myself... now Healingwind. Real name secret..." She said, nodding. She looked around.
"Hungry?" She asked, looking back at her cave where there was a small cache of dried meat and fruits... something she ate regularly. She found fruit to be devine. She looked back to the wild dog and stood, not looking nervous as before

Kokuro saw the other wrinkle her nose at her, which was kinda... but then again Kokuro was a stranger so.. " Healer? Ah, I see. Not many healers in the roguelands. " Kokuro tilted her head and waggled her tail slowly. " Yes, from what I have seen there is plenty of land too venture out in. Healingwind." The name brought a smile upon her face. " I like it, oh your real name is secret? Hm interesting. Did you choose that name? Is it part of the tradition here in... Peke'Na?"
Kokuro came even closer and her stomach rumbled quietly at the mention of food. " Yes, I am starving. " She looked hopefully at Healingwind, food was sounding more and more better by the minute. " You said you were an outsider? How does one become part of this tribe?"

She nodded. "Here name is something that connects us. Healer... healing wind. Pups name woundbane-cause I heal. Dippedpaws has markings on feet. Just name that mean 'you'." She said, reaching up to rub her nose against her paw for a moment.
She stood up and went to her cave, picking up a strip of dried meat, carrying it back to the stranger and laying it at her feet. "One must simply come in... see others... talk to others... become one with Peke'na... then member.." She said simply, looking back to the cave for a moment, glad her sons were asleep. "Is nice home..."

Kokoru listened intently, absorbing the information given to her. Healingwind's words were a bit difficult to understand but cute at the sametime. " A name that means me huh? Hm.." She pondered quietly outloud as she watch the other female move away and bring back some food. " Oh, thank you for your kindness." Kokuro dipped her head in a polite bow before nibbling on the offered meat. " Really? That doesn't seem too bad, I think it's a lovely way to make a pack." Kokoru followed her friends line of sight, 'oh babies! How adorable!' She thought wistfully. "They are adorable Healingwind, babies are so precious." A soft smile gracing her face.
Looking back at Healingwind Kokoru spoke once more, " So, since I have talked and have meet with you, that has made me a member of Peke'na?" Kokoru thought that was an easy way to let others join, it was also a warming thought that you didn't have to work to hard inorder to be accepted. " And of course I have to think of a suitable name for myself inorder to be accepted within the pack."

The weeks had past with Kokoru learning and watching the other female around the pack. Seeing what was right and what might be considered wrong. Not only had Kokuro done that, but she had also done some serious consideration of a Peke'na name. She had a mental list of ten which she had narrowed down to one.
" I have decided." Kokuro had blurted outloud while Ana had been mixing herbs. " Tribalwind is what I have chosen, it seems to suite me. Not only am I fast like the wind but I have heard others compare my markings as tribal works."

Ana had kept a close eye on the new girl, hopeful that she would join their ranks and be one with the pack. She had kept her self busy with her two children and tending to her herbs and her supplies; so it wasn't like she obsessed over it. It was one's choice to chose to live among them. She would chose in good time.
As they all had.
As the new comer approached her and spoke to her of her new name; Ana smiled widely and was very pleased. "Tribalwind." She nodded her head approvingly. "NIce name. Good name for you." She said, sitting back on her haunches. "You stay. Healingwind is happy." She said, her tail wagging. "Must now go to leaders. Tell them name"! She said with a beaming smile.

Watching Healingwind's response had made Kok- no, Tribalwind feel like she had made the right decision. " Thank you," she wagged her tail happily and bowed her head in respect. " I will stay, and tell the elders."
Tribalwind gave the other female an affectionate tap on the cheek. " Thank you for teaching me the ways and welcoming me in to this tribe so warmly. I appreciate your kindness as well as your families." That being said Tribalwind bowed once more before heading off towards the elders to see if they would accept her or not into their pack.
