Recently I when I have been feeling upset I get the urge to cook food. Not exactly to eat.. but just something to do.
So far I've made a few recipes.. & I was planning on sharing it with you guys.
Some of you might not be interested but hopefully someone will.
My question/point to you guys is..
Can you cook? & if so, what can you cook? Have you ever made you own recipe for anything?
Post your food recipes along with a picture of the finishing product. I would love to try out something new & tell you guys how it went.

I'm pretty good at baking sweet things, really, and I can cook pretty fairly as well. I just...very rarely actually use a recipe.
So, next time I get bored and cook up a Something, I'll remember to get a picture and post here.

stare I'm positive that my first attempt at brownies was a failure. But everyone at work said they were good.
I haven't tried a recipe yet...Mainly cause I'm a tad scared to. sweatdrop

I can cook, and cook well. baked desserts are usually from a box, but I can make a wide variety of foods from scratch. My favorite food to cook, and is also the one I'm best at, is my pizza. Taken from an old 1960s cookbook and tweaked to add a bit of extra flavor, my pizza is amazing. Amber has had a piece or two when she hung out with me and a few others last december.
Besides that, I can cook anything else, from breakfast, lunch and dinner. My most accomplished meal has been when I cooked a turkey for myself back in 2006, for my christmas meal. And while the turkey itself was amazing, the real accomplishment was the stuffing, made from your basic ingredients, along with a few extras like corn tortillas and chicken. It was really delicious. Too bad my 2006 christmas was celebrated alone... (the only person to enjoy the turkey was me I wasn't allowed to go home because they didn't allow any of us to take time off, stupid navy..) D:
